Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgargerät.The present invention relates to a domestic cooking appliance.

A domestic cooking appliance, in particular an oven, can have a heatable cooking space that can be closed with the aid of a door. Due to the increased demands on the energy consumption of such household cooking appliances, more moisture remains in the cooking space due to the reduced dissipation of vapors. This moisture condenses at the coolest point, namely on the inner pane of the door. The condensate can be drained with the help of a condensate strip into a flange drip channel provided at a lower end of the door.

The DE 101 56 419 A1 shows a cooking appliance door with a condensate drip edge, below which a condensate collecting channel is arranged. Between the condensate drip edge and a front panel of the cooking device door, an intermediate space is provided which is open to a lower end face of the cooking device door. The condensate collecting channel has a front wall which extends into the space between the condensate drip edge and the front pane.

The WO 2012/089460 A1 describes a domestic cooking appliance with a door, on the underside of which a condensate collecting channel is provided.

The DE 10 2004 020181 A1 describes a commercial cooking appliance, in particular a combi steamer, with a cooking chamber that has a cooking chamber access opening, with a device drip tray that is arranged below the access opening on the front of the device, with a cooking chamber door that has an outer pane and an inner pane that delimit a door interior, and with a door drip pan, which is arranged in the door interior below the inner pane and is attached to the inside of the outer pane. An air gap is arranged between the inside of the oven door and the door drip tray.

Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved domestic cooking appliance.

Accordingly, a domestic cooking appliance with a cooking space and a door for closing the cooking space is proposed. The door has two door profiles arranged at a distance from one another, an inner pane fastened to the door profiles and a condensate strip arranged between the door profiles, which is set up to drain away liquid condensed on the inner pane, each door profile having an interface with which the condensate strip can be detached with the door profiles is connected, the condensate bar from a dismantled state, in which the condensate bar can be removed from the interfaces, into an assembly state in which the condensate bar is pretensioned between the inner pane and the interface spring can be brought.

The fact that the condensate strip is directly connected to the interfaces of the door profiles enables quick and easy assembly and disassembly. This allows the condensate strip to be cleaned easily and attached to the door as a retrofit solution. There is no need for additional components such as screws to attach the condensate bar.

The door is preferably hinged on the cooking chamber in a pivotable manner. The condensate strip is preferably provided on a lower edge of the door. The condensate bar is assigned in particular to the cooking space and is preferably arranged at least in sections within the cooking space. The condensate bar can for example be made of a plastic material or of a metal, for example sheet steel. The door profiles are preferably made of a plastic material. In addition to the inner pane, the door preferably has an outer pane and a plurality of intermediate panes arranged between the inner pane and the outer pane. For example, two such intermediate disks are provided. Gaps are provided between the panes in which air can circulate. The door profiles are preferably firmly connected to the outer pane, for example glued to it. The inner pane is preferably hung in the door profile. For this purpose, the door profiles have corresponding receiving sections. The door profiles are preferably arranged parallel to one another. The condensed liquid can also be referred to as condensate. In particular, the condensate strip is directly or directly, that is, without additional components, connected to the interfaces of the door profiles.

The bracing of the condensate bar with the help of the inner pane enables tolerance compensation between the assembled components. The components are thus securely positioned and rattling or wobbling is prevented. This improves the look and feel of the door.

According to a further embodiment, the condensate strip is elastically deformed in the assembled state.

Das heißt, bei dem Verbringen der Kondensatleiste von dem Montagezustand in den Demontagezustand verformt sich die Kondensatleiste selbsttätig in ihre Ursprungsgeometrie zurück.“Elastic deformation” is to be understood as meaning that the condensate strip changes its geometry reversibly when it is moved from the dismantled state to the assembled state. That is to say, when the condensate bar is moved from the assembled state to the dismantled state, the condensate bar automatically deforms back into its original geometry.

According to a further embodiment, the condensate strip has a contact section which, in the assembled state, rests against corresponding mating contact sections of the interfaces.

The contact section is preferably designed as a rib provided on a fastening section of the condensate strip. The mating contact sections of the interfaces are preferably also designed as ribs. The mating contact sections of the interfaces extend laterally out of the door profiles, which are preferably rectangular in cross section, in such a way that the mating contact sections of the two door profiles are opposite one another.

According to a further embodiment, the condensate strip has an engagement section which is designed to engage in a form-fitting manner in corresponding counter-engagement sections of the interfaces.

A positive connection is created by the interlocking or interlocking of at least two connection partners, in this case the engagement section and the counter-engagement sections. The engagement section and the counter-engagement sections can be designed hook-shaped in cross section.

According to a further embodiment, the condensate strip is channel-shaped in cross section.

In particular, the condensate strip has a base section on which the fastening section is molded. In particular, the base section is channel-shaped or trough-shaped in cross section.

According to a further embodiment, the door profiles and / or the condensate strip are made of a plastic material.

Alternatively, the door profiles and / or the condensate strip can also be made of a metal material.

According to a further embodiment, the interfaces are each formed in one piece on one of the door profiles.

In the present case, “one-piece” is to be understood as meaning that the respective interface forms a single component with the door profile assigned to it. This means that additional components can be dispensed with. In particular, the interfaces are formed in one piece with the door profiles. This means that the interfaces are preferably made of the same material as the door profiles.

The Fig. 4 shows a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of the door profiles 19, 20. The door profiles 19, 20 each include a front side 26 which is firmly connected, for example glued, to the outer pane 17. The door profiles 19, 20 are essentially rectangular in cross-section and each have a rear side 27 opposite and parallel to the front side 26, on which the inner pane 18 rests flat. Furthermore, the door profiles 19, 20 each include a hook-shaped receiving section 28 which engages around the inner pane 18 at the lower edge 4 of the door 3, so that the inner pane 18 is at least partially received in the receiving section 28.

The door profiles 19, 20 each also include an interface 29, with the aid of which the condensate strip 23 is detachably connected to the door profiles 19, 20. The interface 29 comprises a strip-shaped counter-contact section 30, which is arranged perpendicular to a longitudinal direction L of the door profiles 19, 20 and extends laterally out of the respective door profile 19, 20 such that the counter-contact sections 30 of the two door profiles 19, 20 face one another. The longitudinal direction L can coincide with the z-direction z.

The interface 29 further comprises a receiving area 31 for receiving the intermediate disks 24, 25 and the condensate bar 23. The receiving area 31 includes a counter-engagement section 32 into which the condensate bar 23 can engage in a form-fitting manner. A positive connection is created by the interlocking or interlocking of at least two connection partners, in this case the condensate bar 23 and the counter-engagement section 32. The receiving area 31 further comprises a receiving section 33 for supporting the second intermediate disk 25 and a receiving section 34 for supporting the first intermediate disk 24 The intermediate disks 24, 25 are supported on the receiving sections 33, 34 in such a way that they are positioned in a defined manner in the longitudinal direction L or in the z direction z. The counter-engagement portion 32 and the receiving portions 33, 34 can differ from that in the Fig. 4 The receiving area 31 shown also represent individual sections of the respective door profile 19, 20. The receiving area 31, like the counter-contact section 30, extends laterally out of the door profiles 19, 20 such that the receiving areas 31 of the two door profiles 19, 20 are arranged facing one another.

The condensate bar 23 comprises, as in Fig. 5 and 6th shown, a base portion 35 which is trough-shaped in cross section. A fastening section 36 is formed on the base section 35 and can extend over an entire width of the door 3. As the Fig. 5 and 6th also show that the condensate bar 23 can be moved from a dismantling state D, in which the condensate bar 23 can be removed from the interfaces 29, to an assembly state M, in which the condensate bar 23 is spring-pretensioned between the inner pane 18 and the interfaces 29. For this purpose, the condensate bar 23 is resiliently deformable, at least in sections. That is, the condensate bar is elastically deformed in the assembled state M. For this purpose, the condensate strip 23 comprises a contact section 37 provided on the fastening section 36, which in the assembled state M rests against the mating contact sections 30 of the interfaces 29.

The fastening section 36 furthermore comprises an engaging section 38, which is hook-shaped in cross section and which is designed to engage positively in the counter-engaging sections 32 of the interface 29. The condensate strip 23 is hooked into the door profiles 19, 20 from above, that is to say in the y-direction y, and then pivoted downwards in the y-direction y until it rests completely on the interfaces 29. That is, until the contact section 37 rests against the counter-contact sections 30 and the engagement section 38 engages behind the counter-engagement sections 32 in a form-fitting manner.

For this purpose, the condensate strip 23 has an overcut to the mounted inner pane 18 in the y-direction y. By mounting the inner pane 18 in the door profiles 19, 20, the condensate strip 23 is thus braced and fixed in its position. The condensate strip 23 then lies in the y-direction y, as in FIG Fig. 7 shown, with a support point 39 on the inner pane 18, with a support point 40 on the respective mating contact section 30 and with a support point 41 on the respective counter-engagement section 32. The support points 39 to 41 are in the Fig. 7 shown with arrows.

The Fig. 8 shows support points 42, 43 between the fastening section 36 and the respective interface 29, which are shown with arrows. Assembly play is integrated between the support points 42, 43 so that the condensate strip 23 can be assembled quickly and easily. The condensate bar 23 is averaged between the two support points 42, 43.

As the Fig. 9 shows, the interface 29 also has the function of positioning the washers 24, 25 in the z-direction z. The second intermediate disk 25 rests with a support point 44 on the receiving section 33 and the first intermediate disk 24 rests with a support point 45 on the support section 34 of the interface 29.

The condensate bar 23 can have an overcut to the inner pane 18 over its entire length. An "overcut" is to be understood as an excess. However, the overcut can also only be partially implemented at the lateral ends or in the middle of the condensate strip 23. Due to the size of the overcut and the interface geometry of the interfaces 29 on the door profiles 19, 20 and the condensate strip 23, the bracing can be adapted to the respective application. The condensate bar 23 is preferably made of a plastic material. Alternatively, the condensate strip 23 can be made from a metal, for example from a sheet steel.

The geometry of the interfaces 29 on the door profiles 19, 20 and thus also on the condensate strip 23 can be implemented in the most varied of ways. The central part of the condensate strip 23 is shaped as a channel or trough in order to collect the condensed liquid K when the door 3 is open, which liquid is then diverted downwards in the z-direction z when the door 3 is closed. The geometry of the condensate strip 23 in the middle part for discharging the condensed liquid K can be shaped differently depending on the application and the geometry of the adjacent components.

The advantage of the arrangement described above is the simple assembly and disassembly of the condensate strip 23 both in production and at the customer. The customer can easily clean the condensate strip 23. Due to the interfaces 29 integrated in the door profiles 19, 20 for mounting the condensate strip 23, additional parts such as screws are not required. This reduces parts and assembly costs. Due to the simple assembly, the condensate strip 23 can also be purchased as an optional extra by customers. The bracing of the condensate strip 23 via the inner pane 18 enables simple tolerance compensation. The components are securely positioned in relation to each other, and rattling or wobbling is prevented. This improves the look and feel of the door 3.
