Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Möbelfrontteil (1) mit Einlageteil (3), wobei das Möbelfrontteil (1) eine Außenseite (AS) und eine Innenseite (IS) aufweist. Das Einlageteil (3) ist paneelförmig ausgebildet und in einer mehreckigen, insbesondere rechteckigen, von einem Rahmenabschnitt (2) des Möbelfrontteils (1) umgebenen Aussparung (A) im Möbelfrontteil (1) angeordnet. Dessen Schmalseite (3a) ist insbesondere formschlüssig an die Kontur der Aussparung (A) angepasst. Das Einlageteil (3) liegt an einer in der Aussparung (A) an das Möbelfrontteil (1) angebrachten Trageinrichtung (5) auf.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Möbelfrontteil, in welchem ein Einlageteil eingebracht ist.
  • Es ist bekannt, Möbelfrontteile, z.B. Fronten für Küchenmöbel, mit einer Glasscheibe auszustatten. Diese wird zumeist zwischen Front und einer entsprechenden Halteleiste an der Front fixiert. Hierdurch lassen sich in der Regel nur Verglasungen realisieren, die gegenüber der Oberseite der Front zurückspringen.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Möbelfrontteil dahingehend zu verbessern, dass es zum einen aus einer vorhandenen Front hergestellt werden kann, zum anderen soll das erfindungsgemäße Möbelfrontteil auch neue Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bieten.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Möbelfrontteil mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen finden sich in den Unteransprüchen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Möbelfrontteil weist eine Aussparung in einem Rahmenabschnitt auf, in welcher eine Trageinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die bevorzugt durch an der Innenseite der Aussparung angebrachte Hohlprofile gebildet ist. Auf der Trageinrichtung liegt das Einlageteil auf. Insbesondere ist das Einlageteil, bevorzugt eine Glasscheibe, mit der Trageinrichtung verbunden, insbesondere verklebt. Das Einlageteil kann so in eine eckig, insbesondere rechteckig ausgefräste Aussparung eingelegt werden, wobei das Einlageteil formschlüssig (das bedeutet hier mit derselben Form wie der Rand der Aussparung, mit einer Fuge zwischen Aussparung und Einlageteil) in die Aussparung eingelegt und an der Trageinrichtung befestigt werden kann.
  • Der Einsatz umlaufender Profile in der Aussparung kann die Fräskanten verdecken, so dass ein optisch ansprechendes Möbelfrontteil, insbesondere aus einer vorkonfektionierten Front, hergestellt werden kann.
  • Zum Schließen der Fuge zwischen Rahmenabschnitt und Einlageteil kann ein Dichtmaterial vorgesehen sein, etwa aus einem Gummi oder Schaumstoffmaterial oder auch ein Vergussmaterial, beispielsweise Polyurethankleber. Damit die Dichtung beim Einlegen des Einlageteils nicht verrutschen kann, kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, ein Trennelement zwischen Dichtung und Einlageteil vorzusehen. Das Trennelement kann z.B. eine Folie oder Lippe umfassen, die aus der Aussparung herausragt und deren Überstand nach Einlegen des Einlageteils in die Aussparung abgetrennt werden kann. Bevorzugt ist vorgesehen, dass das Trennelement als Lippe eines auf der Trageinrichtung fixierten Trennprofils ausgebildet ist. Die Lippe sollte geringe Reibung aufweisen, damit das Einlegen des Einlageteils erleichtert wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen in den Figuren 1 bis 4B näher erläutert.

  • Das in den Figuren 1 bis 3 gezeigte Möbelfrontteil 1 weist einen Rahmenabschnitt 2 auf, der das in eine Aussparung A eingesetzte Einlageteil 3, bei dem es sich bevorzugt um eine Glasplatte handelt, an allen Schmalseiten 3a des Einlageteils umschließt. Die Aussparung A ist bevorzugt rechteckig ausgebildet und aus dem Möbelfrontteil 1 heraus gefräst, so dass lediglich der Rahmenabschnitt 2 übrig ist.
  • Das Möbelfrontteil weist eine im Einbauzustand außen sichtbare Außenseite AS und eine dieser gegenüberliegende Innenseite IS auf. Wie in den Figuren 2 und 3 gezeigt, ist der Rahmenabschnitt 2 an seiner der Aussparung A zugewandten Seite mit einer Nut 2a versehen. In diese Nut 2a ist der Harpunensteg 5a einer Trageinrichtung 5 eingepresst. Die Trageinrichtung 5, die auch anders an dem Rahmenabschnitt 2 befestigt sein kann, wird vorzugsweise durch Profile, insbesondere Hohlprofile, gebildet, die an den der Aussparung A zugewandten Innenseiten des Rahmenabschnitts 2 anliegen bzw. dort befestigt sind. Bevorzugt umläuft die Trageinrichtung 5 die Aussparung A vollständig, so dass durch die Profile der Trageinrichtung 5 die Fräskanten auf der Innenseite des Rahmenabschnitts 2 abgedeckt sind.
  • Die Trageinrichtung 5 dient der Auflage und Befestigung des Einlageteils 3. Im in Figur 2 gezeigten Beispiel ist eine, insbesondere auch als doppelseitiges Klebeband ausgebildete, Klebeschicht 4 vorgesehen, die zwischen dem Einlageteil 3 und der Trageinrichtung vorgesehen ist und die beiden Teile miteinander verbindet. Bevorzugt liegt die Schmalseite 3a des Einlageteils 3 an der Schmalseite des Rahmenabschnitts 2 an oder bildet mit diesem eine Fuge, die in diesem Fall ggf. noch durch ein Dichtmaterial gefüllt sein kann. Die außen liegende Oberfläche 3b des Einlageteils 3 ist im gezeigten Beispiel gegenüber der auf der Außenseite AS liegenden Oberfläche 2b des Rahmenabschnitts 2 vorspringend ausgebildet und kann in diesem Fall eine Fase aufweisen. Ebenso ist es bei allen Ausführungsvarianten denkbar, die Flächen 2b und 3b auch flächenbündig auszubilden.
  • Die in Figur 3 gezeigte alternative Ausführungsform ist besonders für die Anwendung in feuchten Umgebungen geeignet. Im Unterschied zu der in Figur 2 gezeigten Ausführungsform ist in der Fuge zwischen Einlageteil 3 und Rahmenabschnitt 2 ein Dichtmaterial 7 aus feuchtigkeitsbeständigem Material vorgesehen. Damit dieses beim Einlegen des passgenau gefertigten Einlageteils 3 durch Druck der Schmalseite 3a nicht verrutscht, ist bevorzugt ein Trennelement 6, beispielsweise eine Trennfolie oder eine Lippe vorgesehen, die bevorzugt wenigstens auf einer Seite eine reibungsarme Oberfläche aufweist. Diese Lippe oder Folie kann auf der Trageinrichtung 5 aufgeklebt sein, sie kann aber auch Teil eines Profilstranges 4' sein, der zwischen Trageinrichtung 5 und dem Einlageteil 3 vorgesehen ist. Bevorzugt ragt die Lippe oder Folie 6 über die Oberfläche 2b des Rahmenabschnitts bzw. die Oberfläche 3b des Einlageteils 3 zur Außenseite AS hin heraus. So kann sie ggf. beim Einlegen des Einlageteils 3 festgehalten und der hervorstehende Teil des Trennelements 6 nach dem Befestigen des Einlageteils 3 abgeschnitten werden.
  • Eine Alternative zum Abdichten der Fuge zwischen Einlageteil 3 und Rahmenabschnitt ist in den Figuren 4A und 4B gezeigt. Die Trageinrichtung wurde hier aus Gründen der Anschauung weggelassen. Zur Herstellung der Abdichtung werden der Rahmenabschnitt und das darin eingelegte Einlageteil 3 provisorisch über einen auf der Außenseite 2b, 3b über der Fuge angebrachten Klebestreifen 8 miteinander verbunden und mit der Rückseite nach oben platziert, so dass der Klebestreifen 8 unten aufliegt, wie dies in Figur 4A gezeigt ist. Wie in Figur 4B gezeigt, wird dann in Richtung des Pfeils P von der Rückseite aus die Fuge mit einem Vergussmaterial 7 vergossen, welches sich im gezeigten Beispiel im Fugenraum verteilt und auch die Fase des Einlageteils 3 ausfüllt. Der Klebestreifen 8 dient als Sperre, so dass das Vergussmaterial im fließfähigen Zustand nicht auf der Vorderseite 2b, 3b des Möbelfrontteils austreten kann. Ist das Vergussmaterial 7 ausgehärtet, kann der Klebestreifen 8 entfernt werden und es ist eine vollkommen plane Oberfläche auch im Bereich der Fuge entstanden.
  • Anschließend wird die Trageinrichtung montiert. Im Übrigen entspricht der Aufbau des Möbelfrontteils dem der vorigen Ausführungsbeispiele.

Claims (13)

  1. Möbelfrontteil (1) mit Einlageteil (3), wobei das Möbelfrontteil (1) eine Außenseite (AS) und eine Innenseite (IS) aufweist, und wobei das Einlageteil (3) paneelförmig ausgebildet ist und in einer mehreckigen, insbesondere rechteckigen, von einem Rahmenabschnitt (2) des Möbelfrontteils (1) umgebenen Aussparung (A) im Möbelfrontteil (1) angeordnet und dessen Schmalseite (3a), insbesondere formschlüssig, an die Kontur der Aussparung (A) angepasst ist, wobei das Einlageteil (3) an einer in der Aussparung (A) an das Möbelfrontteil (1) angebrachten Trageinrichtung (5) aufliegt.
  2. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Einlageteil (3) transparent, insbesondere als Glasscheibe, ausgebildet ist.
  3. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Einlageteil (3) an der Trageinrichtung (5) befestigt ist, insbesondere mit der Trageinrichtung (5) verklebt ist.
  4. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schmalseite (3a) des Einlageteils (3) an dem die Aussparung (A) begrenzenden Rahmenabschnitt (2) direkt anliegt oder wenigstens eine die Fuge zwischen Rahmenabschnitt (2) und Einlageteil (3) ausfüllende Zwischenschicht (7, 6) in der Fuge vorgesehen ist.
  5. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwischen dem Rahmenabschnitt (2) und dem Einlageteil (3) ein Dichtmaterial (7) angeordnet ist.
  6. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Dichtmaterial (7) ein Vergussmaterial, insbesondere ein Polyurethanklebstoff, ist.
  7. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Trageinrichtung (5) aus wenigstens einem insbesondere mit der Schmalseite der Aussparung (A) verbundenen Profil gebildet wird, auf welchem das Einlageteil (3) befestigt ist.
  8. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Trageinrichtung (5) über einen in eine Nut (2a) des Rahmenabschnitts (2) eingebrachten Harpunensteg (5a) mit dem Rahmenabschnitt (2) verbunden ist.
  9. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die in der Aussparung (A) vorgesehene Trageinrichtung (5) die Aussparung (A) umlaufend ausgebildet ist.
  10. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwischen Einlageteil (3) und Rahmenabschnitt (2) und/oder Trageinrichtung (5) ein Trennelement (6), insbesondere eine Trennlippe oder Folie, vorgesehen ist.
  11. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Trennelement (6) Teil eines auf der Trageinrichtung (5) angebrachten Trennprofils ist.
  12. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aussparung (A) in das Möbelfrontteil (1) eingefräst ist.
  13. Möbelfrontteil (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Außenfläche (3b) des Einlageteils (3) bündig mit der Außenfläche (2b) des Rahmenabschnitts (2) oder diesem gegenüber vorstehend ausgebildet ist.
