Claims (12)
- Machine d'impression rotative équipée d'au moins une fabrique de couleurs ;- contenant un cylindre de forme (1) accroché au niveau d'au moins un axe (2, 3) et une coupelle d'encre (5) ;- le cylindre de forme (1) et la coupelle d'encre (5) pouvant être positionnés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle sorte que le cylindre de forme (1) peut être coloré par la couleur (7) contenue dans la coupelle d'encre (5) ;- la coupelle d'encre (5) comportant au moins un évidement (8) dans une de ses surfaces latérales se trouvant au niveau du côté avant du cylindre de forme (1) ;- cet évidement (8) présentant l'aptitude de loger au moins une partie de l'axe (2, 3) du cylindre de forme (1) ;- et la fabrique de couleurs comportant un dispositif d'étanchéité (10, 11, 12, 14) à l'aide duquel l'évidement (8) peut être refermé au moins en partie ; caractérisée en ce que :l'au moins une fabrique de couleurs contient au moins un racleur (11) pouvant être placé contre l'axe (2, 3) du cylindre de forme (1) et adapté pour racler ledit axe (2, 3).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'évidement (8) comporte un ordre de grandeur harmonisé en fonction du diamètre axial (dA, dp) maximal.
- Machine d'impression rotative selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le bord de l'évidement (8) s'étend en forme d'arc ou de demi-cercle dans le plan parallèle au côté avant du cylindre de forme (1).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10, 11, 12, 14) comporte un corps d'étanchéité (10) mobile et à l'aide duquel l'évidement (8) peut être étanchéifié au moins en partie.
- Machine d'impression rotative selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le bord du corps d'étanchéité (10) du dispositif d'étanchéité (10, 11, 12, 14) s'étendant en direction de l'axe (2, 3) du cylindre de forme (1) s'étend en forme d'arc ou de demi-cercle dans le plan parallèle au côté avant du cylindre de forme (1).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps d'étanchéité (10) est mobile parallèlement à l'au moins une surface latérale de la coupelle d'encre (5) s'étendant au niveau du côté avant du cylindre de forme (1) ou est mobile par rapport à la surface avant du cylindre de forme (1).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon une des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10, 11, 12, 14) comprend des moyens de guidage à l'aide desquels le corps d'étanchéité (10) peut être déplacé dans la direction verticale (z).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon une des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10, 11, 12, 14) contient un moyen d'étanchéification flexible se trouvant entre le corps d'étanchéité (10) et la surface latérale de la coupelle d'encre (5).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un racleur (11) et l'au moins un corps d'étanchéité (10) peuvent être placés sur un côté du cylindre de forme (1).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un racleur (11) est davantage écarté dans la direction axiale (z) du cylindre de forme (1) de celui-ci que l'au moins un corps d'étanchéité (10).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisée par la présence d'un moyen (12) d'accouplement mécanique forcé des mouvements de réglage d'approche et d'éloignement de l'au moins un corps d'étanchéité (10) et de l'au moins un racleur (11) contre l'axe (2, 3) du cylindre de forme (1).
- Machine d'impression rotative selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (12) d'accouplement mécanique forcé règle de telle sorte la position de l'au moins un corps d'étanchéité (10) et de l'au moins un racleur (11) que le corps d'étanchéité (10) est écarté d'au moins 2 mm par rapport à l'axe (2, 3) du cylindre de forme (1) lorsque le racleur (11) entre en contact avec lui.
