Claims (15)

Procédé de préparation de suremballages pour un objet (1) à partir d'une pièce découpée (3), qui est pourvue de rainures prédéfinies pour former des lignes de pliage (8) et qui est pliée pour former un suremballage comprenant l'objet (1), en ce que des pattes de calage (10, 10') sont découpées et pliées à partir de la pièce découpée (3), lesdites pattes de calage limitant, côté bord, l'objet (1) à emballer, caractérisé en ce que la patte de calage (10, 10') est d'une part pliée et d'autre part découpée par le même outil de découpage (13), l'outil de découpage (13) demeurant dans une position finale de la patte de calage (10, 10') jusqu'à ce qu'une paroi latérale du suremballage (100) soit pliée dans une position disposée au-dessus d'une surface principale (5) de l'objet (1) se trouvant sur la pièce découpée (3).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que des pattes de calage (10, 10') pliées respectivement dans une direction différente, l'une après l'autre dans deux stations de traitement (2, 22) différentes, sont découpées et pliées en même temps et en ce que les outils de découpage (13) sont retirés de la pièce découpée (3) dans une station de traitement (22) commune.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que, dans trois stations de traitement (2, 22, 23), une partie de la pièce découpée (3) formant une paroi latérale (27, 28) du suremballage (100) est pourvue d'une colle (19), de telle sorte que, dans une station de traitement (23) disposée à l'extrémité d'un trajet de transport, la pièce découpée (3) est pliée pour former le suremballage et deux parois latérales (27, 28) opposées sont collées l'une à l'autre.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que deux parties de la pièce découpée (3) formant les parois latérales (7) opposées sont pourvues respectivement, dans la zone de bords libres, d'au moins une patte de calage (10, 10') par un découpage et un pliage simultanés, de telle sorte que les parois latérales (7) limitent respectivement, dans la position dépliée, trois bords (16) de l'objet (1).
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (7) est découpée et pliée, dans la position dépliée de celle-ci, en des points prédéfinis pour former les poches de calage (10, 10'),
