Claims (8)
- Procédé pour fabriquer des pièces découpées (1) en carton ou en matériaux similaires au carton en vue de la vente de produits, selon lequel des pièces plates (2) de forme initiale quelconque, au départ, sont préparées à l'aide de lignes de traitement longitudinales et éventuellement aussi transversales, telles que des lignes de coupe, de rainurage, de perforation, de découpage et de pliage, pour former le développement (50) d'une structure en carton à fabriquer, et présentent par ailleurs d'autres lignes de traitement (5) qui ne s'étendent ni uniquement dans le sens longitudinal, ni uniquement dans le sens transversal, le sens longitudinal étant défini par l'entraînement de transfert (6) à l'aide duquel les pièces (2) sont transportées successivement à travers les niveaux de traitement individuels (7a, b, c) de la machine de traitement dans lesquels les pièces découpées sont soumises à chaque fois à un type de traitement spécial, et les autres lignes de traitement (5) qui ne s'étendent ni uniquement dans le sens longitudinal, ni uniquement dans le sens transversal, sont produites par un dispositif traceur (8) qui est mobile parallèlement au plan de la pièce à traiter (2) et par rapport à ce plan et dont la tête de travail (9) est mobile, à une distance prédéfinie de la pièce (2), seulement dans le sens transversal (10) jusqu'à chaque point de cette autre ligne de traitement (5), est activable au niveau de chaque point en vue du traitement et, à l'état activé, est entraînée seulement dans le sens transversal (10) le long de ladite ligne de traitement supplémentaire avec une avance commandée, et en ce que la pièce (2) est positionnée en même temps dans le sens longitudinal à l'aide de l'entraînement de transfert (11) de la machine, conformément au traitement, par rapport à la tête de travail (9) du dispositif traceur (8), et en ce que les vitesses de transfert des niveaux de traitement montés en amont sont ralenties de telle sorte que le dispositif traceur (8) ait le temps nécessaire au traitement de la pièce (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de transfert (11) des pièces (2) à travers la machine se fait sur une seule ligne droite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de traitement (20) du dispositif traceur (8) est apte à tourner, pendant le traitement de chaque pièce (2), jusqu'à n'importe quelle position de rotation qui résulte, à chaque instant du traitement, de l'addition vectorielle des vitesses dans le sens longitudinal et dans le sens transversal.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, avec des modules de traitement individuels (17a, b, c) disposés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens de traitement de la pièce (2), comme des modules de coupe, de rainurage, de perforation, de découpage et de pliage, et avec un entraînement de transfert pour le transport de la pièce entre la station d'entrée (18) de la machine et les modules de traitement (17a, b, c) suivants, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un module traceur unique (19) avec lequel la position de la pièce (2) est apte à être commandée dans le sens longitudinal du procédé de fabrication, à l'aide de l'entraînement de transfert (11) de la machine de traitement, aussi bien vers l'avant que vers l'arrière, et en même temps en fonction de la vitesse respective, transversalement (10) par rapport au sens longitudinal, d'un outil de traitement (20) mobile dans ce module traceur (19) transversalement par rapport au sens longitudinal (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les modules de traitement (17a, b, c, 19) se suivent directement et en ce que pendant les mouvements avant/arrière, au moins les vitesses des modules de traitement amont (17a) sont aptes à être réduites dans le sens du temps nécessaire au niveau du module traceur (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de traitement (20) prévu sur le module traceur (19) est apte à tourner sur un axe vertical jusqu'à n'importe quelle position de rotation et est apte à être commandé, pendant le traitement de chaque pièce, de telle sorte que la position de rotation résulte de l'addition vectorielle des vitesses dans le sens longitudinal et dans le sens transversal.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de transfert (11) dans le module traceur (11) est formé par des rouleaux de transport (21a, b ; 22a, b) disposés par paires au-dessus et au-dessous de la pièce, avec à chaque fois une paire (21a, b) devant et une paire derrière la tête de traitement (9) du module traceur (19), et en ce que tous les rouleaux de transport (21a, b ; 22a, b) sont aptes à être entraînés simultanément et avec le même sens d'action sur la pièce (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de traitement (20) est placé sur une traverse (25) reliée rigidement au châssis de machine et est mobile sur cette traverse dans le sens transversal (10).
