Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an appliance door of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
Das hat insbesondere den Nachteil, dass bei einem Umklappen der ersten Scheibe eines in einen Unterschrank eingebauten Backofens diese Scheibe auf den Küchenboden aufschlagen und es zu Beschädigungen der Gerätetür kommen kann.DE 199 06 747 A1 discloses an oven with an appliance door made of at least one first disc, an upper and a lower retaining strip, a second disc and two in the side areas between the first and second disks arranged in parallel Holding strips on which the second disc is attached. The first disc is on the top and the lower retaining strip and releasably rests on the side retaining strips. First Corner molded parts are pivotally connected to the upper retaining bar and move when swiveling out of the side retaining strips. The lower holding bar is releasably connected to the side retaining strips. The ones in the upper and lower holding bars fixed first pane is foldable without removing the appliance door. That has in particular the disadvantage that when the first pane is folded one into one Under the built-in oven, open this pane on the kitchen floor and open it damage to the appliance door can occur.
Beim Wiederaufnehmen der Scheibe kann es zu Schwierigkeiten kommen, weil eine leicht erhöhte Unterlage zum Greifen unter die erste Scheibe fehlt.DE 197 38 504 C1 discloses an appliance door for closing an oven, at which the first pane can be completely removed for cleaning. At the top Area is a horizontal handle on two parallel and vertically arranged Retaining strips attached. The handle part has an overlapping the first disc impact area, with the first disc between the stop area and the Holding strips is held. A spring element is arranged behind the stop area, in particular special a metal sheet with spring tongue. The spring element exercises when inserting the first A restoring force in the stop area. The disclosed door structure has the Disadvantage that the first pane has no protection on either side, but only the removed flat disc, which after removal and storage just on the Underlay. Difficulties when resuming the disc because a slightly raised pad to grip under the first pane is missing.
The invention thus presents the problem of an appliance door, preferably for an oven, to create that is easy to disassemble and easy to clean in a few easy steps.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the holding bar has a visible surface, a loading rich for fixing the first or the second disc and an interior for corres pondez with the corner moldings. By assigning different functions, which the holding bar has to fulfill is to different areas of the holding bar it enables each area to be designed according to its function. For example, the Visible surface to be designed particularly elegant, because of design requirements Fixing the inner pane no consideration needs to be taken.
An expedient development of the teaching according to the invention provides that the bearing of the in the assembled state of the appliance door relative to one another not movable bearing pair wedge-shaped recess on the retaining strip and the corresponding counter bearing on the Corner molded part is formed projection, which in the assembled state of the appliance door engages wedge-shaped recess. This is a structurally particularly simple training of bearings and counter bearings achieved what the manufacture and assembly / disassembly of Retaining strip and corner molding relieved.
Another useful development of the teaching according to the invention provides that the Bearing of the bearing pair which is movable relative to one another in the assembled state of the appliance door at the free end of a web of the retaining strip from the transition from one to the other free end tapering ramp and the rest of the web-shaped paragraph is formed and the corresponding counter bearing is a bolt movably arranged on the corner molding, which is locked behind the ramp in the assembled direction in the assembly direction. Similar The aforementioned development is also a particularly simple design Training of bearings and counter bearings achieved what the manufacture and the Assembly / disassembly of the retaining strip and corner molding is made easier.
Another advantageous embodiment of the teaching according to the invention provides that on the movably arranged bearing or counter bearing of the assembled state of the appliance door relative to each other movable bearing pair an actuatable pin is formed, with which Bearing or counter bearing between an unlocking position and a locking position in which the bearing or counter bearing with the corresponding counter bearing or bearing Forms a positive connection, is movable back and forth. This makes it movable arranged bearings or counter bearings can be produced with little design effort and on particularly easy to handle from the outside.
An advantageous development of the aforementioned embodiment provides that the pin is so is short that this is not or only slightly from the bottom of the The appliance door protrudes and can only be operated with an aid. That way is a prevents unwanted disassembly of the door, for example when the appliance door is installed.
Another advantageous development of the aforementioned embodiment provides that the Pin protrudes into a hinge sword of the appliance door and is blocked in it. This is a Disassembly with built-in appliance door prevented and a further improved protection against one unwanted disassembly of the door reached.
Fig. 1 illustrates a door according to the invention (1) is in a front view, with an inner pane (3) as the first disc. An outer pane ( 2 ) as the second pane is firmly connected by two parallel vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ) as first and second retaining strips by gluing. The inner pane ( 3 ) releasably rests on the vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ) and is inseparably connected by gluing to an upper ( 6.1 ) as a third and a lower ( 6.2 ) as a fourth retaining strip. As can be seen from Fig. 1, the upper and lower retaining strips ( 6.1 , 6.2 ), the vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ) and upper ( 11 , 12 ) and lower ( 13 , 14 ) corner moldings in the assembled state of the appliance door ( 1 ) form a closed one Frame. The inner pane ( 3 ) covers the entire baking muffle loading opening (not shown in FIG. 1) and lies directly on a seal of the baking muffle opening. To ensure that the lowest possible temperature can be reached on the outer pane ( 2 ) during cooking, a middle pane, not shown, is inserted between the outer pane ( 2 ) and the inner pane ( 3 ) in this exemplary embodiment. This is held in position by means of the upper and lower retaining strips ( 6.1 , 6.2 ), the vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ) and the upper and lower corner molded parts ( 11 to 14 ) as well as a screw as fastening means. The vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ) are open on both ends, as are the upper and lower retaining strips ( 6.1 , 6.2 ). So that a visually appealing closure of the appliance door ( 1 ) is available, a corner molding ( 11 to 14 ) connects the parts ( 6.1 , 6.2 , 19 ) to each other. The design of the upper holding bar ( 6.1 ) is not identical to the design of the lower holding bar ( 6.2 ). Accordingly, the design of the upper corner molded parts ( 11 , 12 ) is different from that of the lower corner molded parts ( 13 , 14 ). A door hinge (not shown) for installing the appliance door ( 1 ) in the body of a device (also not shown) can be inserted in the lower corner molded parts ( 13 , 14 ). On the outer pane ( 2 ), a handle part (not shown in FIG. 1) is fixed by means of connecting screws.
Fig. 2 shows a side view of a partially assembled door in the section, with the outer pane (2) is firmly bonded with the vertical extruded profiles (19) and the central disk (4) between the vertical extrusions (19) and the upper and lower molded corner pieces ( 12 , 14 ) and the screw ( 18 ) is positively inserted. Thus, the center disk ( 4 ) is secured against shifting up and down in relation to the image plane. In the upper area of the appliance door, the outer pane ( 2 ) is connected on one side to the handle part ( 5 ) and on the other side via the upper corner molding ( 12 ) to the upper retaining bar, which is not shown in FIG. 2.
The upper corner molded parts ( 12 ) connect the end faces of the upper retaining strip with the upper end faces of the vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ), while the lower corner molded parts ( 14 ) connect the end faces of the lower retaining strip ( 6.2 ) and the lower end faces of the vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ). Through the upper and lower corner molded parts ( 12 , 14 ) the end faces of the retaining strips and the vertical extruded profiles ( 19 ) are veneered, so that a visually appealing appliance door is created. An actuatable pin ( 16.1 ), the function of which is explained in more detail below, is arranged in the lower corner molding ( 14 ) and extends somewhat from the underside of the appliance door. The actuatable pin ( 16.1 ) should protrude so far from the lower corner molding ( 14 ) that it cannot be operated by hand alone, but an aid (not shown), for example a rod, is required to actuate the pin ( 16.1 ). If removal is not possible with the appliance door installed, there is no risk that the appliance door, which has become too light, will slam in an uncontrolled manner when a pane ( 3 , 4 ) has been removed.
Fig. 3 shows a side view of a partially assembled appliance door in section, the inner pane ( 3 ) shown in this figure being firmly bonded to the upper and lower retaining strips ( 6.1 , 6.2 ) and the partially assembled appliance door shown in connection with the The partially assembled appliance door shown in FIG. 2 forms the complete appliance door ( 1 ). Details are given below.
In FIG. 4, the appliance door (1) is shown in a first assembly state. The upper corner molding ( 12 ) engages with a protrusion ( 12.1 ) formed perpendicular to the image plane as a counter bearing in a wedge-shaped recess ( 20 ) of the upper retaining bar ( 6.1 ) also perpendicular to the image plane as a bearing.
Fig. 5 shows the appliance door (1) in a second mounting state, wherein at a free end of a web of the lower retaining bar (6.2) has a free end to the tapered ramp (6.2.4) is formed. The lower corner molding ( 14 ) has a counter bearing, which comprises two sections, namely the pin ( 16.1 ) and a bolt ( 16.2 ), which are arranged at right angles or approximately in an L-shape to one another. The pin ( 16.1 ) protrudes somewhat from the corner molding ( 14 ) on the underside of the appliance door ( 1 ). When assembling the appliance door ( 1 ), for example, the outer area of the lower retaining strip ( 6.2 ) is pressed, so that the ramp ( 6.2.4 ) and the bolt ( 16.2 ) formed on the web move relatively towards one another. The bolt ( 16.2 ) is moved against the restoring force of a spring element ( 17 ) from an unlocking position in the direction of a locking position, upwards in FIG. 5. At the end of this movement, the bolt ( 16.2 ) snaps behind the shoulder formed by the ramp ( 6.2.4 ) and the remaining web, which forms a bearing for the bolt ( 16.2 ) as a corresponding counter-bearing, promoted by the restoring force of the spring element ( 17 ) , on.
Fig. 6 illustrates a partial side view of the assembled appliance door (1) with a view of the upper half of the door is. Presses in the assembled state, one on a web (6.1.3.1) of the upper holding bar (6.1) inserted silicone seal (15) against the central disc ( 4 ), which is held laterally in relation to the image plane. A further injection-molded to the directed to the outside disc (2) edge of the upper holding bar (6.1) silicone seal (7) bears against the outer pane (2), so that the outer pane (2) does not rest directly on the upper retaining strip (6.1). For an even more intimate connection of the silicone seal ( 7 ) and the upper retaining strip ( 6.1 ), the silicone seal ( 7 ) is injected directly into a receiving opening ( 8 ) in the upper retaining strip ( 6.1 ). This should be done before the upper retaining bar ( 6.1 ) is connected to the inner pane ( 3 ). Special spraying processes make such a molded silicone seal ( 7 ) possible. Due to the interaction of a web ( 6.1.3.2 ) formed in the interior of the upper retaining strip ( 6.1 ) with a corresponding web ( 12.2 ) on the upper corner molding ( 12 ), in the assembled state of the appliance door ( 1 ), the movement of the in Fig. 3 in Individual arrangement shown relative to the arrangement shown in FIG. 2 prevented, so that the appliance door ( 1 ) can only be dismantled when the pin has been pressed and the bolt is no longer in engagement with the shoulder.
FIG. 7 is an assembled door (1) in a partially illustrated to take in view of the lower door half. As is clear from FIG. 7, the pin (16.2) is engaged in the mounting direction behind the space formed by the ramp (6.2.4) paragraph of the lower retaining bar (6.2), so that the lower retaining bar (6.2) to the lower corner piece (14 ) is positively and releasably connected. The bolt ( 16.2 ) is held in this locking position by the spring element, not shown. In the assembled state presses a to a web of the lower retaining bar (6.2) inserted silicone seal (15) which is formed identical to the plugged onto the upper holding bar (6.1) silicone seal (15) against the central disc (4 (6.2.3.1) ), which is hereby laterally held, analogous to the arrangement shown in FIG. 6 with the upper retaining bar ( 6.1 ). Similar to the arrangement described for FIG. 6, the interaction of a web ( 6.2.3.2 ) formed in the inner region of the lower retaining bar ( 6.2 ) with a corresponding web ( 14.2 ) on the lower corner molding ( 14 ) in the assembled state of the appliance door ( 1 ) the displacement of the arrangement shown in detail in FIG. 3 relative to the arrangement shown in detail in FIG. 2 is prevented, so that the appliance door ( 1 ) can only be dismantled when the pin ( 16.1 ) has been pressed and the bolt ( 16.2 ) is not more engaged with the heel.
In order to clearly block removal of the inner pane ( 3 ) while the appliance door ( 1 ) is still arranged on the oven, the pin ( 16.1 ) should, unlike in the present exemplary embodiment, protrude into a hinge sword of the appliance door ( 1 ) and be blocked therein.
Fig. 8 shows a side view of a first embodiment of the upper retaining bar ( 6.1 ) for the appliance door. The upper retaining strip ( 6.1 ) has a closed and visually pleasing end on its upper side (6.1.1). On another side ( 6.1.2 ) the inner pane is glued to the upper retaining strip ( 6.1 ) and lies on a stop ( 9.1 ). Opposite, on page ( 6.1.3 ), the silicone seal, not shown in Fig. 8, is attached to the web ( 6.1.3.1 ) of the upper retaining strip ( 6.1 ). In the assembled state, the end faces arranged perpendicular to the image plane are covered by an upper corner molding, not shown. The same applies to the lower retaining strip, the vertical extruded profiles and the lower corner molded parts.
Fig. 9 shows a side view of a second embodiment of an upper retaining bar ( 6.1 ) for the appliance door. In contrast to the first exemplary embodiment shown in the previous figure, in this second exemplary embodiment the silicone seal ( 7 ) made of silicone adhesive is injection molded onto an edge of the upper holding strip ( 6.1 ), so that a receiving opening is not necessary.
Fig. 10 shows a section through a side view of a first embodiment of a lower retaining strip (6.2). On its lower side ( 6.2.1 ), the lower retaining strip ( 6.2 ) has a closed and visually appealing closure over its entire length. On another side ( 6.2.2 ) the inner pane is glued to the lower retaining strip ( 6.2 ) and lies on a stop ( 9.2 ). Opposite, on page ( 6.2.3 ), the silicone seal, not shown in Fig. 10, is attached to the receptacle ( 6.2.3.1 ) of the lower retaining strip ( 6.2 ). Similar to the upper retaining strip, the lower retaining strip ( 6.2 ) also has a web ( 6.2.3.2 ) which interacts with a corresponding web on the lower corner molding, not shown, in such a way that when the appliance door is assembled, the movement of the door in Fig. 3 The arrangement shown in detail relative to the arrangement shown in detail in FIG. 2 is prevented, so that the appliance door can only be dismantled if the pin (not shown) has been pressed and the bolt no longer connects to the ramp ( 6.2.4 ) Paragraph is engaged. The end faces arranged perpendicular to the image plane are each covered by a lower corner molding.
In the Fig. 11 shows a section through a side view of a second embodiment of a lower retaining strip (6.2). In contrast to the first exemplary embodiment shown in the previous figures, a recessed grip is formed on a lower side ( 6.2.1 ) of this second exemplary embodiment and extends over the entire length of the lower retaining strip ( 6.2 ) produced as an extruded profile.
Fig. 12 shows an upper corner molding ( 11 ) for an appliance door. Each upper corner molding has on one side connecting parts, projection ( 11.1 ) and web ( 11.2 ), for connection to the upper retaining bar and at least one connecting part ( 11.3 , 11.4 ) for connection to the vertical extruded profile. The projection ( 11.1 ) engages in the wedge-shaped recess of the upper holding bar and is articulated therein. In the assembled state of the appliance door, the web ( 11.2 ) engages with the corresponding web formed on the upper retaining strip and thus prevents an upward displacement, relative to the image plane, of the arrangement shown in FIG. 3 relative to the one shown in FIG. 2 arrangement shown in detail. The connecting part ( 11.3 ) is intended for a detachable connection, for example by screwing to the vertical extruded profiles using the screw. The connecting part ( 11.4 ) is designed as a sword and engages in the vertical extruded profile from above. The upper corner molding, not shown, is a mirror image of the upper corner molding ( 11 ).
The structure of the lower corner molded parts differs from the upper corner molded parts, but the lower corner molded parts are also mirror images of each other. This is necessary because a consistently identical profile part represents the upper and the lower retaining strip and the vertical extruded profiles, which are generally arranged in parallel, are identical. The profiles of the retaining strips are designed differently for the top and bottom, which is clearly shown in FIGS. 8 to 11. The corner molded parts cover the end faces of the vertical extruded profiles and the retaining strips.
