Claims (13)

  1. Eine Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung, umfassend:
    eine Kraftstoffpumpe (3), angeordnet in einem Kraftstofftank (2), die Kraftstoffpumpe (3) pumpt Kraftstoff in den Kraftstofftank (2) und speist den Kraftstoff unter Druck in eine interne Verbrennungsmaschine ein;
    einen oberen Becher (25), extern eingerastet in die Kraftstoffpumpe (3) von einer Oberseite einer axialen Richtung der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) aus und mit einem Kraftstoffdurchflussweg, durch den der Kraftstoff von der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) aus fließt.
    eine Flanscheinheit (4), montiert an die Bodenwand (2b) des Kraftstofftanks (2), die die Kraftstoffpumpe (3) hält, im Zusammenspiel mit dem oberen Becher (25) und einem Tankabschnitt (11) in dem sich der Kraftstoff sammelt; und
    einen Druckregler (76), der ständig den Kraftstoffdruck im Kraftstoffdurchflussweg aufrechterhält,
    wobei der Druckregler (76) innerhalb des oberen Bechers (25) angeordnet ist und auf einer Projektionsebene der Kraftstoffpumpe (3), aus der axialen Richtung gesehen,
    die Kraftstoffpumpe (3) ist so konfiguriert, dass ihr äußerer Umfang vom oberen Becher (25) bedeckt ist, um zu verhindern, dass Kraftstoff in den Kraftstofftank (2) zwischen dem oberen Becher (25) und der Kraftstoffpumpe (3), austritt, die Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Rückflussweg (78) zwischen der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) und dem oberen Becher (25) und zwischen der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) und der Flanscheinheit (4) vorgesehen ist, der zwischen dem Druckregler (76) und dem Tankabschnitt (11) eine Verbindung bildet, und den vom Druckregler (76) abgegebenen Kraftstoff in den Tankabschnitt (11) leitet.
  2. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Druckregler (76) auf den Kraftstoff sammelnden Tankabschnitt (11) der Flanscheinheit (4) gerichtet ist und auf dem oberen Becher (25) montiert ist.
  3. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der obere Becher (25) mit einem Kraftstoffweg gebildet ist, der von der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) zu einem Einspritzer führt, und einem Kraftstoffweg der von der Kraftstoffpumpe zum Druckregler (76) führt.
  4. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Kraftstoffweg der von der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) zum Druckregler (76) führt nach oben aus dem oberen Becher (25) ragt.
  5. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, weiterhin umfassend:
    ein Rückschlagventil (74), vorgesehen zwischen dem Kraftstoffweg vorgesehen im oberen Becher (25) und der Kraftstoffpumpe (3);
    wobei das Rückschlagventil (74) und der Druckregler (76) parallel, an der Oberseite der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) angeordnet sind.
  6. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Druckregler (76) und das Rückschlagventil (74) in einer Projektionsebene der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) angeordnet sind.
  7. Die Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei der Kraftstoffweg, der von der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) zum Einspritzer führt, auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Druckreglers (76) angeordnet ist und sich das Rückschlagventil (74) dazwischen befindet.
  8. Die Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei der Kraftstoffweg, der von der Kraftstoffpumpe (3) zum Einspritzer führt, das Rückschlagventil (74) und der Druckregler (76) ausgerichtet angeordnet sind.
  9. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, weiterhin umfassend:
    Motorklemmen (32), vorgesehen in der Kraftstoffpumpe (3);
    Leistungsklemmen (34), vorgesehen an der Flanscheinheit (4), die nach innen und außen des Kraftstofftanks (3) führt; und
    Gurte (6) mit Anschlussklemmen (33a, 33b), die mit den Motorklemmen (32) und den Leistungsklemmen (34), jeweils an entgegengesetzten Enden, verbunden werden können und elektrisch die Motorklemmen (32) mit den Leistungsklemmen (34) verbinden,
    wobei entweder im oberen Becher (25) oder der Flanscheinheit (4) ein Wandabschnitt (81), der das Einstecken der Anschlussklemmen (33a, 33b) in die gurtseitigen Endabschnitte der Leistungsklemmen (34) führt, in aufrechtem Zustand an einer Position vorgesehen ist, die zur radialen Innenseite der gurtseitigen Endabschnitte wird.
  10. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, weiterhin umfassend:
    mehrere Speicherwandklemmen (86), ausgerichtet entlang dem Wandabschnitt (81) und angeordnet in Entfernung vom Wandabschnitt, vorgesehen an einer radialen Außenseite des Wandabschnitts in aufrechtem Zustand, wobei die gurtseitigen Endabschnitte der Leistungsklemmen (34) zwischen diesen mehreren Wandabschnitten (81) angeordnet sind, und
    jeder Wandabschnitt (81) umfasst:
    Nutabschnitte (84) zurückversetzt zur Innenseite, an Positionen die den mehreren Speicherwandklemmen (86) entsprechen, und
    einen Schlitz (82), der den Kraftstofftankabschnitt mit einer Außenseite des Wandabschnitts verbindet.
  11. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Gurte (6) entlang der Wandabschnitte (81) geführt werden, und sich an der radialen Innenseite des oberen Bechers (25) und der Flanscheinheit (4) befinden.
  12. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei der obere Becher (25) mit einem Klammerabschnitt (65) versehen ist, der die Bewegung des Gurts (6) regelt, und
    der Klammerabschnitt (65) umfasst:
    einen Basisabschnitt (67) gebildet an der radialen Innenseite einer äußeren Umfangsfläche des oberen Bechers (25), und
    einen Halteabschnitt (66), angeordnet entfernt von und entlang des Basisabschnitts (67), und dazu konfiguriert, das eines seiner Enden verbunden ist mit dem Basisabschnitt (67), und so, dass sein anderes Ende offen ist, und
    eine Fläche des Basisabschnitts (66) ist angeordnet an der radialen Innenseite einer äußeren Umfangsfläche des oberen Bechers (25).
  13. Kraftstoffversorgungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Wandabschnitt (81) an der Flanscheinheit (4) in aufrechtem Zustand vorgesehen ist und eine Außenfläche des Wandabschnitts (81) und eine Außenfläche des Basisabschnitts (67), so geformt sind, dass sie annähernd miteinander bündig sind.
