  5. Cover (1) according to any one of claims 3 or 4, characterised in that, in the closed position, the second cover part (5) extends between the two lateral frame parts (30, 31) and rests with an underside (500) of an outer end (50) on the web (331) of the ledge (330) of the rear frame part (33).
  6. Cover (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that each cover part (4, 5) has at a rear end, on its two outer sides, a respective outwardly extending axle projection (7, 8), and the two lateral frame parts (30, 31) each have, at their two rear ends, a respective receiving opening in which a respective one of the axle projections (7, 8) is received.
  7. Cover (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the mass of each of the cover parts (4, 5) is chosen and distributed in such a way that the outer ends (40, 50) of the cover parts (4, 5) can generate a torque which is sufficiently large that the cover parts (4, 5) in the open position can automatically pivot into the closed position after removal of external pressure forces.
  8. Cover (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the retaining projections (41, 42, 51, 52) are substantially rib-like in shape.
  9. Cover (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the webs (321, 331) of the front frame part (32) and the rear frame part (33) each extend inwardly beyond the inner leg (341) of the respective frame part (32, 33) and each form a retaining portion for engagement in an intermediate space formed between a pair of retaining projections (41, 42, 51, 52).
  10. Storage receptacle (100), in particular waste receptacle, comprising a housing (2) and a cover (1) which is configured such that it can be attached to or arranged on the housing (2) of the storage receptacle (100), characterised in that the cover (1) is configured according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
  11. Storage receptacle (100) according to claim 10, characterised in that the storage receptacle (100) comprises a retaining frame for securing a refuse bag, which retaining frame can be placed at least indirectly on the edge of the opening of the housing (2).
