  • the first pusher 20 is in contact with one of the outer flanks of the second blade 11 when the pull tab 19 occupies one of its two axial positions while the second pusher 20 'is arranged to be located at a certain distance from the other of the outer flanks of the second blade 11 ( Figure 5).
