Claims (15)

  1. Schließvorrichtung (1) der Art Rollladen, Moskitonetz, Jalousie, Garagentor oder dergleichen, dazu bestimmt, eine Öffnung im Bereich eines Gebäudes auszustatten, und umfassend:
    - ein Element (2) zum Verdunkeln dieser Öffnung und umfassend mindestens eine Leiste (20; 22; 24), die einen ersten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) und einen zweiten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24), die zueinander beweglich sind, umfasst;
    - Seitenführungen (4; 4'), in denen sich die Seitenenden (26; 26') von zumindest einer Leiste (20; 22; 24) des Verdunkelungselements (2) verschieben;
    - mindestens ein System (5) zum Verhindern einer Hebung des Verdunkelungselements (2), und umfassend:
    - ein, ein Schließblech bildendes Einhängeorgan (6), mit dem der zweite Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) versehen ist;
    - mindestens einen Riegel (7), der schwenkbar zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in der dieser Riegel (7) mit dem Einhängeorgan (6) zusammenwirkt, um die Hebung zu verhindern, und einer entriegelten Position, in der dieser Riegel (7) relativ zu dem Einhängeorgan (6) eingezogen ist, gelagert ist;
    - ein Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen dieses Riegels (7) von einer Verriegelungsposition in eine Entriegelungsposition unter der Wirkung einer Verschiebung der Leiste (20; 22; 24), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Riegel (7), den das besagte wenigstens eine System (5) zur Verhinderung der Hebung umfasst, und den wenigstens eine der besagten Seitenführungen (4; 4') innen umfasst, schwenkbar an einer Innenwand (40; 40a) einer solchen Seitenführung (4; 4') gelagert ist;
    - der erste Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) mit dem Mittel zum Zurückdrängen (8) des Riegels (7) in eine entriegelte Position versehen ist;
    - das Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen des Riegels (7) aus einer Nockenbahn (80) besteht, die sich in Richtung auf den zweiten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) und/oder entlang diesem zweiten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) erstreckt.
  2. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (7) die Form einer Sperrklappe (70) annimmt, die einerseits einen ersten Längsrand (71), der schwenkbar um eine Achse und an einer Innenwand (40; 40a) einer Führung (4; 4') montiert ist, und andererseits einen zweiten, dem ersten Längsrand (71) gegenüberliegenden Längsrand (72), der dazu bestimmt ist, je nach dem Fall mit dem Einhängeorgan (6) oder mit dem Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen dieses Riegels (7) zusammenzuwirken, umfasst.
  3. Schließvorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Einsatz (73) umfasst, der einerseits den Riegel (7) umfasst und andererseits in einer Seitenführung (4; 4'), nämlich in einer Öffnung (41), welche eine Wand (40; 40a) einer solchen Seitenführung (4; 4') umfasst, eingeführt ist.
  4. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (5), zum Verhindern der Hebung ebenfalls ein Mittel (74) zum Rückstellen des Riegels (7) aus seiner Entriegelungsposition in seine Verriegelungsposition umfasst.
  5. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der erste Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) oberhalb des zweiten Leistenteils (20; 22; 24) befindet, wobei diese erste und zweite Leistenteile (20; 22; 24) gleitbar relativ zueinander montiert sind, und zwar zumindest in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung der Erstreckung dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24).
  6. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (20; 22; 24) nämlich innen ein Mittel zum Zurückdrängen der ersten und zweiten Teile dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24) relativ zueinander umfasst.
  7. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeorgan (6) und das Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen des Riegels (7) aneinander gereiht sind und sich in der Seitenführung (4; 4') seitlich bezüglich der Leiste (20; 22; 24) und in Richtung auf den Riegel (7) erstrecken.
  8. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeorgan (6) und das Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen des Riegels (7) sich seitlich relativ zu der Ebene des Verdunkelungselement (2) erstrecken, während der Riegel (7) schwenkbar um eine Achse parallel zur Ebene des Verdunkelungselements (2) und zur Längsrichtung der Erstreckung der Leiste (20; 22; 24) gelagert ist.
  9. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (5) zum Verhindern der Hebung wenigstens ein Endstück (9; 9') umfasst, das einerseits einen inneren Teil (90; 90'), der in der Leiste (20; 22; 24), insbesondere in einem Seitenende dieser letzteren (20; 22; 24) eingeführt ist, und andererseits einen äußeren Teil (91; 9'), der sich relativ zum seitlichen Endrand des ersten Teils dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24) außerhalb dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24) erstreckt, umfasst und je nach dem Fall das Einhängeorgan (6) bzw. das Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen des Riegels (7) umfasst.
  10. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (5) zum Verhindern der Hebung Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein erstes Endstück (9), das einerseits einen inneren Teil (90), der in einem seitlichen Ende (26) des ersten Leistenteils (20; 22; 24) eingeführt ist, und andererseits einen äußeren Teil (91) umfasst, der sich relativ zu dem seitlichen Endrand (28) des ersten Teils dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24) außerhalb dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24) erstreckt und das Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen des Riegels (7) in eine entriegelte Position umfasst;
    - ein zweites Endstück (9'), das einerseits einen inneren Teil (90), der in einem seitlichen Ende (26) des zweiten Leistenteils (20; 22; 24) eingeführt ist, und andererseits einen äußeren Teil (91'), der sich relativ zu dem seitlichen Endrand (28) des zweiten Teils dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24) außerhalb dieser Leiste (20; 22; 24) erstreckt, und das Einhängeorgan (6) umfasst.
  11. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen des Riegels (7) aus einer Nockenbahn (80) besteht, welche eine Rippe (81) umfasst, die sich in Richtung auf den zweiten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) und/oder entlang diesem zweiten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) im Bereich seines seitlichen Endrandes (28) erstreckt.
  12. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Teil (91) des ersten Endstücks (9) eine Rippe (81) umfasst, die sich einerseits in Richtung auf den zweiten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) und/oder entlang diesem zweiten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) erstreckt und andererseits mit einer Nockenbahn (80) versehen ist, die das Mittel (8) zum Zurückdrängen des Riegels (7) in eine entriegelte Position bildet.
  13. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einhängeorgan (6) aus einem Einhängehaken (60), nämlich welchen ein Finger (61) umfasst, besteht, der sich in Richtung auf den ersten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) erstreckt.
  14. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach den Ansprüchen 10 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Teil (91') des zweiten Endstücks (9') einen Finger (61) umfasst, der sich einerseits in Richtung auf den ersten Leistenteil (20; 22; 24) erstreckt und andererseits mit einem Einhängehaken (60), der das Einhängeorgan (6) bildet, versehen ist.
  15. Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zumindest teilweise aus einem Rollladen besteht.
