Indem ein WƤrmeschutz- und WƤrmereflektionselemente darĆ¼ber hinaus auch noch eine weitere Funktion hat, nƤmlich die WƤrmereflektion in den Garraum, werden durch die Elemente auch multifunktionelle Komponenten bereit gestellt. Claims (14)

  1. Cooking device (1) with a cooking chamber (2) and a door (4) closing the cooking chamber (2), which door (4) can be stowed into a housing (5) of the cooking device (1) and has a door outer panel (16), a door inner panel (22) and at least one door intermediate panel (20, 21) arranged therebetween, wherein the panels (16, 20 to 22) are connected to door profiles (18, 19) arranged on the door outer panel (16), characterised in that the cooking device (1) is a baking oven (1) with a pyrolysis function, and that arranged in an intermediate space (27) between the door inner panel (22) and a door intermediate panel (21) arranged adjacent thereto there is at least one first heat protection and heat reflection element (23, 24) for protecting a transmission of heat from the intermediate space (27) to a door profile (18, 19) and for reflection of heat into the cooking chamber (2), wherein the first heat protection and heat reflection element (23, 24), on the side facing towards the door profile (18, 19), and/or a door profile (18, 19), on the side facing towards the first heat protection and heat reflection element (23, 24), has an uneven, in particular notched, surface and the first heat protection and heat reflection element (23, 24) and the door profile (18, 19) abut one another via the at least one surface.
  2. Cooking device (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the first heat protection and heat reflection element (23, 24) is embodied at an angle in the horizontal cross-section.
  3. Cooking device (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the first heat protection and heat reflection element (23, 24) is angled in a Z-shape.
  4. Cooking device (1) according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the first heat protection and heat reflection element (23, 24) has a first leg (28) oriented in parallel to the door intermediate panel (20, 21) and/or a second leg (30) oriented in parallel to the door inner panel (22).
