Claims (13)

  1. Door (3), suitable for closing at least one cooking chamber opening (16) of a cooking appliance (1), comprising at least one inner pane (4), which faces the cooking chamber (2) when the door (3) is closed, and comprising at least one outer pane (5), which faces outwards when the door (3) is closed, and comprising at least one receiving means (6) for arranging the at least one inner (4) and the at least one outer pane (5) in such a way that at least one ventilation channel (7) is formed between the panes (4, 5),
    characterised in that
    a cooling device (8), which extends into the ventilation channel (7), is associated with the receiving means (6), the cooling device (8) being in contact with the receiving means (8) in a manner that is effective for conducting heat in order to conduct heat away from the receiving means (6).
  2. Cooking appliance (1) comprising at least one heatable cooking chamber (2) and at least one door (3) according to claim 1 that closes the cooking chamber (2),
    the door (3) comprising at least one inner pane (4), which faces the cooking chamber (2) when the door (3) is closed, and at least one outer pane (5), which faces outwards when the door (3) is closed, and at least one receiving means (6) being provided for arranging the at least one inner (4) and the at least one outer pane (5) such that at least one ventilation channel (7) is formed between the panes (4, 5),
    characterised in that
    at least one cooling device (8), which extends into the ventilation channel (7), is associated with the receiving means (6), the cooling device (8) being in contact with the receiving means (8) in a manner that is effective for conducting heat in order to conduct heat away from the receiving means (6).
  3. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that at least one central pane (9, 10) is provided between the at least one inner (4) and the at least one outer pane (5) such that at least one ventilation channel (7) is formed between the respectively adjacent panes.
  4. Cooking appliance (1) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that a cooling device (8) is provided at least in the ventilation channel (7) formed by the outer pane (5).
  5. Cooking appliance (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the receiving means (6) consists at least in part of profile parts (11), in particular of aluminium profiles (12) or profiles made of sheet metal or another metal.
  6. Cooking appliance (1) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the cooling device (8) is received on a profile part (11).
  7. Cooking appliance (1) according to at least one of claim 5 or claim 6, characterised in that at least one profile part (11) comprises at least one slot (13) which extends substantially vertically when the door (3) is closed.
  8. Cooking appliance (1) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that at least one slot (13) is provided on the side of at least one profile part (11) which faces the ventilation channel (7).
  9. Cooking appliance (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cooling device (8) and the panes (4, 5, 9, 10) are provided so as to be spaced apart from one another at least in part.
  10. Cooking appliance (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cooling device (8) is braced against the outer pane (5), in particular resiliently.
  11. Cooking appliance (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cooling device (8) is formed in a manner that results in a large surface area of the cooling device (8).
  12. Cooking appliance (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cooling device (8) consists at least in part of a heat-conducting material (14).
  13. Cooking appliance (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cooling device (8) does not protrude into the viewing region (15) in the door.
