Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de remplissage (10, 10') pour remplir un article (2) avec un produit alimentaire pouvant être déversé, comprenant :
    - un réservoir (6) pouvant être rempli avec ledit produit pouvant être déversé ;
    - une première ligne fluidique (12) s'étendant entre ledit réservoir (6) et une ouverture de déversement (14), à travers laquelle ledit produit pouvant être déversé peut passer pendant une étape de remplissage dudit article (2) ;
    - un obturateur (15) pouvant être déplacé entre une position ouverte respective, dans laquelle il permet le passage dudit produit pouvant être déversé dudit réservoir (6) jusqu'à l'ouverture (14) par l'intermédiaire de ladite première ligne fluidique (12), et une position fermée respective, dans laquelle il empêche le passage dudit produit pouvant être déversé au niveau d'une section (19) de ladite première ligne fluidique (12) ;
    - une première chambre (25) reliée fluidiquement au dit réservoir (6) ; et
    - une deuxième ligne fluidique (22) reliée fluidiquement à ladite ouverture (14) et à ladite première chambre (25) pour permettre à une première substance aériforme de s'écouler hors dudit article (2) lorsque ledit obturateur (15) est dans ladite position ouverte respective ou pour transporter une deuxième substance aériforme dans ledit article (2) lorsque ledit obturateur (15) est dans ladite position fermée respective ;
    ladite deuxième ligne fluidique (22) définissant un trajet (30) unique pour ladite première ou deuxième substance aériforme entre ladite ouverture (14) et ladite première chambre (25),
    ledit dispositif (10, 10') comprenant une deuxième chambre (40, 60') pouvant être reliée de manière sélective et fluidique à un premier orifice d'échappement (46, 46') ou au dit réservoir (6) ;
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    - une troisième ligne fluidique (41, 41') s'étendant entre ladite deuxième chambre (40, 60') et un segment de ladite première ligne fluidique (12) agencé en amont de ladite section (19) s'étendant le long d'une direction d'avance dudit produit pouvant être déversé dudit réservoir (6) vers ladite ouverture (14) ; et
    - une première vanne (50) pouvant être déplacée dans une position ouverte respective dans laquelle elle permet l'écoulement dudit produit pouvant être déversé le long de ladite troisième ligne fluidique (41, 41'), lorsque ledit obturateur (15) est agencé dans ladite position fermée respective et lorsque ladite deuxième chambre (40, 60') est reliée au dit réservoir (6), de manière à faire recirculer ledit produit pouvant être déversé à travers ledit réservoir (6) et lesdites première et troisième lignes fluidiques (12 ; 41, 41') ;
    ladite première vanne (50) pouvant également être déplacée dans une position fermée respective, dans laquelle elle empêche l'écoulement dudit produit pouvant être déversé le long de ladite troisième ligne fluidique (41, 41').
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    - une deuxième vanne (26) interposée le long de ladite deuxième ligne fluidique (22) et pouvant être déplacée entre une position ouverte ou fermée respective dans laquelle elle permet ou empêche respectivement l'écoulement de ladite première ou deuxième substance aériforme à travers ladite deuxième ligne fluidique (22) ;
    - une quatrième ligne fluidique (61') s'étendant entre ladite deuxième chambre (60') et un segment (43') de ladite deuxième ligne fluidique (22) interposé entre ladite ouverture (14) et ladite deuxième vanne (26) ; et
    - une troisième vanne (62') interposée le long de ladite quatrième ligne fluidique (61'), et pouvant être déplacée dans une position ouverte respective dans laquelle elle permet l'écoulement de ladite première substance aériforme de ladite ouverture (14) jusqu'à ladite deuxième chambre (60'), lorsque ledit obturateur (15) est dans ladite position ouverte respective et que ladite deuxième chambre (60') est reliée au dit orifice d'échappement (46') ;
    ladite troisième vanne (62') pouvant être déplacée dans une position fermée respective, dans laquelle elle empêche l'écoulement de ladite première substance aériforme à travers ladite quatrième ligne fluidique (61').
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    - une troisième chambre (40') reliée fluidiquement à un autre orifice d'échappement (46) ;
    - une cinquième ligne fluidique (42') qui peut être reliée fluidiquement au volume intérieur dudit article (2) et reliée fluidiquement à ladite troisième chambre (40') ;
    - une quatrième vanne (51) interposée le long de ladite cinquième ligne fluidique (42') et pouvant être déplacée dans une position ouverte respective dans laquelle elle permet l'écoulement d'une autre substance aériforme de ladite ouverture (14) jusqu'à ladite troisième chambre (40'), lorsque ledit obturateur (15) est dans ladite position ouverte respective et que ladite troisième chambre (40') est reliée au dit autre orifice d'échappement (46') de manière à réduire la pression dans ledit article (2) à la fin d'une étape de remplissage de l'article (2) ;
    ladite quatrième vanne (51) pouvant être déplacée dans une position fermée respective, dans laquelle elle empêche l'écoulement le long de ladite cinquième ligne fluidique (42').
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de commande (55').
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de commande (55') est configurée pour :
    - déplacer ledit obturateur (15) dans ladite position ouverte respective, de manière à remplir ledit article (2) avec ledit produit pouvant être déversé ;
    - maintenir ladite deuxième vanne (26) dans ladite position fermée respective dans laquelle elle empêche ladite première substance aériforme d'atteindre ladite première chambre (25) ;
    - relier fluidiquement ladite deuxième chambre (60') et ledit premier orifice d'échappement (46') ;
    - déplacer ladite troisième vanne (62') dans ladite position ouverte respective de manière à permettre à ladite première substance aériforme d'atteindre ladite deuxième chambre (60') et ledit premier orifice d'échappement (46').
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de commande (55') est également configurée, dans le cas où ledit article (2) est rempli avec un produit pouvant être déversé à une température supérieure à une température ambiante, pour :
    - déplacer ledit obturateur (15) dans ladite position fermée à la fin d'une étape de remplissage dudit article (2) avec ledit produit pouvant être déversé ;
    - relier fluidiquement ladite deuxième chambre (60') à ladite source de chaleur (39) et au dit réservoir (6) ; et
    - déplacer ladite première vanne (50) dans ladite position ouverte respective, de manière à créer une circulation continue dudit produit pouvant être déversé entre ladite troisième ligne fluidique (41'), ladite source de chaleur (39), ledit réservoir (6) et ladite première ligne fluidique (12).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    - une quatrième ligne fluidique (42) qui peut être reliée fluidiquement au volume intérieur dudit article (2) et reliée fluidiquement à ladite deuxième chambre (40) ; et
    - une troisième vanne (51) interposée le long de ladite quatrième ligne fluidique (42) et pouvant être commandée pour permettre l'écoulement d'un autre substance aériforme de ladite ouverture (14) jusqu'à ladite deuxième chambre (40), lorsque ledit obturateur (15) est dans ladite position ouverte respective et que ladite deuxième chambre (40) est reliée au dit autre orifice d'échappement (46) de manière à réduire la pression dans ledit article (2) à la fin d'une étape de remplissage de l'article (2).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de commande (55) configurée, lorsqu'un gaz est ajouté au dit produit pouvant être déversé, pour :
    - déplacer ledit obturateur (15) dans ladite position fermée respective une fois que ledit article (2) a été rempli avec ledit produit pouvant être déversé ;
    - relier fluidiquement ladite deuxième chambre (40) au dit premier orifice d'échappement (46) ; et
    - déplacer ladite troisième vanne (51) dans ladite position ouverte respective de manière à permettre à ladite autre substance aériforme de s'écouler vers ladite deuxième chambre (40) et à dépressuriser ledit article (2) ;
    ladite unité de commande (55) étant également configurée, lorsque ledit produit pouvant être déversé est à une température supérieure à une température ambiante, pour :
    - déplacer ledit obturateur (15) dans ladite position fermée respective ;
    - relier fluidiquement ladite deuxième chambre (40) à ladite source de chaleur (39) et au dit réservoir (6) ; et
    - déplacer ladite première vanne (50) dans ladite position ouverte respective, de manière à créer une circulation continue dudit produit pouvant être déversé entre lesdites première et quatrième lignes fluidiques (12, 42), ladite source de chaleur (39) et ledit réservoir (6).
