Machine de traitement selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un galet de pression (34) est prévu parallèlement à la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) dans la deuxième direction (Y), lequel est guidé préférentiellement avec au moins une des lames de la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) sur un axe (33) commun.
  4. Machine de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier dispositif de coupe (2) est combiné avec la lame de découpe (7) à l'outil transversal (1) ou appliqué contre l'outil transversal (1) de telle manière que la lame de découpe (7) s'étend sensiblement sur une ligne de traitement de l'outil transversal (1).
  5. Machine de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif de coupe (30A-30F) est combiné à l'outil longitudinal (20a-20F) avec la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) ou appliqué contre l'outil longitudinal (20a-20F) de telle manière que la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) s'étend sensiblement sur une ligne de traitement avec l'outil de l'outil longitudinal (20a-20F).
  6. Machine de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif de coupe (30A-30F) est appliqué avec la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) sur un côté de l'outil longitudinal (20A-20F) distant de l'outil transversal (1).
  7. Machine de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la première direction (X) est une direction de défilement, et en ce que le premier dispositif de coupe (2) est prévu avec une lame de découpe (7) dans la première direction (X) devant le deuxième dispositif de coupe (30A-30F) avec une paire de lames de coupe (31, 32).
  8. Machine de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la machine de traitement comprend au moins un rouleau de transport, au moyen duquel la pièce (W) est déplacée par rapport à l'outil transversal (1) vers l'outil longitudinal (20A-20F) et vers le premier et le deuxième dispositif de coupe.
  9. Procédé de formation de découpes libres de rabats sur des pièces (W), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    réalisation d'une découpe dans la pièce (W) au moyen d'un premier dispositif de coupe (2) avec une lame de découpe (7), ledit premier dispositif de coupe (2) étant combiné à un outil transversal (1) pour la découpe, le rainurage et/ou la perforation de la pièce (W) dans une deuxième direction (Y),
    déplacement de la pièce lors de la réalisation d'entailles longitudinales parallèles dans la pièce au moyen d'un deuxième dispositif de coupe (30A-30F) avec une paire de lames de coupe (31, 32), ledit deuxième dispositif de coupe (30A-30F) étant combiné à un outil longitudinal pour la découpe, le rainurage et/ou la perforation de la pièce (W) dans une première direction (X),
    la longueur de l'entaille de la lame de découpe (7) du premier dispositif de coupe (2) correspondant sensiblement à l'espacement des lames de la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, où le premier dispositif de coupe (2) est appliqué avec la lame de découpe (7) contre un outil transversal (1) de telle manière que la lame de découpe (7) peut exécuter un traitement sensiblement sur une ligne de traitement de l'outil de l'outil transversal (1).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, où le deuxième dispositif de coupe (30A-30F) est appliqué avec la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) contre l'outil longitudinal (20A-20F) de telle manière que la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) peut exécuter un traitement dans l'environnement d'une ligne de traitement de l'outil de l'outil longitudinal (1) correspondant.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, où la paire de lames de coupe (31, 32) exécute un traitement de coupe en coordination avec le déplacement de la pièce (W) de telle manière que les entailles réalisées commencent ou finissent sur l'entaille réalisée par l'outil de découpe (7).
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, où la lame de découpe (7) du premier dispositif de coupe (2) est sortie pour la réalisation de l'entaille pendant que l'outil transversal (1) exécute un traitement.
