Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a closure or sun protection system.
  • the invention also relates to a method for implementing such an installation.
  • the field of the invention is that of blinds or roller shutters, intended to equip a building opening such as a door or a window arranged in a wall or a roof.
  • such an installation comprises a cloth apron or blades wound around a tree and which takes place between two scenes to hide the window.
  • a manual or electric action allows to maneuver the descent or the rise of the deck. In the low position, it is known to block a final blade or load bar of this apron to prevent its lifting, tearing and / or recovery.
  • the installation is protected in case of bad weather, wind squalls or attempted intrusion.
  • the installation may comprise a manual locking system of the apron, of the lock or bolt type, fixed on the final blade.
  • the locking of such a system by a user is not systematic. If the lock is not in place when a thunderstorm or attempted intrusion occurs, the deck may rise around the shaft and / or be torn off the wings.
  • the installation may include an automatic locking system of the deck, which is implemented systematically with each complete descent of the deck in the down position.
  • a rigid lock may be interposed between the winding shaft and the first deck blade, thereby compressing the deck in the wings to prevent it from rising.
  • Such a system is not suitable for blinds with flexible fabric, where the lack of rigidity of the fabric does not prevent the load bar to go up.
  • the automatic system can operate on the principle of "two-way pitch".
  • apron When the apron is lowered in the lower part, such a system causes a first rise. The apron is then blocked automatically by organs located in the lower part of the installation. Then, the deck must go down slightly to unlock and be able to climb freely during a second climb.
  • EP-A-0 305 081 and US-A-4,509,576 each describe a store-type installation, comprising an automatic system for locking the load bar at the bottom, in which a locking member cooperates with a guide path.
  • the locking member is either a pivoting member provided with a finger and a return spring, or a deformable arm part housed in the guide path.
  • This locking system is not entirely satisfactory, especially in terms of reliability. Due to the fatigue of the return spring or deformable arm, the effectiveness of the locking system decreases over time.
  • the locking member is a lever which cooperates with a groove in a vertical slide, to reach a locking labyrinth at the bottom.
  • the locking member follows another groove in a second inclined slide, to a second locking labyrinth.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide an improved closure or sun protection system, comprising a multi-purpose locking system, to lock or unlock the load bar at the bottom automatically, reliably and effectively, when the apron is lowered or raised.
  • the subject of the invention is a closure or sun protection system, in particular of the store type, as defined in claim 1.
  • the invention allows a simple and effective locking and unlocking of the system when the bar is in the low position and the apron is unrolled and stretched, thanks to the cooperation of the rocker member with the locking path.
  • the arrangement of this rocker member in the system avoids the use of a spring or a deformable member to force this member, on the one hand, to move between the different positions in the system path lock and on the other hand to keep in the locked position.
  • the locking path is configured so that, whatever the speed of movement of the bar to the ascent and regardless of the position of the tilting plane in a certain range of adjustment, the rocker member leaves this path and thus releases the bar and the apron.
  • the pendulum effect along the ramp makes it possible to disengage the rocker member regardless of the position of the tilting plane in this adjustment range.
  • the efficiency of this pendulum effect is further improved in comparison with existing systems, where the rise of the bar is generally predominant compared to the pendulum effect.
  • the installation according to the invention provides effective protection in case of bad weather or attempted intrusion, and in a sustainable manner.
  • the subject of the invention is also a method for implementing a closure or sun protection system, in particular of the store type, as defined in claim 9.
  • FIG. 1 to 11 On the Figures 1 to 11 is represented an installation 10, according to the invention, closure or sun protection, store-type.
  • an inner side 11 facing the unrepresented building is defined, an outer side 12 facing away from the building, a left side 13, a right side 14, an upper side 15 and a lower side 16 of the installation 10.
  • the installation 10 comprises a slide 24 on each left 13 and right side 14.
  • the slides 24 extend in a vertical orientation, parallel to a central axis X of deployment of the blind, from an upper end 25 to a lower end 26

  • the load bar 40 extends along an axis Y40 parallel to the pivot axis Y and has a rectangular section profile.
  • the lateral ends of the bar 40, on each left side 13 and right 14, are shaped to slide in the grooves 27 provided for this purpose in the wings 24.

  • the system 50 allows a positioning tolerance of the plane P80 relative to the path 70, in operation and in particular in the assembly.
  • the invention allows a positioning tolerance of the housing 60 with respect to the bar 40 and the support 42, in particular when mounting the installation 10.
  • the adjustment tolerance range of the plane P80 is of the order of 25% of the width L70 of the path 70, considered in a direction perpendicular to the plate 61 and therefore to the plane P30, preferably between 20% and 30%.
  • FIG. 12 and 13 is partially shown a second embodiment of a locking system 150, intended to equip an installation 10 according to the invention.
  • housing 160 the path 170, the wall 174 which is provided of a nozzle 174a and delimits a concave housing 175, housing 176 delimited between the stop 72 and the ramp 177, parts 871 and 872 of this ramp 177, points P177A, P177B and P177C, as well as the duct 179.
  • the partition wall 174 is wider than the wall 74 of the first embodiment.
  • the path 170 is thus well delimited, just as the housing 175 and 176 are well defined in this path 170.
  • the ramp 177 has a rounded concave shape, shaped distorted quarter circle, without sharp corners.
  • the inclination of the ramp 177 is more progressive than that of the ramp 77.
  • the portion 871 forms a bowl whose concavity is turned from the side. 15.
  • the portion 872 is more inclined towards the plane P80 and the upper side 15 than the portion 871.
  • step 1 the finger 86 follows a pendulum rotation movement R83 along the ramp 177.
  • the raising of the finger 86 and the bar 40 in the direction D2 is slower than in the first embodiment.
  • the system 50 allows a faster operation of the installation 10 during the ascent phase of the deck 30, while the system 150 is better suited to a 10 manual control installation. Indeed, in the case of a manual installation, the rise of the apron 30 and the bar 40 is slower, so that the pendulum effect is slightly less pronounced. With the system 150, the positioning tolerance of the load bar 40 and the plane P80 is slightly less than the tolerance provided by the system 50.
  • the installation 10 and the locking systems 50 or 150 involve a particular operating kinematics, in order to operate automatically and efficiently.
  • the motor 21 of the installation 10 is configured to automatically recognize the blocking positions PB1, PB2, PB3 and PB5 of the bar 40 by detection of the sur- torque generated by the blocking of this load bar 40.
  • the length of the fabric of the apron 30 is calculated to allow the shaft 22 to wind and unwind this fabric following the movements DR1, ER1, DR2 and ER2.
  • the motor 21 is programmed to perform this back and forth alternating the direction of descent and climb, without the apron must be successively wound and unrolled following the movements DR1, ER1, DR2 and ER2. This particular solution is suitable for rolling shutter slats that can not be rolled upside down.
  • the installation 10 does not include a motor 21 and is then controlled by a manual control device, including the winch type.
  • the operator rotates the shaft 22 with the winch, the bar 40 passing successively through the different positions PB1, PB2 and PB3.
  • the installation 10 may be provided with a single locking system 50 or 150.
  • the bar 40 then comprises a single support piece 42 in which is articulated a rocker member 80.
  • the 10 is symmetrical with respect to the median plane Pm, except the motor 21 and the locking system 50 or 150.
  • some elements of the locking system or 50 or 150 may have a different configuration, suitable for the present application.
  • the housing 60 or 160 may be shaped differently, but has a path 70 or 170 defining three housings corresponding to the three locking positions PB1, PB2 and PB3 of the bar 40.
  • the housing 60 or 160 is fixed on the support of the installation 10, such as a wall or an opening frame.
  • the housing 60 or 160 is integrated directly into the slide 24, at its lower end 26.
  • the slide 24 and the housing 60 or 160 can be molded in one piece.
  • the installation 10 comprises one or more guide systems of the apron fabric 30 by means of cables stretched along the slides 24, the housing 60 or 160 can also be integrated in the lower cable support. .
  • the support piece 42, the housing 60 or 160 and the member 80 are located on the inner side 11 of the installation 10.
  • the installation 10 is not arranged vertically, but is slightly inclined.
  • the configuration of the different parts of the locking systems 50 is adapted accordingly.
  • the cooperation of the path 70 and the rocker member 80, as well as the layout of the tilting plane P80, depend on the positioning of the installation 10.
  • the apron 30 may consist of shutter blades and, on each left side 13 and right 14 of the deck, a chain consisting of several links that are translatable along the axis X in the grooves 27 slides 24, adapted for this purpose.
  • the configuration of the locking system allows a large adjustment tolerance of the positioning of the member relative to the locking housing. Even if the axis of the member and therefore the tilting plane are offset relative to the slide and / or the load bar, the locking system is adapted so that the locking finger follows the locking path, passing by the different locking positions, which is not usually the case for existing locking systems. In other words, the plane can be moved parallel to the slide without preventing the operation of the system. In this case, the speed of movement of the rocker member, its mass, its inertia and its swing relative to the axis of articulation is adapted.
  • the locking system of the present invention can be adapted to different closure or sun protection systems, such as soft fabric blinds, venetian blinds and roller blinds.
