  • each valve unit 3 also comprises an opening/closure valve 40, which is mounted on the open upper end 39 of the upper section 26" of the compensation cannula 26, and it is adapted to open and close such open upper end 39 according to preset operating steps.
  • the fitting conduit 64 which connects the second tank 60 to the compensation cannula 26, is laterally derived from the compensation cannula 26 preferably developing orthogonally to the latter, and it is intercepted by the opening/closure valve 40 at the open upper opening 39 of the compensation cannula 26.
  • the logic control unit of the isobaric filling machine 1 controls the closure of the supply conduit 11 by means of the shutter 18 which is made to descend by means of the second actuator means 33 and the descent of the compensation cannula 26 by means of the first actuator means 30 up to bringing the open lower end 29 thereof to the predefined height for defining the level of the liquid within the container 4.
  • the third control valve 42 of the self-levelling circuit is opened, which controls, through the enabling valve 7, the inflow of inert gas within the container 4 thus raising the liquid in the second tank 60 through the compensation cannula 26 up to the achievement of the predefined height level.
  • the logic control unit controls, through the opening/closure valve 40, the closure of the open upper end 39 of the compensation cannula 26, and through the first actuator means 30 the rising of the compensation cannula 26 in the raised position.
  • the logic control unit controls the sequential opening of the two degassing valves 8, 9 adapted to bring the pressure of the container 4 first to an intermediate pressure and then to the ambient pressure (i.e. directly to the ambient pressure without passing through an intermediate pressure).

Claims (14)

  1. Isobarische Füllmaschine (1) zum Füllen von Behältern mit Flüssigkeiten, die Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine tragende Struktur;
    - ein Drehkarussell (2), das drehbar auf der genannten tragenden Struktur montiert ist;
    - einen ersten Tank (6) für das Speichern einer Flüssigkeit unter Druck, insbesondere mit Kohlensäure, die in den Behälter (4) abzufüllen ist, der von dem genannten drehbaren Karussell (2) getragen wird;
    - mehrere Ventilgruppen (3), die um das genannten drehbare Karussell (2) montiert und hydraulisch an den genannten ersten Tank (6) angeschlossen sind, von denen jede Folgendes umfasst:
    o eine Zuleitung (11) zum Einleiten der genannten Flüssigkeit aus dem ersten Tank (6) in die genannten zu füllenden Behälter (4),
    o Absperrvorrichtungen (18, 19), die mit der genannten Zuleitung (11) verbunden und geeignet sind, den Zufluss der genannten Flüssigkeit in die genannten Behälter (4) zu regeln;
    o eine Ausgleichskanüle (26), die koaxial zwischen der Zuleitung montiert und mit einem offenen unteren Ende (29) ausgestattet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, in das Innere der genannten Behälter (4) eingeführt zu werden, um den maximalen Füllstand der genannten Flüssigkeit in den genannten Behältern (4) hydraulisch zu regeln und in der Lage, eine kohlensäurehaltige Flüssigkeit oder einen Teil der genannten abgefüllten Flüssigkeit, die aus dem genannten Behälter (4) stammt, während eines Schritts des Abfüllens und/oder automatischen Angleichens des Füllstands der genannten Behälter (4) zu transportieren;
    wobei die genannte Ausgleichskanüle (26) hydraulisch vom genannten ersten Tank (6) isoliert und oben an einen zweiten Tank (60) angeschlossen ist, der mit der Außenumgebung über ein Entlüftungsventil (62) verbunden ist; wobei Ausgleichsvorrichtungen vorgesehen sind, um im Wesentlichen die Druckunterschiede zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Tank (6, 60) auszugleichen;
    wobei die genannte isobare Füllmaschine (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der genannte zweite Tank (60) über dem genannten ersten Tank (6) montiert ist und von der genannten Ausgleichskanüle (26) im Abstand zum Letzteren gehalten wird, die an dem genannten zweiten Tank (60) angebracht ist und über den genannten ersten Tank (6) verläuft;
    die genannte isobare Füllmaschine (1) umfasst dabei außerdem Einstellvorrichtungen (95), die mechanisch mit dem genannten zweiten Tank (60) verbunden und bedienbar sind, um Letzteren im Verhältnis zum genannten ersten Tank (6) zu bewegen und dabei die genannte Ausgleichskanüle (26) über den genannten ersten Tank (6) zu bringen, deren unteres Ende (29) bei unterschiedlichen Füllstandhöhen geöffnet ist.
  2. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Entnahmeleitung (63) umfasst, die vom Boden (60") des genannten zweiten Tanks (60) kommt und mit dem ersten Tank (6) über einen Förderabschnitt (63') verbunden ist, der über den Deckel (6') des genannten ersten Tanks (6) verläuft, um den in dem genannten zweiten Tank (60) enthaltenen Flüssigkeitsteil in den genannten ersten Tank (6) zu gießen.
  3. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderabschnitt (63') der genannten Entnahmeleitung (63) im Wesentlichen vertikal verläuft und gleitend mit Abdichtung in einen Durchgang (94) eingesetzt ist, der auf dem Deckel (6') des genannten ersten Tanks (6) realisiert wurde.
  4. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Entlüftungsventil (62) geeignet ist, die von der genannten Ausgleichskanüle (26) beförderte kohlensäurehaltige Flüssigkeit in den genannten zweiten Tank (60) zu füllen, insbesondere während des Schritts des genannten automatischen Füllstandausgleichs.
  5. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Ausgleichsvorrichtungen eine Ausgleichsleitung (61) zum Ausgleichen des Druckunterschieds umfassen, die zwischen dem genannten ersten und zweiten Tank (6, 60) angebracht ist.
  6. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Ausgleichsleitung (61) zum Ausgleichen des Druckunterschieds zwischen einer ersten Öffnung auf dem Deckel (6') des genannten ersten Tanks (6) und einer zweiten Öffnung auf dem Deckel (60') des genannten zweiten Tanks (60) als Verbindung angebracht ist.
  7. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte zweite Tank (60) hydraulisch an ein offenes oberes Ende (39) der genannten Ausgleichskanüle (26) jeder Ventilgruppe (3) mit Hilfe einer Anschlussleitung (64) angeschlossen ist, die mit einer dritten Öffnung verbunden ist, die auf dem Deckel (60') des genannten zweiten Tanks (60) realisiert wurde.
  8. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der genannten Ventilgruppen (3) mindestens ein Öffnungs-/Schließventil (40) umfasst, das auf dem oberen Ende (39) der genannten Ausgleichskanüle (26) montiert und geeignet ist, das genannte offene obere Ende (39) gemäß der festgelegten Betriebsschritte zu öffnen und zu schließen.
  9. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Anschlussleitung (64) seitlich von der genannten Ausgleichskanüle (26) abgeht und von dem genannten Öffnungs-/Schließventil (40) auf der offenen oberen Öffnung (39) der genannten Ausgleichskanüle (26) erfasst wird.
  10. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Entnahmeleitung (63) von mindestens einem ersten Sperrventil (65) erfasst wird, das geeignet ist, wahlweise die Kommunikation des genannten zweiten Tanks (60) zum genannten ersten Tank (6) zu schließen oder zu öffnen.
  11. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Entnahmeleitung (63) umfasst, die vom Boden (60") des genannten zweiten Tanks (60) kommt und an ein Netz (66) zur Bearbeitung des genannten Flüssigkeitsanteils angeschlossen ist, wobei dieses Netz (66) sich im Wesentlichen im Druckgleichgewicht mit dem genannten ersten und zweiten Tank (6, 60) befindet.
  12. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Entnahmeleitung (63) mindestens von einem zweiten Sperrventil (67) erfasst wird, das geeignet ist, die Verbindung des genannten zweiten Tanks (60) zum genannten Netz (66) der Bearbeitung des genannten Flüssigkeitsteils wahlweise zu schließen oder zu öffnen.
  13. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Netz (66) einen zweiten drehbaren Verteiler (68) umfasst, der an die genannte Entnahmeleitung (63) und an einen Sammeltank (69) der genannten Flüssigkeit angeschlossen ist.
  14. Isobare Füllmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Ausgleichsvorrichtungen mindestens einen ersten Druckwandler umfassen, der mit dem genannten Tank (6) verbunden ist und mindestens einen zweiten Druckwandler, der mit dem genannten zweiten Tank (60) verbunden ist, die den Druck im Inneren der jeweiligen Tanks (6, 60) messen und das Erreichen eines gleichen Druckwerts steuern, indem der Gaseinlass und/oder -Auslass in die jeweiligen Tanks (6, 60) gesteuert wird.
