Definitions

  • the invention relates to a suspension with boom for flags and a flagpole with such a suspension.
  • EP 0576308 A describes a flagpole with a boom.
  • the flag is attached by two cables hissbar extending from the boom to a holding device in the form of a Kederprofils.
  • Kederprofil the piping, ie the thickened edge of the flag, held.
  • the flag depends permanently on the ropes. When the ropes break, the flag falls to the ground.
  • a bearing is provided in the boom, which is configured such that the hoisted holding device (eg in the form of a Kederprofils) can be moved by pulling on the cable assembly from a first to a second position along a closing direction.
  • the suspension device has a support with which the holding device is supported in the second, but not in the first position against gravity.
  • the closure direction is preferably horizontal, but it can also be inclined to the horizontal.
  • the hoisted holding device can be brought by train on the cable assembly in the second position, where the weight of the flag and the holding device is taken over by the support, so that the cable assembly can be relieved.
  • the aging processes on the cable arrangement are slowed down.
  • the flag when it is in the second position, even when a rupture of the rope assembly does not fall.
  • the bearing has a slide which can be moved along the locking direction on the arm and which receives the retaining device in a hoisted state.
  • the holding device In the raised state, the holding device is held along the closing direction relative to the carriage, i. it is not substantially moved when transferring from the first to the second position relative to the carriage, but instead the carriage travels with it.
  • holding the hoisted holding device in the carriage in the closing direction via a form fit by at least one projection of the holder engages in a vertically extending recess on the carriage (alternatively, the recess may be disposed on the holder and the projection on the carriage).
  • the hanger can be further equipped with at least one latch having a first, lowered and a second, raised position. It is arranged so that it is acted upon by the holding device during hoisting and transferred from the first to the second position.
  • the latch When the latch is in the first, lowered position, it locks the carriage in the boom against the pull of the cable assembly. If he raised to the second position while hoisting is, he releases the carriage, so that it can be transferred from the rope assembly jerkily in its second position.
  • the suspension device has a spring device and a latching mechanism.
  • the spring device exerts on the holder located in the second position, a force which seeks to urge them into the first position.
  • the latching mechanism holds the holding device against the force of the spring device in the first position. It is designed so that the holding device can be engaged by a first train on the cable assembly in the latching mechanism. By a second pull on the cable assembly, the latched in the latching mechanism holding device can be released again, so that it is brought from the spring device back to the second position.
  • Corresponding latching mechanisms which e.g. from pens or the like are known to the skilled person.
  • the suspension device is equipped with a carriage as described above, then the spring device and the latching mechanism advantageously act on the carriage via the carriage.
  • the invention also relates to a flagpole with a suspension device of this type.
  • the suspension device can also be used without a mast, e.g. on a house wall.
  • Keder refers to a thickening in the edge of the flag.
  • a "Keder profile” is a profile which has an interior space and a slot, and which is adapted to the interior of the piping of a flag tensile load while the flag cloth is guided through the slot to the outside.
  • a “cantilever” is a component generally provided for substantially horizontal or approximately horizontal mounting on which the flag is suspended.
  • the cantilever is usually located at the upper end of a flagpole, but it may also be attached to other objects, such as a flagpole. a street lamp or a house wall, be attached.
  • Fig. 1-3 show a flagpole with the actual, vertically extending mast 1, at the upper end portion of a suspension device 2 is mounted for a flag 3.
  • the receiving device 2 comprises a horizontally extending, fixed boom 4.
  • the boom 4, a carriage 5 is fixed, which can be moved horizontally relative to the boom 4, but vertically from the boom 4 via in Fig. 1-3 Holding means not shown is held.
  • On the boom 4 and slide 5, a holding device 6 is suspended, to which the flag 3 is attached.
  • a cable arrangement 7, 8, 9a, 9b serves to suspend the holding device 6 on the boom 4 or slide 5. She is from the in Fig. 1 introduced right end into the boom and deflected at this down to the holding device 6 out. It comprises two cables, which are connected to one another at the lower end of a section 7 extending vertically in or on the mast 1. At the upper end of section 7, these cables pass over a first deflection roller 10 into a horizontal section 8 and are guided to a second or a third deflection roller 11, 12. The first deflection roller is arranged in the upper end region of the mast 1, the second and the third deflection roller 11, 12 are mounted on the carriage 5.
  • the two cables are separated, and a first thereof extends from the second guide roller 11 via a portion 9a directly to Holding device 6.
  • the second cable runs from the second guide roller 11 horizontally further to the third guide roller 12 and from there via a vertical portion 9b also to the holding device 6.
  • the holding device 6 is suspended at two spaced locations on two ropes.
  • the flag is hoisted.
  • the cable arrangement via the second and third guide rollers 11 and 12 exerts a horizontal force directed against the mast 1 on the carriage 5.
  • the carriage 5 is held by preferably at least two bars 14 against this force.
  • Each latch 14 is pivotally held in a pivot bearing 15 on the carriage 5.
  • a longer portion 14a of the bolt 14 extends obliquely downward from the pivot bearing 15, while a shorter portion 14b abuts a shoulder 16 of the boom 4 above the carriage 5 and so locks the carriage 5 against the horizontal force of the cable assembly.
  • the holding device 6 moves, as in Fig. 2 shown, from below into the carriage 5 a.
  • lateral projections 18 of the holding device 6 are inserted into vertically extending recesses 19 on the carriage 5, so that the holding device 6 is held in the closing direction in the carriage 5 via a (horizontal) positive connection.
  • the holding device 6 When hoisted the holding device 6 strikes against the longer, lower portions 14a of the bolt and slowly lifts it from its first, lowered position to a second, raised position. The upper portions 14b of the bolt 14 release the respective shoulder 16 at a certain point in time, whereupon the carriage 5 together with the holding device 6 from the in Fig. 2 shown first position along a horizontal closure direction 20 in the in Fig. 3 shown second position.
  • the holding device 6 comes to rest on one or more supports 21, of which in Fig. 3 one is shown symbolically, the supports 21 take on the weight of the holding device 6. They are preferably attached to the boom 4.
  • they may be arranged laterally of the holding device 6 such that they form a horizontal surface on which the projections 18 in the method from the first position (FIG. Fig. 2 ) to the second position ( Fig. 3 ), so that the projections 18 rest on the supports 21 in the second position.
  • a spring device for example at least one tension spring 23, and a latching mechanism 24 are provided.
  • the spring device or the tension spring 23 extends between the boom 4 and the carriage and is tensioned when the carriage 5 and the holding device 6 pass from the first to the second position.
  • the spring device applies a force to the first position in the second position holding device 6 and the carriage 5.
  • the holding device 6 and the carriage 5 are held by the latching mechanism 24 against this force.
  • This latching mechanism the structure of which will be described in more detail below, is designed such that the holding device 6 and the carriage 5 can be engaged in it by a first pull on the cable arrangement and be released again by a subsequent, second pull.
  • the function of the device is thus such that the user draws to hoist the flag as usual on the cable assembly, so that the flag 3 is lifted with the holding device 6 and enters the carriage 5.
  • the bolts 14 release the carriage 5
  • this moves abruptly from the first into the second position and locks in the latching mechanism 24 a.
  • the elastic tension built up in the cable arrangement ensures that the movement to the second position is completed, even if the user should release the cable in the middle of the movement.
  • a damped stop should be provided at a suitable position.
  • the flag is secured against train by the supports 21. Will the user to lower the flag again, he pulls briefly again on the rope assembly, so that the latching mechanism 24, the holding device 6 and the carriage 5 releases again, whereupon they move by the force of the spring device 23 back to its first position, so that the holding device 6 no longer rests on the supports 21. Now, the holding device 6 can be lowered with the flag 3 on the rope assembly.
  • the bars 14 are designed so that both must be operated before the carriage 5 is released. This has the following with reference to Fig. 4 illustrated advantage.
  • the holding device 6 can hang slightly inclined when hoisting. Thus, it will initially raise only one of the latch 24. Only when it is fully raised to its horizontal position, it releases both bars, so that the carriage 5 (in Fig. 4 simplified) is transferred to the second position.
  • the boom, the carriage and the holding device are in Fig. 1-3 shown only schematically. Preferably, they are constructed of profiled bodies, in particular of metal profiles.
  • Fig. 5 One possible embodiment is in Fig. 5 shown.
  • boom 4 advantageously forms a profile which surrounds the carriage 5 and the (raised) holding device 6 laterally and from above.
  • Carriage 5 is also designed as a downwardly open U-profile.
  • two rollers 24 are arranged on an axis 25 extending through the carriage 5. These rollers 24 run on two shoulders 26, which run along the inner sides of the boom 4.
  • Holding device 6 is configured as Kederprofil, in which the piping 28 of the flag 3 is held.
  • Fig. 1-3 only schematically illustrated latching mechanism is in one embodiment in Fig. 6-8 shown in more detail. It comprises two guide plates and a rotor 31.
  • the guide plates 30 are fixedly arranged on the boom 4 or on the mast. In the second position of the holding device 6 and the carriage 5, the rotor 31 is located between the two guide plates 30th
  • the rotor 31 is pivotally mounted on a horizontally arranged axis 32 on the carriage 5 and holds a guide pin 33, the two ends engage in a respective labyrinth 35 in the guide plates 30.
  • the shape of the labyrinth 35 is best Fig. 6 can be seen in the dashed line with the course of the guide pin 33 during engagement and disengagement is shown.
  • the guide pin 33 moves into the labyrinth 35 when the carriage 5 is moved to the second position. In doing so, it advantageously passes through a straight path 38. Friction locking prevents that the guide pin 33 falls down towards the flank 39 down.
  • the frictional connection is in the execution Fig. 8 reached by side arms 36 which rub on the carriage 5. Should the guide pin 33 still fall down, so he will hit due to the carriage speed on a collecting edge 40, which leads him back up.
  • the guide pin 33 runs over a first deflection edge 41 and after releasing the cable arrangement in a recess 42, where it is held. Now the carriage 5 is in the second position.
  • the guide pin 33 encounters a second deflection flank 43 and, when the user again reduces the force on the cable arrangement, on the flank 39, where it is guided upward again, whereupon it leaves the labyrinth 35.
  • the rotor 31 is frictionally coupled to the carriage 5, self-locking, i. such that the rotor 31 does not pivot about the axis 32 under its own weight.
  • the latching movement becomes more reliable.
  • the razor mechanism will work even if it is e.g. is operated overhead for testing or inspection purposes, i. when the boom 4 is located below the carriage 5.
  • the two cables of the cable assembly are preferably connected to each other via an auxiliary roller 45.
  • the auxiliary roller 45 is connected via a Verdriller 46 with a pull cable 47.
  • the twisting makes it possible to accommodate rotational movements between the pulling cable 47 and the auxiliary roller 45, so that the cables of the cable arrangement can not entangle.
  • the user operates the pull rope 47.
  • the holding device 6 is designed telescopically, as in FIGS. 9 and 10 is shown, so that they can be adapted to the size of the respective flag 3.
  • the holding device 6 a plurality of telescopically extendable, mutually detectable segments 6a, 6b, 6c.
  • Fig. 9 Holding device is designed shorter than in Fig. 10 so that it is adapted to the size of each flag 3.
  • the boom 4 can be designed telescopically.
  • the boom 4 has a plurality of telescopically extendable, mutually detectable segments 4a, 4b, 4c.
  • the suspension device for the flag 3 thus has a boom 4, on which a carriage 5 is arranged horizontally movable.
  • a holding device 6 is attached to the flag hissbar via a cable assembly 7, 8, 9. If the holding device 6 is pulled up, it moves into the carriage 5.
  • the carriage 5 is released by the bolt 14, then moves against the force of the spring assembly to the mast 1 and is locked. Now he rests on the support 21, which absorbs its weight and relieves the rope arrangement. If the flag 3 is lowered again, the user pulls briefly again on the cable assembly, whereupon the carriage 5 is released and due to the force of the spring assembly 23 moves back to its original position, from where the holding device 6 with the flag 3 can be lowered again.
  • the spring device 23 may for example also be designed as a compression spring, e.g. between the carriage 5 and the mast. 1
  • the carriage 5 can basically be omitted and the holding device 6 can slide directly in the boom 4.
  • the carriage 5 is provided as a bearing.
