Claims (8)

  1. Füllvorrichtung bzw. Befüllvorrichtung (10, 10') zum Füllen eines Gegenstands (2) mit einem gießfähigen Nahrungsmittelprodukt, die aufweist:
    - einen mit dem gießfähigen Produkt füllbaren Behälter (6);
    - eine erste Fluidleitung (12), die sich zwischen dem Behälter (6) und einer Ausgussöffnung (14) erstreckt, die das gießfähige Produkt während eines Füllschritts des Gegenstands (2) durchfließen kann;
    - eine Klappe (15), die zwischen einer jeweiligen offenen Stellung, in der sie den Durchfluss des gießfähigen Produkts vom Behälter (6) zur Öffnung (14) durch die erste Fluidleitung (12) erlaubt, und einer jeweiligen geschlossenen Stellung verschiebbar ist, in der sie den Durchfluss des gießfähigen Produkt an einem Abschnitt (19) der ersten Fluidleitung (12) verhindert;
    - eine erste Kammer (25), die mit dem Behälter (6) fluidisch verbunden ist; und
    - eine zweite Fluidleitung (22), die mit der Öffnung (14) und mit der ersten Kammer (25) fluidisch verbunden ist, um es einer ersten Gasform zu erlauben, aus dem Gegenstand (2) zu fließen, wenn die Klappe (15) in der jeweiligen offenen Stellung ist, oder um eine zweite Gasform in den Gegenstand (2) zu befördern, wenn die Klappe (15) in der jeweiligen geschlossenen Stellung ist;
    wobei die zweite Fluidleitung (22) einen einzigen Pfad (30) für die erste oder zweite Gasform zwischen der Öffnung (14) und der ersten Kammer (25) definiert,
    wobei die Vorrichtung (10, 10') eine zweite Kammer (40, 60') aufweist, die selektiv mit einem ersten Auslass (46; 46') oder mit dem Behälter (6) fluidisch verbindbar ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:
    - eine dritte Fluidleitung (41, 41'), die sich zwischen der zweiten Kammer (40, 60') und einem vor dem Abschnitt (19) angeordneten Segment der ersten Fluidleitung (12) erstreckt, die entlang einer Zufuhrrichtung des gießfähigen Produkts vom Behälter (6) zur Öffnung (14) verläuft; und
    - ein erstes Ventil (50), das in eine jeweilige offene Stellung verschiebbar ist, in der es das Fließen des gießfähigen Produkts entlang der dritten Fluidleitung (41, 41') erlaubt, wenn die Klappe (15) in der jeweiligen geschlossenen Stellung angeordnet ist, und wenn die zweite Kammer (40, 60') mit dem Behälter (6) verbunden ist, um das gießfähige Produkt durch den Behälter (6) und die erste und dritte Fluidleitung (12; 41, 41') zu rezirkulieren;
    wobei das erste Ventil (50) auch in eine jeweilige geschlossene Stellung verschiebbar ist, in der es das Fließen des gießfähigen Produkts entlang der dritten Fluidleitung (41, 41') verhindert.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:
    - ein zweites Ventil (26), das entlang der Fluidleitung (22) eingefügt und zwischen einer jeweiligen offenen oder geschlossenen Stellung verschiebbar ist, in denen es das Fließen der ersten oder zweiten Gasform durch die zweite Fluidleitung (22) erlaubt bzw. verhindert;
    - eine vierte Fluidleitung (61'), die sich zwischen der zweiten Kammer (60') und einem Segment (43') der zweiten Fluidleitung (22) erstreckt, das zwischen der Öffnung (14) und dem zweiten Ventil (26) eingefügt ist; und
    - ein drittes Ventil (62'), das entlang der vierten Fluidleitung (61') eingefügt und in eine jeweilige offene Stellung verschiebbar ist, in der es das Fließen der ersten Gasform von der Öffnung (14) in die zweite Kammer (60') erlaubt, wenn die Klappe (15) in der jeweiligen offenen Stellung und die zweite Kammer (60') mit dem Auslass (46') verbunden ist;
    wobei das dritte Ventil (62') in eine jeweilige geschlossene Stellung verschiebbar ist, in der es das Fließen der ersten Gasform durch die vierte Fluidleitung (61') verhindert.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:
    - eine dritte Kammer (40'), die mit einem weiteren Auslass (46) fluidisch verbunden ist;
    - eine fünfte Fluidleitung (42'), die mit dem Innenvolumen des Gegenstands (2) fluidisch verbindbar und mit der dritten Kammer (40') fluidisch verbunden ist;
    - ein viertes Ventil (51), das entlang der fünften Fluidleitung (42') eingefügt und in eine jeweilige offene Stellung verschiebbar ist, in der es das Fließen einer anderen Gasform von der Öffnung (14) in die dritte Kammer (40') erlaubt, wenn die Klappe (15) in der jeweiligen offenen Stellung und die dritte Kammer (40') mit dem weiteren Auslass (46') verbunden ist, um den Druck innerhalb des Gegenstands (2) am Ende eines Füllschritts des Gegenstands (2) zu verringern;
    wobei das vierte Ventil (51) in eine jeweilige geschlossene Stellung verschiebbar ist, in der es das Fließen entlang der fünften Fluidleitung (42') verhindert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Steuereinheit (55') aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontrolleinheit (55') konfiguriert ist, um:
    - die Klappe (15) in die jeweilige offene Stellung zu verschieben, um den Gegenstand (2) mit dem gießfähigen Produkt zu füllen;
    - das zweite Ventil (26) in der geschlossenen Stellung zu halten, in der es verhindert, dass die erste Gasform die erste Kammer (25) erreicht;
    - die zweite Kammer (60') und den ersten Auslass (46') fluidisch zu verbinden;
    - das dritte Ventil (62') in die jeweilige offene Stellung zu verschieben, um es der ersten Gasform zu erlauben, die zweite Kammer (60') und den ersten Auslass (46') zu erreichen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (55') auch konfiguriert ist, wenn der Gegenstand (2) mit einem gießfähigen Produkt auf einer höheren Temperatur als Raumtemperatur gefüllt wird, um:
    - die Klappe (15) am Ende eines Füllschritts des Gegenstands (2) mit dem gießfähigen Produkt in die geschlossene Stellung zu verschieben;
    - die zweite Kammer (60') mit der Wärmequelle (39) und dem Behälter (6) fluidisch zu verbinden; und
    - das erste Ventil (50) in die jeweilige offene Stellung zu verschieben, um eine durchgehende Zirkulation des gießfähigen Produkts zwischen der dritten Fluidleitung (41'), der Wärmequelle (39), dem Behälter (6) und der ersten Fluidleitung (12) zu erzeugen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:
    - eine vierte Fluidleitung (42), die mit dem Innenvolumen des Gegenstands (2) fluidisch verbindbar und mit der zweiten Kammer (40) fluidisch verbunden ist; und
    - ein drittes Ventil (51), das entlang der vierten Fluidleitung (42) eingefügt und steuerbar ist, um das Fließen einer anderen Gasform von der Öffnung (14) in die zweite Kammer (40) zu erlauben, wenn die Klappe (15) in der jeweiligen offenen Stellung und die zweite Kammer (40) mit dem weiteren Auslass (46) verbunden ist, um den Druck im Gegenstand (2) am Ende eines Füllschritts des Gegenstands (2) zu verringern.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Steuereinheit (55) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, wenn dem gießfähigen Produkt ein Gas hinzugefügt wird, um:
    - die Klappe (15) in die jeweilige geschlossene Stellung zu verschieben, sobald der Gegenstand (2) mit dem gießfähigen Produkt gefüllt wurde;
    - die zweite Kammer (40) mit dem ersten Auslass (46) fluidisch zu verbinden; und
    - das dritte Ventil (51) in die jeweilige offene Stellung zu verschieben, um es der weiteren Gasform zu erlauben, zur zweiten Kammer (40) zu fließen und den Gegenstand (2) drucklos zu machen;
    wobei die Steuereinheit (55) auch konfiguriert ist, wenn das gießfähige Produkt auf einer höheren Temperatur als Raumtemperatur ist, um:
    - die Klappe (15) in die jeweilige geschlossene Stellung zu verschieben;
    - die zweite Kammer (40) mit der Wärmequelle (39) und dem Behälter (6) fluidisch zu verbinden; und
