Claims (7)

  1. Porte de four de cuisson pour fermer l'ouverture de chargement de l'espace de cuisson d'un four de cuisson autonettoyant de préférence à pyrolyse, comportant au moins un panneau frontal (1) et un panneau (4) tourné vers l'espace de cuisson, de préférence en verre, lesquels panneaux (1, 4) délimitent un espace creux de porte (5), dans laquelle le panneau frontal (1) est recouvert, sur sa face intérieure, au moins partiellement par une plaque (7) réfléchissant le rayonnement de chaleur qui empêche l'énergie thermique émanant de l'espace de cuisson d'atteindre le panneau frontal (1), et dans laquelle la plaque (7) est disposée à proximité immédiate du panneau frontal (1), délimite un canal d'écoulement (10) ouvert au moins vers le haut et est constituée d'un matériau bon conducteur de chaleur, notamment conducteur transversalement dans le plan du panneau, de préférence d'aluminium,
    caractérisée en ce que la plaque (7) comprend des formes (9) à plusieurs endroits, qui possèdent une profondeur d'embossage correspondant à l'écartement souhaité (a) de la plaque (7) au panneau frontal (1) resp. à la surface de celui-ci à proximité immédiate de la plaque (7), avec lesquelles la plaque (7) s'appuie directement ou indirectement sur le panneau (1) resp. sur la surface.
  2. Porte de four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'espace creux (5) est ouvert vers le haut et vers le bas.
  3. Porte de four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'écartement entre la plaque (7) et le panneau (1) étroitement voisin resp. la surface de celui-ci à proximité immédiate de la plaque (7) est dimensionné de manière à permettre un écoulement d'air laminaire.
  4. Porte de four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (7) comporte une surface réfléchissant le rayonnement thermique sur le côté tourné vers l'espace de cuisson.
  5. Porte de four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (7) est disposée à une distance d'environ 1 à 5 mm du panneau adjacent (1) resp. de la surface de celui-ci étroitement voisine de la plaque (7).
  6. Porte de four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (7) est disposée à proximité immédiate d'une plaque conductrice de chaleur (8) associée au panneau (1) et directement contiguë à celui-ci qui recouvre au moins en partie le panneau frontal (1), laquelle plaque (7) s'appuie sur celle-ci.
  7. Four de cuisson ménager comprenant une porte de four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
