Definitions
- the invention relates to a drain pot for wastewater, in particular a gutter drain pot according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Drain pots (but not for gutters), which have an inspection device which comprise closable with a closure element openings are widely known. It is exemplary here on the DE 36 146 . DE 10 2006 053 751 A1 . DE 44 11 492 C2 . DE 24 34 895 A1 . DE 1 854 390 U . DE 1 826 194 U . DE 1 825 087 U . DE 1 854 795 U or DE 1 816 291 U directed.
- the problem arises that on the one hand the inspection devices are not opened after some time, so the closure elements can not be removed, on the other hand, a complete cleaning of the drain pots is difficult.
- the invention is based on the object, a drain pot of the type mentioned in such a way that its usability, especially with regard to a complete cleaning is ensured in a simple manner.
- a drain pot for wastewater in particular a gutter drain pot, with an inlet box, which is designed for receiving and retaining an odor-trap reservoir and having at least one baffle, which projects into the reservoir and forms at least one opening with a reservoir bottom, the waste water flows through it, and with a barrier, which is overflowed by the wastewater and defines a retention level of the waste water in the reservoir, with a discharge box, which receives the overflowing wastewater and leads into a drain pipe socket, with an inspection device, the one with a closure element closable opening, over which the drain pipe socket is accessible without traversing the inlet box, achieved in that the opening is lower than the barrier, ie below the retention level.
- the inspection device is arranged within the inlet box. This ensures easy accessibility.
- the inspection device preferably comprises a pipe socket which stands on the reservoir bottom and is open at the top and at one side to the outlet box and to the pipe socket. This simple construction ensures easy manufacturability and good usability.
- the outlet box preferably has a sloping towards the pipe socket bottom. This ensures that incoming dirt particles are supplied to the drain pipe socket with relatively high flow rate, so can not get stuck.
- the baffle extends over several, especially over two sides of the inlet box. This ensures that even suddenly occurring large amounts of water can be dissipated without interference.
- the barrier preferably limits the reservoir on several sides, especially on two sides. This also leads to an improved removal of larger water flows.
- the emptying device additionally comprises a U-shaped bent hose. This can be used and then sucks off the liquid contained in the odor trap, whereby even larger dirt particles can be removed.
- the closure element is preferably designed such that it can be inserted without tools into the opening, this can be inserted and removed from it. Since the opening is below the retention level, minor leaks, which would be large enough to emit malodorous gases, are readily accepted. These leaks are namely sufficiently sealed by the liquid level, with a flow of water and emptying the odor trap reservoir is still not done.
- the inlet box is formed on its upper side in a flange region so that a drainage channel can be connected. This ensures easy assembly with a simple construction.
- an inlet box 10 is provided, which has on its two sides baffle walls 11 and 12, which end above a reservoir bottom 17 and thus form slot-shaped openings 13, 14.
- This outlet box 20 is formed by the outer walls 23, 24, floors 21, 22, a front wall 25 and a rear wall 26.
- the bottoms 21, 22 of the outlet box 20 are arranged sloping in the direction of a drain pipe socket 30, so that the barriers 15, 16 overflowing water flows at a high flow rate in the direction of the drain pipe socket 30 the outlet box 20 along.
- an inspection device 40 which comprises a pipe socket 43 which has an opening 42 at its top.
- an inspection opening 45 is provided, so that the interior of the pipe socket 30 via the opening 42 and the inspection opening 45 is substantially freely accessible.
- a closure element 41 is provided, which is preferably designed as a stopper, with its conical side surfaces tight in the opening 42 by hand, so without assistance a tool is used.
- This closure element 41 is preferably elastically deformable.
- a draining device 35 can be used, which comprises a substantially U-shaped tube which ends when inserted into the opening 42 with a free end in the vicinity of the reservoir bottom 17 and the other end in Direction to the drain pipe 30 opens.
- the liquid level is high enough so that liquid flows through the interior of the U-shaped tube and then the well-known suction effect occurs. If this is not the case, then by supplying liquid, the liquid level can be raised so far that a filling of the U-shaped tube is secured. Then the emptying process takes place without further ado.
- inlet box 10 on its upper side outwardly projecting flanges 18, 19 and a channel-shaped inlet region, so that a correspondingly shaped gutter can be connected directly.

Abstract
Description

Fig. 7 , wobei jeweils die Schnittebene angedeutet ist.
