Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de réglage de buse d'injection (1) pour le positionnement d'au moins une buse d'injection (2) par rapport à une barre (3) dans un guidage de barre d'une machine de coulée de lingots, présentant
    - un dispositif de déplacement (6), comprenant un corps d'entraînement (21) et un piston de réglage (5), pour le déplacement du piston de réglage (5) par rapport au corps d'entraînement fixe (21) ; et
    - un porte-buse d'injection (4) pour porter au moins une buse d'injection (2), la buse d'injection (2) étant constituée pour asperger un agent réfrigérant sur la barre (3) et le porte-buse d'injection (4) étant raccordé au piston de réglage (5) ;
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un tube télescopique (7a, 7b), comprenant un tube fixe (29) et au moins un tube mobile (30), le tube fixe (29) étant raccordé au corps d'entraînement (21), pour diriger l'agent réfrigérant vers le porte-buse d'injection (4), est prévu, de sorte que la buse d'injection (2) est raccordée de manière rigide en rotation au corps d'entraînement (21) ; et que les axes longitudinaux (8) du piston de réglage (5) et du tube télescopique (7a, 7b) ont une orientation parallèle.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier tube télescopique (7a) est prévu pour diriger l'eau et un deuxième tube télescopique (7b) est prévu pour diriger l'air, les axes longitudinaux (8) du piston de réglage (5), du premier tube télescopique (7a) et du deuxième tube télescopique (7b) ayant une orientation parallèle.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un soufflet (9) est raccordé au corps d'entraînement (21) et au porte-buse d'injection (4), moyennant quoi la pénétration de salissures peut être empêchée.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'est associée au soufflet (9) une alimentation en air (10), de préférence le deuxième tube télescopique (7b), moyennant quoi le soufflet (9) peut être maintenu à une pression accrue par rapport à l'atmosphère.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déplacement (6) comprend un mécanisme d'entraînement linéaire hydraulique, pneumatique ou électrique.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'entraînement linéaire hydraulique ou pneumatique est constitué en tant que vérin à pression (11).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'entraînement (21) et un tube fixe (29) d'au moins un tube télescopique (7a, 7b) présentent un logement commun.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'est associé à plusieurs vérins à pression (11) un diviseur de débit (12) hydraulique ou pneumatique, de sorte que la position de plusieurs buses d'injection (2) peut être commandée de manière synchronisée.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'est associé à au moins une buse d'injection (2) exactement un porte-buse d'injection (4) et au porte-buse d'injection (4) exactement un système de déplacement (6), moyennant quoi la buse d'injection (2) peut être positionnée de manière indépendante.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que sont associés à au moins une buse d'injection (2) un système de mesure de distance (13) et un système de réglage (14), moyennant quoi la buse d'injection (2) peut être positionnée en étant réglée.
  11. Segment de guidage de barre (15) destiné au guidage, à l'appui et au refroidissement d'une barre (3) dans un guidage de barre d'une machine de coulée, caractérisé en ce que le segment de guidage de barre (15) comprend au moins un système de déplacement de buse d'injection (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
  12. Utilisation du système de déplacement de buse d'injection (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 ou du segment de guidage de barre (15) selon la revendication 11 dans une machine de coulée destinée à la fabrication d'une barre (3) en acier, de préférence en brame.
