Claims (9)

  1. Rolladen (1), umfassend eine handbetätigte Antriebseinrichtung (14) in Form von einer Rolle (15), die geeignet vorgesehen ist, eine Aufwickelwelle (13) einer Decke (12) in Drehung anzutreiben, wobei sich auf diese Rolle (15) wenigstens zum Teil ein handbetriebenes Ziehorgan (17), wie ein Riemen, eine Kette, eine Schnur (18) oder dergleichen aufwickelt, von denen wenigstens ein Trum (19) für einen Benutzer zugänglich gemacht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er außerdem elastische Rückstellmittel (21) umfaßt, die geeignet vorgesehen sind, den Trum oder die Trüme (19, 19') elastisch zurückzustoßen, die durch das handbetriebene Ziehorgan (17) außerhalb der Ebene (P) gebildet sind, welche durch die besagte Rolle (15) geht, diesem Trum oder diesen Trümen (19, 19') erlaubend, sich wieder in dieser Ebene (P) gegen die Wirkung der elastischen Rückstellmittel (21), unter der Wirkung einer Zugkraft zurückzuversetzen, die auf diesen Trum oder wenigstens auf einen von denen (19, 19') bei einem Befehl zur Entfaltung oder zur Aufwicklung der Decke (12) des Rolladens (1) ausgeübt wird.
  2. Rolladen (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten elastischen Rückstellmittel (21) als eine Feder (22) ausgestaltet sind, die fest mit dem Kasten (6) verbunden ist, und, einerseits, ein Ende (25), welches hinsichtlich des besagten Kastens (6) fest gehalten wird, und, andererseits, ein freies Ende (24), fähig, sich elastisch vor einer Öffnung (20) zu verschieben, die sich wenigstens zum Teil in der Ebene (P) der Rolle (15) befindet und durch die das handbetriebene Ziehorgan (17) aus dem Kasten (6) herausragt, umfaßt.
  3. Rolladen (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (24) der Feder (22) eine Laufrolle (26) aufnimmt, die geeignet ist, mit dem handbetriebenen Ziehorgan (17) in Berührung zu kommen.
  4. Rolladen (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Gehäuse (27) umfaßt, welches nahe bei der Öffnung (20) eingesetzt ist und im dessen Innern wenigstens zum Teil die elastischen Rückstellmittel (21) angeordnet sind, wobei das besagte Gehäuse (27) fest mit dem Kasten (6) verbunden und vorgesehen sei, einerseits, das Vorhandensein dieser elastischen Rückstellmittel (21) zu verbergen, und, andererseits, die Trüme (19, 19') zu führen, um diese Letzteren mit dem freien Ende (24) der Feder (22) in Berührung zu halten.
  5. Rolladen (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte Gehäuse (27) durch eine Haube (29) gebildet ist, die an dem Kasten (6) nach dem Anbringen der elastischen Rückstellmittel (21) über diesen Letzteren gesetzt ist.
  6. Rolladen (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (27) eine Schachtel ist, die mit einer gewissen Anzahl von Öffnungen versehen ist, die den Durchgang des handbetriebenen Ziehorgans (17) erlauben, die elastischen Rückstellmittel (21) seiend im Innern dieser Schachtel im voraus angebracht, wobei das besagte Gehäuse (27) insbesondere geeignet sei, später auf dem Kasten (6) angebracht zu werden.
  7. Rolladen (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Rückstellmittel (21) als ein Schieber (31) ausgestaltet sind, der gleitend über die Gleitschienen (33) gegenüber einem Fenster (34) aufgerichtet ist, das in der inneren Wand (8) oder in der Unterseite (10) des Kastens (6) ausgeführt ist, wobei der besagte Schieber (31) der Wirkung einer Feder (35) ausgesetzt ist.
  8. Rolladen (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Schieber (31) mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (32) für den Durchgang des handbetriebenen Ziehorgans (17) versehen ist, wobei dieser Schieber (31) geeignet vorgesehen ist, zwischen einer Lage, in der die Öffnung oder die Öffnungen (32) sich merklich in der Ebene (P) der Rolle (15) befinden, und einer Lage, die hinsichtlich dieser Ebene (P) verschoben ist, zu gleiten.
  9. Rolladen (1) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Rückstellmittel (21) außerhalb oder im Inneren seiner Unterseite (10) oder der inneren Wand (8) oder noch an der Dicke dieser Letzteren, eingesetzt sind.
