Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung eines Öffnungsflügels gegen eine Zarge durch translatorisches Bewegen eines Schließblechs (12) entlang eines Rahmenteils (2) des Öffnungsflügels als Reaktion auf eine Aktion, die auf ein Betätigungsmittel (4) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung ausgeübt wird, dessen Gehäuse in der Montageposition an dem Rahmen befestigt ist, wobei die Bewegung des Schließblechs (12) durch die Aktion eines Mechanismus betätigt wird, der in einen Schlosskasten (6) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung integriert ist, welcher in der Montageposition in dem Rahmen versenkt ist, und wobei das Schließblech in der Montageposition über Befestigungsorgane (14, 16) des Schließblechs mit einem Element des in den Schlosskasten (6) integrierten Mechanismus (32) verbunden ist, wobei das Betätigungsmittel (4) am Schlosskasten (6) über Montageelemente montiert ist, die darüber hinaus in der Montageposition den Schlosskasten im Rahmen des Öffnungsflügels fixieren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Öffnungsflügel Durchgangslöcher (21) vorgesehen sind, um Befestigungsbohrungen (82, 84) zugänglich zu machen, die im Schlosskasten (6) zum Anschrauben des Gehäuses des Betätigungsmittels (4) ausgeführt sind, wobei sich die Befestigungsbohrungen (82, 84) entlang einer Querachse erstrecken, die in im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Translationslängsachse des Schlossblechs (12) verläuft,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schlossblech so gestaltet ist, dass an dem in den Schlosskasten (6) integrierten Mechanismus (32) über Justiermittel (34, 36, 46, 48) befestigt werden kann, die innerhalb des Kastens (6) vorgesehen sind, so dass die relativen Positionen der Montageorgane des Betätigungsmittels (4) und der Befestigungsorgane des Schließblechs (12) zueinander justiert werden, wobei die Justiermittel der Befestigungselemente des Schließblechs (12) durch eine Mutter (34, 36) und eine Justierbohrung (46, 48) gebildet werden, so dass das Schließblech mittels der Mutter (34, 36) durch Anschrauben an dem in den Schlosskasten (6) integrierten Mechanismus (32) befestigt werden kann, wobei die Mutter in der im Kasten (6) ausgebildeten Justierbohrung (46, 48) entlang einer Justierachse verschoben werden kann, die rechtwinklig zur Längsachse des Schließblechs und zur Querachse der Befestigungsbohrungen (46, 48) verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus einen im Schlosskasten (6) translatorisch geführten Schieber (32) aufweist, an dem das Schließblech (12) befestigt werden kann, wobei die Justierbohrung (46, 48) in dem Schieber ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (32) in einer Aufnahme (76) innerhalb des Schlosskastens (6) angeordnet ist, die einen Endanschlag für die Mutter (34, 36) in der Justierbohrung (46, 48) bildet, und dadurch, dass die Justierbohrung auf der entgegengesetzten Seite eine Schulter aufweist, die durch eine Fläche des Schiebers gebildet wird, in der ein Loch (52, 54) mit einem kleineren Durchmesser ausgeführt ist, durch das eine Befestigungsschraube für das Schließblech (14, 16) hindurchgeführt werden kann, um mit der in der Justierbohrung verschiebbaren Mutter zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Justierbohrung (46, 48) einen sechseckigen Querschnitt aufweist und dass die Mutter (34, 36) einen Sechskantkopf umfasst, dessen Außenmaß im Wesentlichen gleich dem Innenmaß der Justierbohrung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Betätigungselement (4) um einen Griff handelt, durch dessen Drehung eine Vierkantstange (8) und eine Nuss (28) gedreht werden, der ein Führungszapfen (30) zugeordnet ist, der den mit dem Schließblech (12) verbundenen Schieber (32) translatorisch mitnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (4) in den Schlosskasten (6) über einen Gewindeeinsatz (86, 88) geschraubt wird, der in einer Befestigungsbohrung (82, 84) sitzt, die in dem Kasten ausgeführt ist, und der so gestaltet ist, dass er außerhalb des Kastens verschoben wird und dabei beim Schrauben bis in eine Anschlagposition gegen den Rahmen des Öffnungsflügels (2) im Eingriff verbleibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (86, 88) und die entsprechende Befestigungsbohrung (82, 84) komplementär ausgebildete abgeflachte Formen aufweisen, um den Einsatz in der Drehung zu arretieren, und komplementäre Formen von Nut und Nase, um den Einsatz translatorisch zu führen und einen Endanschlag zu bilden.
- Verglaste Öffnung, die einen Öffnungsflügel umfasst, der in einer Zarge verschiebbar ist und sich in einem Rahmenteil der Zarge mithilfe einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 verriegeln lässt.
