Claims (10)

  1. Verschluss einer Armbanduhr, umfassend:
    - ein Gestell (10), das mit einem Sockel (100) und mindestens einem ersten Gabelpaar (102), das sich parallel zueinander von dem Sockel (100) aus in einer selben Ebene erstreckt, versehen ist, und
    - eine erste Abdeckung (12), die mit dem Gestell (10) mit Hilfe einer ersten Klinge (20) verbunden ist, die mit dem Gestell (10) an einem ersten seiner Enden gelenkig verbunden ist und dazu vorgesehen ist, zwischen den Gabeln (102) Platz zu nehmen, wenn der Verschluss in der verriegelten Position ist, wobei die erste Klinge (20) ferner an einem zweiten Ende mit der ersten Abdeckung (12) gelenkig verbunden ist,
    wobei die erste Abdeckung (12) ferner Verriegelungsmittel (14) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen sind, mit einer Befestigungsstruktur (16) zusammenzuwirken, die mit dem Gestell (10) verbunden ist, die durch Drücker (18) gesteuert wird, um sich zwischen einer Befestigungsposition, in der die Befestigungsstruktur (16) geeignet ist, mit den Verriegelungsmitteln (14) zusammenzuwirken, um den Verschluss zu verschließen, und einer freien Position, in der die Befestigungsstruktur (16) die Verriegelungsmittel (14) freigibt, zu verlagern,
    - eine erste Gleitschiene (30), deren erstes Ende gleitend in der ersten Abdeckung (12) entlang der Längsachse des Verschlusses montiert ist, und deren zweites Ende dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Armband verbunden zu sein, wobei die Gleitschiene ein erstes Läuferpaar (32) umfasst, zwischen denen die erste Klinge (20) Platz nehmen kann, wenn sich der Verschluss in verriegelter Position befindet, wobei die Läufer nun gegenüber den Gabeln (102) angeordnet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Struktur zur Einstellung der Position der ersten Gleitschiene (30) in Bezug zum Deckel (12) entlang der Längsachse umfasst, wobei die Einstellungsstruktur von einer Rastung (50), die auf den Läufern angeordnet ist, und von einem Anschlagelement (60), das mit den Gabeln (102) verbunden ist, gebildet ist, wobei die Rastung (50) und das Anschlagelement (60) dazu vorgesehen sind, miteinander zusammenzuwirken und die Translation der ersten Gleitschiene (30) zu blockieren, wenn sich der Verschluss in verriegelter Position befindet.
  2. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein zweites Gabelpaar (102) umfasst, das sich parallel zueinander von dem Sockel (100) aus in einer selben Ebene symmetrisch zum ersten Gabelpaar (102) erstreckt,
    und dass er eine zweite Abdeckung (12) umfasst, die mit dem Gestell (10) mit Hilfe einer zweiten Klinge (220) verbunden ist, der mit dem Gestell (10) an einem ersten seiner Enden gelenkig verbunden und dazu vorgesehen ist, zwischen den Gabeln (102) des zweiten Gabelpaars (102) angeordnet zu sein, wenn der Verschluss in der verriegelten Position ist, wobei die zweite Klinge ferner an einem zweiten Ende mit der zweiten Abdeckung (12) gelenkig verbunden ist,
    wobei die zweite Abdeckung (12) ferner Verriegelungsmittel (14) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen sind, mit der Befestigungsstruktur (16) zusammenzuwirken, die durch die Drücker (18) gesteuert wird, um sich zwischen der Befestigungsposition, in der die Befestigungsstruktur (16) geeignet ist, mit den zweiten Verriegelungsmitteln (14) zusammenzuwirken, um den Verschluss zu verschließen, und einer freien Position, in der die Befestigungsstruktur (16) die zweiten Verriegelungsmittel (14) freigibt, zu verlagern,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine zweite Gleitschiene (230) umfasst, die gleitend in der zweiten Abdeckung (12) entlang der Längsachse des Verschlusses montiert ist, wobei die zweite Gleitschiene (230) ein zweites Läuferpaar (232) umfasst, zwischen denen die zweite Klinge (220) Platz nehmen kann, wenn sich der Verschluss in verriegelter Position befindet, wobei die Läufer des zweiten Läuferpaars nun gegenüber den Gabeln (102) des zweiten Gabelpaars (102) angeordnet sind,
    und dass er eine Struktur zur Einstellung der Position der zweiten Gleitschiene (230) in Bezug zum Deckel (12) entlang der Längsachse umfasst, wobei die Einstellungsstruktur von einer zweiten Rastung (250), die auf dem Läuferpaar (232) angeordnet ist, und von einem zweiten Anschlagelement (260), das mit den Gabeln (102) des zweiten Gabelpaars (102) verbunden ist, gebildet ist, wobei die zweite Rastung (250) und das zweite Anschlagelement (260) dazu vorgesehen sind, miteinander zusammenzuwirken und die Translation der zweiten Gleitschiene (230) zu blockieren, wenn sich der Verschluss in verriegelter Position befindet.
  3. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Läufer eine Rastung (50, 250) umfasst, und dass jede Gabel ein Anschlagelement (60, 260) umfasst, um mit einer zugehörigen Rastung (50, 250) zusammenzuwirken.
  4. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Rastung (50, 250) und jedes Anschlagelement (60, 260), das ihr zugeordnet ist, auf einer Seite des Läufers bzw. auf einer Seite der Gabel angeordnet sind, wobei die Seiten zum Gelenk zwischen dem Gestell (10) und der ersten Klinge (20) bzw. zwischen dem Gestell (10) und der zweiten Klinge (220) parallel sind, wenn der Verschluss von Anspruch 2 abhängt.
  5. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastung (50, 250) und das Anschlagelement (60, 260), das ihr zugeordnet ist, komplementäre Formen haben.
  6. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine erste elastische Zunge (70) umfasst, die zwischen der ersten Abdeckung (12) und der ersten Gleitschiene (30) zwischengefügt ist, wobei die elastische Zunge dazu vorgesehen ist, auf die erste Gleitschiene (30) eine Kraft auszuüben, die dazu neigt, sie gegen das erste Gabelpaar (102) zu drücken und die Rastung (50) am Anschlagelement (60) eingerastet zu halten.
  7. Verschluss nach Anspruch 6 und nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine zweite elastische Zunge (270) umfasst, die zwischen der zweiten Abdeckung (12) und der zweiten Gleitschiene (230) zwischengefügt ist, wobei die zweite elastische Zunge dazu vorgesehen ist, auf die zweite Gleitschiene (230) eine Kraft auszuüben, die dazu neigt, sie gegen das zweite Gabelpaar (102) zu drücken und die Rastung (250) am zweiten Anschlagelement (260) eingerastet zu halten.
  8. Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die erste (30) und die zweite Gleitschiene (230) jeweils ein Paar von Stiften (34, 234) umfassen, die seitlich und herausragend entlang einer Achse senkrecht auf die Längsachse angeordnet sind, wobei die Stiftpaare mit Nuten zusammenwirken, die in der ersten bzw. zweiten Abdeckung (12) entlang der Längsachse vorgesehen sind, um das Gleiten der ersten (30) und der zweiten Gleitschiene (230) zu ermöglichen.
  9. Verschluss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte (34, 234) länglich und derart dimensioniert sind, dass sie eine begrenzte Drehung der ersten und der zweiten Gleitschiene (30, 230) in Bezug zur ersten bzw. zweiten Abdeckung (12) um die durch die Stifte verlaufende Achse ermöglichen.
  10. Verfahren zur Einstellung eines Verschlusses nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die Schritte:
    - des Entriegelns des Verschlusses und des Öffnens mindestens der ersten Abdeckung (12),
    - des Schwenkes der ersten Gleitschiene (30) in Bezug zur ersten Abdeckung, um die Rastung (50) aus der Anschlagstruktur (60) freizugeben,
    - des Verlagerns der ersten Gleitschiene (30) in Translation in Bezug zur ersten Abdeckung (12),
    - des Schließens der ersten Abdeckung (12) auf dem Gestell (10) und des Verriegelns des Verschlusses.
