Description

The invention relates to a door for closing the feed opening of a cooking chamber of a cooking oven, in particular a household oven.

Gareboards (or: ovens, roasting ovens) with a closable by a door feed opening a cooking chamber (or: oven muffle, back box, roasting tube) are known for use in the home (private kitchens) or in the field of catering (or commercial kitchens) in various embodiments. Such cooking ovens can have different cooking modes (or: cooking functions) for cooking food introduced into the cooking chamber and also other operating modes, in particular a pyrolysis mode for pyrolytic self-cleaning of the inner muffle interior. The most common Garbetriebsarten are thermal Garbetriebsarten in which the food is heated by the food to be cooked supplied heat energy, in particular of electric or gas heated top heat, bottom heat and / or hot air heaters, and cooked, microwave cooking modes in which the food in the cooking chamber by means of Gargut supplied microwaves, the are absorbed by the liquid contained in the food and are converted into heat, cooked and steam cooking modes in which steam is introduced into the cooking chamber and the food is cooked by means of the steam.

Out EP 1 106 932 A2 is a door for a Garofen, preferably for the household, known with at least two spaced-apart support elements, which are made of a temperature-resistant mechanically stable polymer material, in particular a thermoplastic or a thermosetting polymer material, and with an outer pane, with the carrier elements over each connected an adhesive connection. On the two support elements receiving means and / or fastening means are arranged, which are formed with the associated support member as a continuous molding and for receiving or securing another door pane, in particular an inner pane or washer, and / or at least one other door component, in particular in each case a door hinge and / or at least a third door pane and / or a door handle are provided. One or more of the functional parts of the door, in particular the door handle or at least one of the door panes, may be integrated with the carrier elements to form common moldings and then consists of a common polymer material. The support elements may be formed as hollow profile parts, but also solid. As suitable high temperature resistant plastics are in EP 1 106 932 A2 in column 7, from line 33 to column 8, line 5, given some possible plastics. A cooking oven with a oven muffle with a feed opening for the introduction of food to be cooked is then equipped with such a door for closing the feed opening.

Out EP 0 723 116 A2 an oven door is known in which two vertically and parallel to each other, substantially U-shaped support members made of aluminum are glued to an outer pane. The support elements extend to the lower edge of the outer pane and take down each a door hinge part with a tension spring. For performing the respective other, attached to the housing of the oven door hinge part an opening in each support member is formed in each case. The support elements have on their inner sides grooves for receiving an inner pane which covers the entire feed opening. Between the outer pane and the inner pane, a space open at the bottom is formed for cooling the door.

Out EP 811 806 A1 is a baking oven door known with glued to a door front panel support elements to which an operating handle is attached. This has a ventilation shaft for cooling air.

In FR 2 599 478 discloses a oven door having a frame consisting of two pairs of extruded parts. In this frame, one or more discs is picked up at the edges. The frame parts are bolted and are intended to prevent stresses in the glass pane.

Another oven door is from the published patent application DE 101 63 150 A1 known. This document discloses the preamble of claim 1. The oven door has two approximately plane-parallel main disks, namely an inner pane and an outer pane, as see-through surfaces. On the inner pane, an upper and a lower retaining strip are glued. Next two extruded profiles are glued to the outer pane with upper and lower corner moldings. Thus, the inner pane and the retaining strips can form a first assembly unit of the appliance door and the outer pane and the extruded profiles form a second assembly unit of the appliance door. The two mounting units can be connected to each other by first hooked the upper of the two retaining strips via a wedge-shaped depression in a projection of the extruded profiles and then the so hung first mounting unit is moved with a pivoting movement to the second mounting unit. In this case, a tapered ramp of the lower of the two retaining strips engages behind a displaceable bolt on at least one of the two extruded profiles, so that the two assembly units can be firmly but detachably connected to each other. In particular, by the displaceable bolt, which is also acted upon by a spring force of a coil spring and held in position, the oven door is still relatively complicated. In addition, the accessibility of the displaceable bolt can easily be adversely affected by the not insignificant temperature fluctuations, which inevitably and immediately occur on the oven door.

When in the GB 2 158 225 A shown door is a metal door body on upper and lower spring elements, which are glued to a glass pan, pushed and fixed on the glass pane. The metal door body serves as a receptacle of a viewing window, which is held at a distance from the solid glass pane. The spring elements can engage for connection in latching openings, which are provided on the metal door body. In this way, a reliable connection between the metal door body and the glass pane can be made. However, a disassembly of the locked-together parts proves to be difficult, since in particular the spring elements in the upper door handle are difficult to access.

Therefore, various designs of door structures are known from the prior art, which require several individual process steps during assembly and disassembly. The disadvantage here is the time required for assembly and disassembly and the relatively high number of occurring or required items.

The present invention has for its object to provide a new Garofentür that reduces the effort during assembly or disassembly and also allows easy maintenance.

This object is achieved by a door according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments, developments and applications of the door according to the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims of claim 1.

The door for closing the feed opening of a cooking chamber of a cooking oven, in particular a household oven, according to claim 1 comprises an outer pane facing away from the cooking chamber with the door closed and a inner pane facing the cooking chamber with the door closed and a door frame lying between the outer pane and the inner pane Door interior at least partially encloses. The door frame or a door frame part is attached to the inner pane and forms with the inner pane a first assembly unit or prefabricated or prefabricated unit. At least one connecting element is attached to the outer pane and together with the outer pane forms a second assembly unit or prefabricated or prefabricated unit. These two assembly units are now detachably connected or connectable.

For this purpose, the door frame or the door frame part has at least one bayonet flap which can be introduced or inserted into a bayonet mount on a connecting element on the outer pane, and each bayonet mount has an insertion channel for insertion of the bayonet flap in a first mounting direction, a support at the end of the insertion channel and a Recess for insertion of the bayonet flap in a, preferably perpendicular to the first mounting direction, second mounting direction.

The invention is thus based on the idea of securing the door frame or at least a part thereof in advance to the inner pane and thus to form a first preassembled unit. This first preassembled unit is then detachably connected to a second preassembled unit of outer pane and fastener (s) attached thereto so that the door separating the two preassembled units or assembly units can be easily disassembled or disassembled at any time for cleaning purposes, for example individual units are incurred, and just as easily reassembled or assembled.

The attachment of door frame or door frame part to the inner pane of the first mounting unit and / or of connecting element (s) on the outer pane of the second mounting unit is usually insoluble and is preferably done by gluing.

The releasable connection of the first mounting unit with second mounting unit via the said bayonet connection.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, at least two support elements, which are spaced apart from one another and are preferably arranged substantially parallel to one another, are fastened to the outer pane as connecting elements of the second mounting unit. At each support element connecting means are then preferably provided for releasably connecting the door frame or door frame part of the first mounting unit attached to the inner pane. The support elements are preferably columnar and / or formed as profile elements.

In a particularly advantageous development, the second mounting unit on a third connecting element which is fixed to the outer pane and extending transversely to the two support elements and / or is designed as a transverse bar, wherein (also) the third connecting element releasably connected to the door frame or door frame part of the first Assembly unit is connected or connectable. As a result, an additional stabilization of the structure is achieved.

The support elements are substantially vertical when the door is closed and / or the third connecting element is substantially horizontal when the door is closed and / or is arranged above or in the upper region of the support elements. For this corresponds in particular, but not necessarily, a U-shape of the door frame on the inner pane.

Advantageous is a guide or movement of the door frame or door frame part when connecting to the support elements in a direction along the support elements, in particular a plugging or insertion, wherein this mounting direction preferably extends in the closed state of the door from top to bottom.

The one or more connecting elements (e) preferably have receiving grooves or receiving recesses for engaging the door frame or door frame part.

The door frame preferably runs on three sides of the inner pane, preferably on the two lateral areas and in the upper area of the inner pane when the door is closed and / or has a U-shape.

The one or more connecting elements (e) are preferably substantially liquid-impermeable or liquid-tightly connected to the door frame or Türrahmenteil by corresponding contact surfaces and possibly additional sealing material such as silicone.

As materials are preferred for the door frame or the Türrahmenteil der.ersten mounting unit and / or for at least one or each connecting element metal, in particular stainless steel or enameled steel sheet, or made of plastic or consists.

In einer Weiterbildung können im Türinnenraum zusätzliche Zwischenscheibe(n) aufgenommen sein mittels einer oder mehreren zum Türinnenraum gerichtete Aufnahmenut(en) an jedem TrägerelementIn a further development, additional intermediate disc (s) may be accommodated in the door interior by means of one or more receiving grooves (s) directed to the door interior on each carrier element

The inner pane and / or the door frame may have a rectangular shape or at least two rounded corners.

Die Trägerelemente können Teile von Scharnieren aufnehmen. The support members can receive parts of hinges.

The door interior is open when the door is closed downwards, but can also be closed downwards, in particular by a closing strip.

Downstream between the support elements and a collecting channel may be arranged, which preferably has a downwardly directed discharge opening.

A cooking oven, in particular household oven, according to claim 23 has at least one cooking chamber with a feed opening and a door according to the invention for closing the feed opening.

In 1 to 3 is a door 1 with an outer pane 2 and an inner pane 3 which are interconnected by a frame 31 shown. The frame 31 is rounded at the two corners and forms an inverted U-shape.

The frame 31 is preferably connected to the inner pane 3 by adhesive bonding to form a first mounting unit.

The corners of the frame 31 and / or the inner pane 3 can also be all sharp-edged in a further embodiment. The frame 31 is connected to at least one screw with the support member 21, 22 to fix the inner pane 3.

A gutter 32 for collecting condensate or liquid is mounted below the interior, this has a centrally disposed drain opening 33.

The door 1 is secured by means of two hinges 6, which engage in an opening, not shown, of the support members 21, 22, with the oven.

The frame 31 is preferably formed from, in particular embossed and edged, stainless steel sheet and preferably formed in one piece, but may also be composed of several parts in several parts.

Instead of or in addition to the screw connection, the frame 31 can also be fastened to the carrier elements by means of latching or snap connections, in particular in its lower regions with the hinges.

The sliding of the frame 31 with the inner pane 3 on the door 1 is carried out as in FIG. 4 shown on two support members 21, 22. The inner part is pushed from the top of the support members 21, 22 and closes with the end strip 32 from the door interior. In particular, the inner part can be placed in the bayonet method on the support elements and then linearly to a certain connection, for example, about 10 cm, moved to make a frictional or bayonet connection.

FIG. 5 shows the outer pane 2 with the elements firmly connected thereto as a second mounting unit. The support elements 21, 22 extend vertically on the inside of the outer pane 2 parallel to each other and spaced apart. The transverse strip 23 is arranged horizontally in a region which lies between the carrier elements 21, 22 and extends in an upper section or above the carrier elements 21, 22. The carrier elements 21, 22 and the transverse bar 23 are connected by adhesive bonding with the outer pane 2. The carrier elements 21, 22 preferably form a U-shape with the transverse strip 23, since these are then applied to a single U-adhesive track. It is also possible to attach the cross bar 23 alternatively or additionally with a screw on the outer pane 2. Advantageously, here the cross bar 23 with the screws that hold the door handle on the outside, attached. In the support elements 21, 22 are directed to each other glass receiving webs 41 incorporated, in each of which a washer 4 between the support members 21, 22 is inserted. Optionally, one or more intermediate plates 4 may be arranged in the interior of the door 1. The end strip 32 limits the interior of the door down.

FIGS. 6 and 7 show a horizontal section through the door 1. There are two washers 4 in two grooves 41 in or on the support members 21 and 22 inserted. The support elements 21, 22 each have a shape in the form of the letter in the direction of the door interior E or a mirrored E's, which forms two grooves 41. It may also be a deviating number of grooves 41 and washers 4 may be present. The frame 31 is inserted into the carrier elements 21, 22 such that no liquid can pass from the sides into the interior space. The support elements 21, 22 have receiving grooves 34 for receiving the frame on the surfaces facing the outer sides. The frame 31 is adapted in its shape to the support elements 21, 22, that this engages in the receiving grooves 34 and at the same time covers the surface between the inner and outer disks 3, 2. Therefore, the edge of the frame 31 to be fixed has a T-shape rotated by 90 °.

The frame 31 is recessed at the connecting surface to the inner disk by a small amount of, for example, about 1 mm, whereby the held on the support members 21 and 22 (n) intermediate disc (s) 4 are clamped in the receiving grooves 41, whereby rattling noises are reduced.

FIGS. 8 to 10 show a further embodiment of the door 1. In this embodiment, the door interior is closed by a closing bar 32 downwards. The intermediate discs 4 run almost through the entire door interior. The frame 31 is connected to the cross bar 23 so that no liquid can penetrate from above into the door interior. The cross bar 23 has for receiving the Rahmen.31 a receiving recess 24, in which the frame engages with a T-shaped end and closes the door interior from above.

The support elements 21 and 22 and / or the transverse strip 23 and / or the end strip and / or the collecting channel 32 'in all embodiments preferably consist of a temperature-resistant plastic or a metal such as steel, in particular a corrosion-resistant steel or a stainless steel.

The first mounting unit of inner pane 3 and glued frame 31 on the one hand and the second mounting unit of outer pane 2 and bonded thereto carrier elements 21 and 22 and transverse bar 23 are releasably connected to each other, whereby a conceivable simple door structure of the door 1 is realized from practically only two door subunits which is very easy to assemble and disassemble, especially for maintenance or cleaning purposes.

The door 1 is preferably unvented and closed at the side and top.

The side and top extending frame 31 ensures a water and / or vapor-tight connection of the door panes, so that water, steam, sauce and broth does not enter the door interior and thus does not contaminate the door in poorly accessible places. The materials are robust and easy to clean. The construction with few individual parts and the connections by gluing and sliding or detachable connection bring significant cost savings.
