Claims (8)
- Dispositif de traitement d'un matériau d'emballage, en particulier de flans de carton, comprenant :un premier appareil de pliage (40) pour le pliage et/ou le repliage d'un matériau d'emballage et un second appareil de pliage (50) pour le pliage et/ou le repliage du matériau d'emballage, etau moins un appareil de transport (60, 70) pour le transport d'un matériau d'emballage par rapport au premier et/ou second appareil de pliage (40, 50), dans lequelle premier et le second appareil de pliage (40, 50) sont réglables indépendamment l'un de l'autre, de préférence transversalement au sens de passage,caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente un appareil de commande qui est conçu afin de régler le premier appareil de pliage (40), en particulier transversalement au sens de passage, pendant que le second appareil de pliage (50) traite un matériau d'emballage plié et/ou replié par le premier appareil de pliage (40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier et/ou second appareil de pliage (40, 50) présente/présentent respectivement au moins un élément pliage (45a, 45b ; 55a, 55b), de préférence deux éléments de pliage ou plus, dans lequel l'au moins un élément de pliage (45a, 45b ; 55a, 55b) est/sont réglable(s), de préférence transversalement au sens de passage, afin de régler le premier et/ou second appareil de pliage (40, 50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier et/ou second appareil de pliage (40, 50) présentent des supports (42a, 42b ; 52a, 52b), au niveau desquels respectivement un élément de pliage (45a, 45b ; 55a, 55b) est monté, dans lequel les supports sont réglables transversalement au sens de passage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de pliage (45a, 45b ; 55a, 55b) sont déplaçables, en particulier simultanément, par rapport à un axe médian (X1) s'étendant dans le sens de passage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un premier appareil de transport (60) et un second appareil de transport (70), qui sont agencés de telle manière que le matériau d'emballage puisse être repris après un transport avec le premier appareil de transport (60) par le second appareil de transport (70).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le premier appareil de transport (60) est conçu afin de transporter le matériau d'emballage au moins par sections le long du premier appareil de pliage (40), et le second appareil de transport (70) est conçu afin de transporter le matériau d'emballage au moins par sections le long du second appareil de pliage (50).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend une unité de retrait (80) qui est agencée dans le sens de passage de manière subordonnée au second appareil de pliage (50), dans lequel l'unité de retrait (80) est conçue de préférence afin de déplacer, en particulier de pousser, le matériau d'emballage contre un appareil d'orientation (100) fixe ou un axe d'orientation (X2).
- Procédé de traitement d'un matériau d'emballage, en particulier de flans de carton, en particulier en utilisant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à :déplacer un matériau d'emballage vers un premier appareil de pliage (40) et plier et/ou replier le matériau d'emballage avec le premier appareil de pliage (40),déplacer le matériau d'emballage vers un second appareil de pliage (50) et plier et/ou replier le matériau d'emballage avec le second appareil de pliage (50),dans lequel le premier appareil de pliage est réglé, de préférence transversalement à un sens de passage, pendant que le matériau d'emballage est déplacé vers le second appareil de pliage (50) ou est plié avec celui-ci.
