Claims (20)

  1. Procédé destiné à réaliser des piles bien définies de feuilles pliées ou non-pliées, ou d'objets en forme de feuille, selon lequel les feuilles (1) amenées séparément sont déposées verticalement sur une base de support horizontale (4), et la séparation en piles individuelles s'effectue au moyen d'une béquille de séparation (7), qui peut être déplacée parallèlement à la base de support (4) à la vitesse de formation de la pile, et qui, pour former un premier plan de séparation définissant le début de la pile, ainsi qu'un second plan définissant la fin de la pile, pénètre successivement dans la section transversale de la pile, transversalement à l'étendue longitudinale de la base de support (4), deux béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23) pénétrant chacune respectivement, en totalité, dans un de chacun des deux plans de séparation ainsi formés, caractérisé en ce que les plans de séparation formés par la béquille de séparation (7) sont conservés, avant la pénétration des béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23), par une béquille de transfert (17) pénétrant totalement dans les plans de séparation, et la béquille de transfert (17), par déplacement le long de la base de support (4), est déplacée tout d'abord vers le premier plan de séparation pour le transfert du début de la pile à l'une (22) des béquilles supplémentaires, et ensuite vers le second plan pour le transfert de la fin de la pile à l'autre (23) des béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23).

  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pénétration de chacune des béquilles supplémentaires s'effectue pendant que la béquille de transfert et la béquille respectivement considérée se déplacent parallèlement à la base de support, à la vitesse de formation de la pile.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de la béquille de séparation, de la béquille de transfert et des deux béquilles supplémentaires s'effectue au moyen de vérins de déplacement.
  8. Dispositif permettant de réaliser des piles bien définies de feuilles pliées ou non-pliées, ou d'objets en forme de feuille, comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation (3) déposant verticalement sur une table horizontale (4), les feuilles (1) amenées individuellement, une béquille de séparation (7) pouvant être déplacée dans la direction longitudinale de la table (4) et destinée à la formation d'un plan de séparation défini entre des piles successives, ainsi qu'au moins deux béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23) pouvant être déplacées dans la direction longitudinale de la table (4), indépendamment du mouvement de la béquille de séparation (7), et qui, tout comme la béquille de séparation (7) sont conçues de manière à pouvoir se déplacer transversalement jusqu'à leur pénétration totale dans la section transversale de la pile, et sont destinées à l'évacuation de la pile terminée,
    caractérisé en ce qu'en plus de la béquille de séparation (7) et des deux béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23), il est prévu une béquille de transfert (17) qui peut se déplacer dans la direction longitudinale de la table (4), d'une part jusque dans un plan avec la béquille de séparation (7), et d'autre part jusque dans un plan avec chacune des deux béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23) peuvent se déplacer horizontalement l'une par rapport à l'autre, grâce à un guidage relatif (28, 29).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les béquilles supplémentaires (22, 23) ainsi que le guidage relatif (28, 29) sont disposés sur un guidage principal (26) horizontal.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la béquille de séparation (7) est reliée au piston d'un vérin de pression (8).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par un organe de verrouillage (9) pour le blocage de la béquille de séparation (7) dans sa position de repos.
