Claims (13)

- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de refroidissement (8) au moins dans le canal de ventilation (7) formé avec la vitre extérieure (5).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception (6) se compose au moins partiellement de parties profilées (11), en particulier de profilés en aluminium (12) ou de profilés en tôle ou en un autre matériau.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de refroidissement (8) est logé sur une partie profilée (11).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie profilée (11) présente au moins une fente (13) qui s'étend essentiellement verticalement quand la porte (3) est fermée.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une fente (13) sur le côté d'au moins une partie profilée (11) tourné vers le canal de ventilation (7).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de refroidissement (8) et les vitres (4, 5, 9, 10) sont prévus de façon au moins partiellement espacée les uns des autres.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de refroidissement (8) s'appuie contre la vitre extérieure (5), en particulier de façon élastique.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de refroidissement (8) est constitué de façon à obtenir un dispositif de refroidissement (8) de grande surface.
