Claims (10)
- Soupape d'injection de carburant, comprenant :- un actionneur (3) avec un élément de contact électrique (5),- un connecteur enfichable (6),- un tuyau d'alimentation de carburant (2), et- une partie de boîtier surmoulée (9),- le connecteur enfichable (6) présentant un corps de base (60), un élément de connexion électrique (7) pour une connexion électrique à l'élément de contact électrique (5) de l'actionneur et une aile (61) faisant saillie depuis le corps de base (60), et- la partie de boîtier surmoulée (9) entourant l'élément de connexion électrique (7) du connecteur enfichable et étant surmoulée sur l'aile (61) du connecteur enfichable et sur le tuyau d'alimentation en carburant (2),caractérisée en ce que
l'aile (61) est réalisée de manière à faire saillie depuis le corps de base (60) de telle sorte qu'elle s'étende dans la direction du tuyau d'alimentation en carburant (2), sans être traversée par l'élément de connexion électrique (7). - Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de connexion électrique (7) du connecteur enfichable (6) vient directement en contact avec des éléments de contact (5) de l'actionneur (3).
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une région de l'élément de connexion électrique guidée hors du corps de base (60) du connecteur enfichable (6) est au moins quatre fois plus longue qu'une région de l'élément de connexion électrique se trouvant dans le corps de base.
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de connexion électrique (7) comprend un élément de support (8) afin de supporter l'élément de connexion électrique (7) sur le tuyau d'alimentation en carburant (2).
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de support comprend au moins un clip (80, 81).
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un labyrinthe est prévu entre le connecteur enfichable (6) et la partie de boîtier surmoulée (9).
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'aile (61) du connecteur enfichable (6) présente au moins un premier élément moulé (62, 63, 64, 65) qui est entouré par la partie de boîtier surmoulée (9) afin d'assurer une connexion sûre entre l'aile (61) et la partie de boîtier surmoulée (9).
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la première partie moulée comprend un élément saillant et/ou un évidement et/ou un élément avec une contre-dépouille.
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'aile (61) du connecteur enfichable (6) présente une deuxième partie moulée (20, 21) qui est disposée de manière exposée sur l'aile (61) afin de permettre un positionnement du connecteur enfichable (6) dans un outil de moulage par injection (24, 25) pour fabriquer la partie de boîtier surmoulée (9).
- Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie de boîtier surmoulée (9) entoure complètement l'aile (61).
