Definitions
- the present invention relates to a household appliance and in particular a cooking appliance with at least one treatment room and one loading opening and at least one door device closing the loading opening of the treatment room.
- the treatment room is generally designed as a cooking room which can be heated with a heat source for the preparation of dishes. Temperatures in the cooking space are often high during cooking. In order to protect the environment outside the cooking space from the heat and to exclude the risk of injury as well as to enable the cooking appliance to have a certain energy efficiency, the cooking space must be suitably insulated. This is particularly true if the device is intended for pyrolysis operation, in which the cooking space is heated to temperatures of over 400 Ā° C. Even then, a risk of injury when touching the outer pane must be avoided.
- the door plays an important role in the heat insulation of a cooking space, because on the one hand it should allow quick access to the cooking space during cooking, but on the other hand it must also ensure good heat insulation.
- the door should allow a view of the cooking space and the food inside, without opening the door and losing heat energy.
- the doors usually have a viewing window. Insulating a door is therefore a more complex task than, for example, insulating a side surface of the cooking space.
- Doors with a multi-pane structure have therefore become known in the prior art. With such a multi-pane door, several panes are usually arranged one behind the other in such a way that certain gaps are created between the panes. Air can flow through the spaces for cooling.
- a disadvantage of such doors is that frame parts, which can act as a thermal bridge, are often used to arrange the panes. The heat of the pane facing the cooking space is passed on to the outer pane, so that the outer pane can become uncomfortable or even dangerously hot.
- the EP 0 893 654 A1 , the EP 1 450 104 A2 and the EP 1 647 775 A2 disclose ovens' doors, each using fasteners designed to hold two inner panes by pinching the panes.
- the fastening elements are designed to be elastic in order to produce a clamping effect.
- the household appliance according to the invention is in particular a cooking appliance and has at least one treatment room and a loading opening and at least one door device closing the loading opening of the treatment room.
- the door device comprises at least one receiving device with at least two support sections, with at least two surface components being arranged on the at least two support sections.
- the receiving device has at least two spacing devices, of which at least one spacing device is at least partially flexible in order to align at least one of the surface components relative to at least two of the at least two carrier sections.
- the household appliance according to the invention has many advantages.
- a considerable advantage is that the household appliance comprises at least two spacing devices, at least one of which is at least partially flexible. With such a spacer device, at least one surface component can be positioned relative to the support sections be aligned. This is particularly advantageous because the spacing device can maintain a minimum distance between the surface components and the support sections.
- the door device of the household appliance is particularly well insulated and securely accommodated, because heat transfer through thermal bridges between the surface components and the support sections is reduced.
- the components are essentially thermally decoupled from one another. For example, despite the high temperatures during a pyrolysis operation, a temperature on an external surface component that is harmless to people can be ensured.
- Another significant advantage is that manufacturing tolerances and size changes of the surface components can be compensated for by such a spacing device. Such changes in the size of the surface components can occur, for example, as a result of changes in temperature during the operation of the household appliance and in particular when the cooking space is being heated and cooled, and especially in pyrolysis mode. As a result, time-consuming alignment of the surface components is no longer necessary and the assembly of the door device is considerably simplified and less expensive.
- the spacing device is at least partially flexible, compressible and / or compressible or the like.
- the spacer device is preferably heat-resistant and in particular resistant to typical temperatures to which they are exposed during a pyrolysis operation.
- the receiving device can be designed as a frame or the like. In any case, the receiving device is suitable and designed to receive and hold at least two surface components. For receiving the surface components, the receiving device has at least two support sections.
- the carrier section is preferably a section of a carrier module. It is possible that the carrier module also has two or more carrier sections.
- the carrier section can also be designed as at least one separate carrier module.
- the carrier module is designed in particular as a profile tube and / or a profile strut and / or a profile strip and / or as a rail and / or rod.
- the surface component can be designed as a disk and / or disk-shaped plate or can include one.
- the surface component is preferably designed as a heat-resistant glass pane. It is also possible that the surface component is curved in space.
- the surface component can also be designed as a wall element and / or a termination device and / or a separation module.
- the surface component is preferably floating stored in the receiving device. In any case, the surface component is suitable and designed to at least partially cover the loading opening of the treatment room.
- the spacing device comprises two spring elements, which are designed in the form of clasps and are suitable for aligning a surface component in each case at a distance.
- At least one spacer device can be at least partially rigid.
- the spacer device can be attached to the surface component or be part of it and can be designed, for example, as an elevation of the surface component.
- the rigid spacer device can also be designed as an elevation or the like of the carrier module.
- the rigid spacer device can preferably be arranged and designed at least partially in a manner similar to that described for the flexible spacer device.
- the receiving device particularly preferably comprises at least two at least partially flexible spacing devices.
- Both spacer devices are in particular designed to be resilient and / or as a spring element or include such a device.
- Such an embodiment is particularly advantageous since the surface component is aligned centrally between the carrier modules by the spring force of the two spacer devices.
- the surface component is arranged almost centered regardless of size fluctuations due to manufacturing tolerances or temperature expansions. This prevents a particularly large distance between the surface component and the carrier module on one side, and a particularly small distance on the other side.
- the at least two spacing devices are likewise particularly preferably arranged on opposite sides. This prevents an oblique alignment or tilting of the surface component between the support sections. At least two spacing devices on one side and at least two spacing devices on the other side are also possible. However, different numbers of spacing devices can also be arranged on opposite sides.
- At least one spacer device is designed for an arrangement on the carrier section. At least one spacer device should be slidably attached to the carrier section. So that the spacer device can be preassembled on the carrier section and does not fall out during further assembly steps.
- the spacing device can be easily adjusted by moving it.
- the carrier section can have a groove, profile recess and / or rail or the like, into which the spacer device can be inserted and displaced.
- At least one spacer device is at least partially U-shaped and can be latched to the carrier section.
- the spacer device should in particular partially encompass the carrier section.
- the spacer device and the carrier profile can have hooks, tabs, projections, depressions or the like, which complement each other to form a latchable connection.
- At least one spacer device can have at least one nose, the nose being suitable and designed to be latched to the carrier section and in particular to an undercut of the carrier section.
- the spacing device can be quickly and easily installed on the carrier section by latching or clipping.
- At least one spacer device should be made in one piece and / or as a bent sheet metal part. Such an embodiment can be produced particularly cheaply and is at the same time stable and heat-resistant.
- the spacer is a stamped and cold-formed sheet metal part.
- the spacer device can be designed with at least one spring-like tab or comprise one. The spring-like tab allows a flexible distance between the carrier section and the surface component.
- At least one spacer device is particularly preferably suitable and designed for centering at least two surface components.
- the spacing device is adapted accordingly.
- the spacer device can have an extended spring element and / or an enlarged flexible area. It is also possible for the spacer device to have two or more spring elements and / or two or more flexible regions. With such a configuration, fewer spacing devices are required, thereby saving material and assembly costs.
- the door device has at least three, four or more surface components. At least two spacing devices are suitable and designed for centering at least two surface components and in particular the two middle surface components.
- a door device designed in this way is advantageous, for example, in a cooking appliance with a pyrolysis function, since a door device with four surface components enables particularly good heat insulation. In this way, a safe temperature on the outermost pane can be guaranteed even during pyrolysis operation.
- the receiving device can comprise at least three or more carrier sections.
- the receiving device can have two lateral and one lower support section.
- Four or more support sections are also possible, which can accommodate or support at least one surface component in the manner of a frame.
- the carrier sections can also be arranged round or oval or the like around at least one surface component.
- the carrier sections can be sections of a carrier module or else two carrier modules or several carrier modules.
- the Figure 1 shows an inventive household appliance 1, which is designed here as a cooking appliance 2.
- the cooking appliance 2 can be operated by a user via an operating device 12.
- the cooking appliance 2 has a treatment room 3 and a loading opening 4, which can be closed by a door device 5.
- the treatment room 3 is designed here as a cooking chamber 13, which can be heated by at least one heating source 14, such as a circulating air heating source. Further heat sources 14, such as an upper heat radiator and a lower heat radiator as well as a microwave heat source and the like, can be provided.
- the door device 5 is here a door 15 with a multi-pane structure and here has a total of three surface components 8, 18, 28, which are designed as panes 20, 21, 22.
- the disk 21 and the inner disk 22 facing the cooking chamber 13 are aligned centrally between two opposite carrier sections 7 by two opposite, flexible spacing devices 9. With such an arrangement, there is a uniform gap between the carrier sections 7 and the middle or the inner disk 21, 22.
- the flexible spacing device 9 can differ in size, e.g. B. by thermal expansion or manufacturing tolerances, and always ensures a substantially uniform distance between the disc 21, 22 and the support section 7. This reduces thermal bridges. Even at very high temperatures in the cooking chamber 13, for example during pyrolysis operation, a safe temperature is reached on the outer pane 20 and no one can injure himself on the closed door device 5.
- a door device 5 which comprises a receiving device 6 and here two surface components 8, 18.
- a first surface component 8 of the two surface components 8, 18 forms the outside of the door device 5.
- the receiving device 6 is fastened and in particular glued to the first surface component 8.
- the receiving device 6 is designed here as a frame and comprises two opposite carrier sections 7, each of which forms a section of a carrier module 27.
- the receiving device 6 comprises two opposite carrier strips 10, of which only the upper carrier strip 10 is shown here for better clarity.
- the carrier strips 10 are arranged essentially at right angles to the carrier sections 7.
- the carrier sections 7 each have at least one spacing device 9.
- the spacer device 9 is displaceably latched to the carrier section 7 and in particular latched as it is below for the spacer device 9 in Figure 4 is described.
- a latching connection is particularly advantageous since the spacing device 9 can be aligned easily and quickly after it has been snapped in by moving it along the carrier section 7 and in particular can be aligned opposite a further spacing device 9.
- the second surface component 18 is arranged between the carrier sections 7.
- the spacer devices 9 keep the surface component 18 at a minimum distance from the carrier sections 7.
- the second surface component 18 is aligned centrally between the carrier sections 7 by means of two opposite spacer devices 9 equipped with at least one spring element 19, 39. Slipping of the surface component 18 parallel to the support sections 7 is prevented by the support strips 10 arranged essentially at right angles to the support sections 7.
- the carrier strip 10 has at least one support device 11, which is a spaced arrangement of the Surface components 8, 18 to each other and thus prevents the formation of a thermal bridge between the surface components 8, 18.
- Such a configuration with a frame-like receiving device 6 enables stable and inexpensive edging of the second surface component 18.
- the second surface component 18 is floatingly supported by the resilient spacer devices 9 and is aligned centrally between the carrier sections 7. It is also possible and preferred that further surface components 18 and 28 and in particular a third and fourth surface components 18, 28 can be accommodated on the receiving device 6.
- FIG. 3 a single spacer 9 is shown.
- the spacer device 9 is U-shaped and can be locked on a carrier section 7.
- the spacing device 9 has two lugs 29 which can be locked in particular on an undercut 17 of the carrier section 7 (cf. Fig. 4 ).
- the spacer device 9 is designed here in one piece and as a stamped and bent sheet metal part and comprises two spring elements 19, 39.
- the spring elements 19, 39 are designed in the form of clasps and are suitable for spacing a surface component 18, 28 in each case. Due to the configuration with two spring elements 19, 39, up to two or more surface components 18, 28 can be aligned simultaneously with only one spacer device 9.
- the Figure 4 shows the spacer 9 Figure 3 , which is arranged on a carrier section 7.
- the carrier section 7 here is a continuous, lateral section of a carrier module 27.
- the carrier module 27 is designed as an extruded profile and has two lateral retaining grooves 37.
- the retaining grooves 37 have an undercut 17 and are suitable for latching at least one nose 29 of the spacing device 9.
- the spacer device 9 can thereby be fixedly and slidably attached to the carrier section 7 along the holding groove 37. Any position of the spacing device 9 on the carrier section 7 is thereby possible.
- the Figure 5 shows a door device 5 with three surface components 8, 18, 28.
- the carrier strips 10 have been omitted for better clarity.
- the third surface component 28 is mounted in the receiving device 6, as was previously described for the second surface component 18.
- the third surface component 28 is arranged spaced apart by the second spring element 39 of the spacing device 9 and is essentially centered between the carrier sections 7.
- Such a configuration with three surface components 8, 18, 28 enables even better thermal insulation.
- a fourth surface component 8, 18, 28 enables z. B. for pyrolysis operation even better thermal insulation.
- FIG. 6 A side view of the door device 5 from Figure 5 is in Figure 6 shown.
- the central or centered arrangement of the surface components 18, 28 between the carrier sections 7 can be seen particularly well here. If the second and / or third surface component 18, 28 has been removed, for example, for cleaning the receiving device 6, the surface components 18, 28 are practically automatically centered again after being inserted by the spacer device 9. Even when the surface components 18, 28 are installed for the first time during manufacture, the surface components 18, 28 are aligned centrally by the spacing device 9. Time-consuming manual alignment is no longer necessary, which saves time and costs during production.
- the flexible and / or spring-like design of at least one spacer device 9 ensures a largely uniform minimum distance between a surface component 18, 28 and the at least two support sections 7.
- the surface component 18, 28 is in particular positioned centrally between at least two support sections 7.
- the uniform spacing is particularly advantageous in the case of surface components 18, 28 with a heat-insulating function, since heat transfers or thermal bridges are reduced.
- Another advantage is that the surface components 18, 28 are almost automatically centered by the flexible spacing device 9 even with thermal expansion and with different manufacturing tolerances. This means that there is always an even distance and good thermal insulation. During the assembly of the surface components 18, 28 there is no need for time-consuming manual alignment, which saves costs.

Description
The present invention relates to a household appliance and in particular a cooking appliance with at least one treatment room and one loading opening and at least one door device closing the loading opening of the treatment room.
Many household appliances, such as. B. ovens and washing machines have a treatment room that is accessible through a door and can be locked with the door. In the case of ovens and other cooking devices such as steam ovens or microwave devices, the treatment room is generally designed as a cooking room which can be heated with a heat source for the preparation of dishes.
The door plays an important role in the heat insulation of a cooking space, because on the one hand it should allow quick access to the cooking space during cooking, but on the other hand it must also ensure good heat insulation. In addition, the door should allow a view of the cooking space and the food inside, without opening the door and losing heat energy. For this purpose, the doors usually have a viewing window. Insulating a door is therefore a more complex task than, for example, insulating a side surface of the cooking space.
Doors with a multi-pane structure have therefore become known in the prior art. With such a multi-pane door, several panes are usually arranged one behind the other in such a way that certain gaps are created between the panes. Air can flow through the spaces for cooling. A disadvantage of such doors is that frame parts, which can act as a thermal bridge, are often used to arrange the panes. The heat of the pane facing the cooking space is passed on to the outer pane, so that the outer pane can become uncomfortable or even dangerously hot.
The manufacture of multi-pane doors is also often very complex, since the individual panes have to be aligned in a time-consuming manner during assembly. Such an alignment is usually necessary in order to arrange the panes relative to the frame parts in such a way that, as far as possible, no larger points of contact arise which could act as thermal bridges. On the other hand, the panes must also be arranged in a certain proximity to the frame parts in order to prevent them falling out or even leaks. Another problem with the manufacture and assembly of multi-pane doors is that a different expansion of the panes and the frame parts due to the supply of heat, for example during cooking or pyrolysis, must be taken into account.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a household appliance which has a well-insulating and easy-to-assemble door with a multi-pane structure.
This object is achieved by a household appliance with the features of
The household appliance according to the invention is in particular a cooking appliance and has at least one treatment room and a loading opening and at least one door device closing the loading opening of the treatment room. The door device comprises at least one receiving device with at least two support sections, with at least two surface components being arranged on the at least two support sections. The receiving device has at least two spacing devices, of which at least one spacing device is at least partially flexible in order to align at least one of the surface components relative to at least two of the at least two carrier sections.
The household appliance according to the invention has many advantages. A considerable advantage is that the household appliance comprises at least two spacing devices, at least one of which is at least partially flexible. With such a spacer device, at least one surface component can be positioned relative to the support sections be aligned. This is particularly advantageous because the spacing device can maintain a minimum distance between the surface components and the support sections. As a result, the door device of the household appliance is particularly well insulated and securely accommodated, because heat transfer through thermal bridges between the surface components and the support sections is reduced. The components are essentially thermally decoupled from one another. For example, despite the high temperatures during a pyrolysis operation, a temperature on an external surface component that is harmless to people can be ensured.
Another significant advantage is that manufacturing tolerances and size changes of the surface components can be compensated for by such a spacing device.
The spacing device is at least partially flexible, compressible and / or compressible or the like. The spacer device is preferably heat-resistant and in particular resistant to typical temperatures to which they are exposed during a pyrolysis operation.
The receiving device can be designed as a frame or the like. In any case, the receiving device is suitable and designed to receive and hold at least two surface components. For receiving the surface components, the receiving device has at least two support sections. The carrier section is preferably a section of a carrier module. It is possible that the carrier module also has two or more carrier sections. The carrier section can also be designed as at least one separate carrier module. The carrier module is designed in particular as a profile tube and / or a profile strut and / or a profile strip and / or as a rail and / or rod.
The surface component can be designed as a disk and / or disk-shaped plate or can include one. The surface component is preferably designed as a heat-resistant glass pane. It is also possible that the surface component is curved in space. The surface component can also be designed as a wall element and / or a termination device and / or a separation module. The surface component is preferably floating stored in the receiving device. In any case, the surface component is suitable and designed to at least partially cover the loading opening of the treatment room.
According to the invention, the spacing device comprises two spring elements, which are designed in the form of clasps and are suitable for aligning a surface component in each case at a distance.
It is also possible for at least one spacer device to be at least partially rigid. The spacer device can be attached to the surface component or be part of it and can be designed, for example, as an elevation of the surface component. The rigid spacer device can also be designed as an elevation or the like of the carrier module. The rigid spacer device can preferably be arranged and designed at least partially in a manner similar to that described for the flexible spacer device.
The receiving device particularly preferably comprises at least two at least partially flexible spacing devices. Both spacer devices are in particular designed to be resilient and / or as a spring element or include such a device. Such an embodiment is particularly advantageous since the surface component is aligned centrally between the carrier modules by the spring force of the two spacer devices. The surface component is arranged almost centered regardless of size fluctuations due to manufacturing tolerances or temperature expansions. This prevents a particularly large distance between the surface component and the carrier module on one side, and a particularly small distance on the other side.
The at least two spacing devices are likewise particularly preferably arranged on opposite sides. This prevents an oblique alignment or tilting of the surface component between the support sections. At least two spacing devices on one side and at least two spacing devices on the other side are also possible. However, different numbers of spacing devices can also be arranged on opposite sides.
According to the invention, at least one spacer device is designed for an arrangement on the carrier section. At least one spacer device should be slidably attached to the carrier section. So that the spacer device can be preassembled on the carrier section and does not fall out during further assembly steps. The spacing device can be easily adjusted by moving it. For example, the carrier section can have a groove, profile recess and / or rail or the like, into which the spacer device can be inserted and displaced.
In addition, at least one spacer device is at least partially U-shaped and can be latched to the carrier section. The spacer device should in particular partially encompass the carrier section. The spacer device and the carrier profile can have hooks, tabs, projections, depressions or the like, which complement each other to form a latchable connection.
It is also possible for at least one spacer device to have at least one nose, the nose being suitable and designed to be latched to the carrier section and in particular to an undercut of the carrier section. As a result, the spacing device can be quickly and easily installed on the carrier section by latching or clipping.
At least one spacer device should be made in one piece and / or as a bent sheet metal part. Such an embodiment can be produced particularly cheaply and is at the same time stable and heat-resistant. The spacer is a stamped and cold-formed sheet metal part. The spacer device can be designed with at least one spring-like tab or comprise one. The spring-like tab allows a flexible distance between the carrier section and the surface component.
At least one spacer device is particularly preferably suitable and designed for centering at least two surface components. For this purpose, the spacing device is adapted accordingly. For example, the spacer device can have an extended spring element and / or an enlarged flexible area. It is also possible for the spacer device to have two or more spring elements and / or two or more flexible regions. With such a configuration, fewer spacing devices are required, thereby saving material and assembly costs.
In a particularly preferred development, the door device has at least three, four or more surface components. At least two spacing devices are suitable and designed for centering at least two surface components and in particular the two middle surface components. A door device designed in this way is advantageous, for example, in a cooking appliance with a pyrolysis function, since a door device with four surface components enables particularly good heat insulation. In this way, a safe temperature on the outermost pane can be guaranteed even during pyrolysis operation.
In advantageous configurations, the receiving device can comprise at least three or more carrier sections. For example, the receiving device can have two lateral and one lower support section. Four or more support sections are also possible, which can accommodate or support at least one surface component in the manner of a frame. The carrier sections can also be arranged round or oval or the like around at least one surface component. The carrier sections can be sections of a carrier module or else two carrier modules or several carrier modules.
Further advantages and possible uses of the present invention result from the description of an exemplary embodiment, which is now explained with reference to the accompanying figures.

The disk 21 and the inner disk 22 facing the

The

The flexible and / or spring-like design of at least one
