Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung an ein Mittel (8) zum Steuern der Ausrichtung von zumindest einer beweglichen Leiste (6), welche eine Decke (2) einer Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1) umfasst, wobei diese Vorrichtung (9) Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Halterung (90), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit mindestens einer feststehenden Leiste (5), welche die Decke (2) umfasst, fest verbunden zu werden;
    - ein Element (91), das bezüglich der Halterung (90) beweglich und fest mit dem Mittel (8) zum Steuern der Ausrichtung von zumindest einer beweglichen Leiste (6) verbunden ist;
    - Mittel (92) zum Ausüben einer nach unten gerichteten Ziehkraft auf das bewegliche Element (91), und zwar zumindest in der entfalteten Position der Decke (2), wobei diese Mittel (92) zum Ausüben einer nach unten gerichteten Ziehkraft auf das bewegliche Element (91) Folgendes umfassen:
    - ein Organ (920), welches das bewegliche Element (91) umfasst, das zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Position und einer entfalteten Position beweglich ist;
    - ein Mittel (923) zum Steuern der Verschiebung des beweglichen Organs (920) zumindest von der zurückgezogenen Position in die entfaltete Position;
    - Stützmittel (924), an die das bewegliche Organ (920) in der entfalteten Position anlehnt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (923) zum Steuern der Verschiebung des beweglichen Organs (920) aus zumindest einem Magneten besteht, während das bewegliche Organ (920) zumindest ein ferromagnetisches Teil umfasst, das vorgesehen ist, um mit dem Magneten zusammenwirken.
  2. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (90) ein Mittel (900) zum Aufnehmen des beweglichen Elements (91) sowie zumindest einen Teil der Mittel zur festen Verbindung dieser Halterung (90) mit mindestens einer festen Leiste (5) der Decke (2) umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (91) einen Schieber (910) umfasst, der gleitbar bezüglich der Halterung (90), insbesondere innerhalb dieser Halterung (90) montiert ist.
  4. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (91) ein Mittel (912) zum drehbar Montieren des beweglichen Organs (920) um eine horizontale Achse, die senkrecht oder zumindest parallel zur Ebene ist, in der sich die Decke (2) in der entfalteten Position erstreckt, umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Organ (920) aus einem längliches Teil besteht, das ein erstes freies Ende (921) und ein zweites Ende umfasst, das ein ergänzendes Mittel zum drehbar Montieren des beweglichen Organs (920) um eine horizontale Achse umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützmittel (924), an die das bewegliche Organ (920) in der entfalteten Position anlehnt, wenigstens einen Abstützungspunkt (925) umfassen, der ein Kugelgelenk bildet, um das dieses bewegliche Element (920) zumindest unter der Wirkung des Mittels zum Steuern der Verschiebung des beweglichen Elements (920) schwenkt.
  7. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützmittel (924), an die das bewegliche Organ (920) in der entfalteten Position anlehnt, eine horizontale Auflagefläche (926) umfassen.
  8. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützmittel zwischen dem Mittel (923) zum Steuern der Verschiebung des beweglichen Organs (920) und dem Mittel (912) zum drehbar Montieren dieses beweglichen Organs (920) eingefügt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (9) einen Block (927) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, innerhalb einer Seitenführung (3 ; 3') der Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1) positioniert zu werden und die Stützmittel (924) und/oder das Mittel (923) zum Steuern der Verschiebung des beweglichen Organs (920) umfasst.
  10. Decke (2) einer Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1), die sich in ihrer entfalteten Position in einer allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene erstreckt und Folgendes umfasst:
    - feste Leisten (5), die sich in der entfalteten Position der Decke (2) in der allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene dieser Decke (2) erstrecken;
    - bewegliche Leisten (6), die jeweils zwischen zwei festen Leisten (5) eingefügt sind und die in der entfalteten Position der Decke (2) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, in der sich eine solche bewegliche Leiste (6) in der allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene der Decke (2) erstreckt, und einer offenen Position, in der eine solche bewegliche Leiste (6) bezüglich dieser allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene geneigt ist und mit dieser .etzteren einen Winkel bildet, gelenkig sind;
    - wenigstens ein Mittel (8) zum Steuern der Ausrichtung von zumindest einer beweglichen Leiste (6);
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Teil zumindest einer Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung an ein Mittel (8) zum Steuern der Ausrichtung von zumindest einer beweglichen Leiste (6) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  11. Decke (2) einer Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil der Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung, welche die Decke (2) umfaßt, aus der Halterung (90) und dem beweglichen Element (91) besteht.
  12. Decke (2) einer Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decke (2) eine feststehende Leiste (5) umfasst, die zwei seitliche Enden sowie einen Teil von zumindest einer Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung, mit der mindestens eines der seitlichen Enden der festen Leiste (5) versehen ist, aufweist.
  13. Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1), umfassend:
    - eine Decke (2), die sich in ihrer entfalteten Position in einer allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene erstreckt und Folgendes umfasst:
    - Seitenenden (20 ; 20'), die vorgesehen sind, um sich in seitlichen Führungen (3 ; 3') zu verschieben;
    - feste Leisten (5), die sich in der entfalteten Position der Decke (2) in der allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene der Decke (2) erstrecken;
    - bewegliche Leisten (6), die jeweils zwischen zwei festen Leisten (5) eingefügt sind und die in der entfalteten Position der Decke (2) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, in der sich eine solche bewegliche Leiste (6) in der allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene der Decke (2) erstreckt, und einer offenen Position, in der eine solche bewegliche Leiste (6) bezüglich dieser allgemeinen Erstreckungsebene geneigt ist und mit dieser Letzteren einen Winkel bildet, gelenkig sind;
    - wenigstens ein Mittel (8) zum Steuern der Ausrichtung von zumindest einer beweglichen Leiste (6);
    - seitliche Führungen (3 ; 3'), in denen sich die seitlichen Enden (20 ; 20') der Decke (2) verschieben;
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung an ein Mittel (8) zum Steuern der Ausrichtung von zumindest einer beweglichen Leiste (6) umfasst, wobei diese Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung in Übereinstimmung mit irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 ist.
  14. Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decke (2) einen Teil von zumindest einer Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung umfasst, während die seitlichen Führungen (3 ; 3') innerlich einen anderen Teil einer solchen Vorrichtung (9) zum Anlegen einer Spannung umfassen.
  15. Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decke (2) die Halterung (90), das bewegliche Element (91) sowie ein bewegliches Element (920), welches die Mittel (92) zum Ausüben einer nach unten gerichteten Ziehkraft auf das bewegliche Element (91) umfassen, während die seitlichen Führungen (3 ; 3') innerlich Mittel (293) zum Steuern der Verschiebung des beweglichen Organs (920) sowie Stützmittel (924) umfassen, welche die Mittel (92) zum Ausüben einer nach unten gerichteten Ziehkraft auf das bewegliche Element (920) umfassen.
