Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mattress according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a viscoelastic mattress with a spacer fabric known.
  • the mattress has an upper surface made of viscose foam and a base made of cold foam. Between the lying surface and the substructure a spacer fabric is inserted, which is surrounded by a foam frame with ventilation slots.
  • the viscose foam, the substructure, the spacer fabric and the foam frame are connected to each other by Kaltleimverklebung.
  • the disadvantage is that the mattress is so voluminous that their cleaning is difficult.
  • a mattress for aircraft which has a foam core with a recess. Through the recess, a foam web is formed on the edge. In the recess a spacer fabric is inserted as a couch pad. The disadvantage is that the mattress is so voluminous that their cleaning is difficult.
  • From the EP 1 932 454 A1 is a mattress pad known that serves to support a mattress.
  • the mattress pad at least partially replaces metallic components of conventional mattress pads.
  • the invention has the object of developing a mattress of the generic type such that it has a high level of comfort and is easy to clean.
  • the mattress according to the invention is constructed in a modular manner by at least two elastic spacer textiles, in particular spacer knitted fabrics, are arranged in an elastic frame.
  • the frame limits the interior to four sides and forms a through hole.
  • the at least two elastic spacer textiles are respectively detachable from the frame and from each other, so that the individual modules, ie the frame and the at least two spacer textiles, can be cleaned separately in a conventional washing machine, for example in an industrial or domestic washing machine.
  • the desired reclining comfort is achieved and, on the other hand, a simple cleaning of the volume-limited modules in a conventional washing machine is ensured. Due to the fact that the individual modules are limited in their volume and thus are washable by means of a conventional industrial or domestic washing machine, a simple and inexpensive cleaning, which can increase the hygiene of the mattress can be increased.
  • the at least two elastic spacer textiles can for example be arranged vertically one above the other, with the surface of the spacer textiles extending over the entire interior. Furthermore, the spacer textiles may for example be arranged horizontally next to each other, their height being at most equal to the height of the frame. Due to the elastic frame, the mattress, despite the loose structure sufficient stability, without the elastic frame affects the comfort.
  • the at least two spacer textiles may be clamped in the frame, for example, or fastened to the frame with fastening means, such as hook-and-loop fasteners, for example.
  • the at least two spacer textiles Because of their good pressure distribution and point elasticity, they provide good pressure relief thanks to the at least two spacer textiles, and due to their air and vapor permeability they ensure a correspondingly good microclimate.
  • the at least two spacer textiles have a permanent resilience, so that the high level of lying comfort is permanently maintained.
  • only spacer textiles and possibly casings are arranged in the interior of the frame, but no foam layers.
  • the mattress according to the invention can be used for example as a support for a conventional mattress or as a full-fledged mattress.
  • the at least two spacer textiles are preferably formed as spacer knitted fabrics which are manufactured in the IXI knitting process, that is to say whose spacer threads form thread groups with an IXI shape.
  • the frame may be one or more parts.

  • a mattress according to claim 2 ensures a high stability and a high level of comfort.
  • the elastic foam has a density of 20 to 70 kg / m 3 , in particular from 25 to 55 kg / m 3 , and in particular from 30 to 60 kg / m 3 .
  • a mattress according to claim 3 forms a sitting and rising edge due to the higher compression hardness and strength of the frame, whereby the comfort of the mattress is improved.
  • the compression hardness of the frame is preferably 5 to 50%, in particular 10 to 40%, and in particular 10 to 30% higher than the compression hardness of the at least two spacer textiles.
  • a mattress according to claim 4 ensures a high stability and thus a high level of comfort.
  • a mattress according to claim 5 allows for easier cleaning of the frame, since the individual frame parts have a low volume.
  • the frame parts are sufficiently firmly connected to each other, so that the mattress has sufficient stability.
  • the connection of the frame parts can be done for example by means of Velcro.
  • a mattress according to claim 6 ensures a sufficiently small volume of at least two spacer textiles, wherein the volume can be flexibly adapted to the volume of the washing machine via the number of spacer textiles.
  • a division into comparatively more spacer textiles with a smaller volume is required than in an industrial washing machine.
  • the division of at least two spacer textiles in particular according to the reclining requirements of the human body.
  • two to five and in particular three or four spacer textiles are arranged side by side in a longitudinal direction.
  • the length and / or the width of the spacer textiles can be identical.

  • the adjacent spacer textiles can, for example, by means of at least one hook and loop fastener and / or at least one zipper be releasably connected to each other.
  • the Velcro parts may be attached to the front side of two adjacent spacer textiles. The attachment can for example be made such that the protruding cover layers of the spacer fabric cover the front side of the area of the spacer threads and thus serve as a mounting base for the respective Velcro part.
  • adjacent spacer fabrics with one or two zippers can be releasably connected together. When connected with a zipper this is sewn on both sides with the two overlapping cover layers of the adjacent spacer textiles.
  • each of the zippers is sewn on both sides with one of the protruding cover layers of the adjacent spacer textiles, so that they are releasably connected to each other with an upper and lower zipper.
  • a mattress according to claim 9 allows a simple buckling or rolling of the respective one-piece spacer fabric. As a result, this can be easily arranged in a conventional washing machine.
  • the at least one joint may be formed, for example, by a spacer thread-free region or a detachable connection, such as a zipper, a Velcro strip or another anti-slip fixation.

  • joints can be easily formed, which simplify the buckling or rolling up of the spacer textiles.
  • the spacer thread-free areas can be arranged in the interior, So within the frame, be eliminated by the cover layers collapse in this area and the associated joint or the spacer thread-free area disappears. In this way, the sleeping comfort for a user is not affected.
  • a mattress according to claim 11 ensures a high level of lying comfort, since the user-facing lying surface is formed by a one-piece spacer fabric. Since no fasteners or columns or joints are arranged on the lying surface, they can not affect the comfort of lying. Due to the comparatively thin design of the spacer fabric is avoided that this is too bulky for cleaning in a conventional washing machine.
  • a mattress according to claim 12 has due to the IXI shape of the plurality of spacer thread group on a high compressive elasticity and dimensional stability, whereby the lying comfort is permanently maintained. Pressure loads can be absorbed elastically by the spacer threads, which return to the original shape after the elimination of the pressure load.
