Der Clou dieser Weiterbildung besteht darin, dass durch geschicktes Biegen ursprünglich nicht zusammenwirkender Seitenkantenbereiche eines Blechstreifens ein endmontierter Zustand geschaffen wird, in dem die Seitenkantenbereiche zumindest teilweise aufeinander aufliegen und bevorzugt parallel zueinander verlaufen. Dies liegt insbesondere darin begründet, dass ein Laschenpaar im Unterschied zu einer herkömmlichen Lasche eine doppelte Materialdicke aufweist. Die Stabilität und Manipulationssicherheit der Vorrichtung wird insgesamt erhöht.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung weisen die Laschen koaxial zueinander ausgerichtete Bohrungen auf. Dies bedeutet, dass die Achsen der Bohrungen zusammenfallen. Dadurch kann beispielsweise eine Scharnierstange von den Bohrungen möglichst exakt und reibungsfrei aufgenommen werden.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist jeweils eine Lasche eines Laschenpaares mit einer Bohrung und die zweite Lasche des Laschenpaares mit einer einseitig offenen Ausnehmung augsgebildet. Während die Bohrung eine Bewegung einer in ihr aufgenommenen Scharnierstange in jeder radialen Richtung verhindert, ermöglicht die einseitig offene Ausnehmung zumindest in einer radialen Richtung eine derartige Bewegung. Der Vorteil besteht darin, dass die beiden Laschen des Laschenpaares nicht vollständig zueinander fluchtend angeordnet sein müssen. Es sind vielmehr beispielsweise gewisse Abweichungen der Winkel der Abkantung der beiden Laschen tolerierbar. Zudem ermöglicht die einseitig offene Ausnehmung der zweiten Lasche eine vereinfachte Montage. Diese zweite Lasche kann nämlich auf eine beispielsweise bereits montierte Scharnierstange einfach aufgeschoben werden, um diese dann teilweise zu umgreifen.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist an dem Gehäuse und/oder der Tür eine Bohrung ausgebildet, die exzentrisch zur Rotationsachse des Scharniergelenks angeordnet ist. Claims (14)
- Device for delivering goods, comprising a housing and a door pivotally attached to the housing, wherein said housing consists of components, namely a bottom, a cover, two lateral walls, and a rear wall, and wherein the door is connected to a further component, namely one of the lateral walls, the cover or the bottom, by means of a hinge joint which consists of at least two first tabs shaped from the door and two second tabs shaped from said further component, the tabs being arranged so as to correspond to each other and being provided with bores for receiving a connecting element, characterized in that said first two tabs of the door are formed as a tab pair, wherein the first two tabs of the door are formed from folds of a sheet metal strip constituting the door and run parallel to each other in the final mounted state.
- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that also the second tabs are formed as a tab pair, wherein a second tab of said further component, namely said lateral wall, is respectively supported on a tab of the bottom or the cover and runs parallel to said tab.
- Device according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the tabs have two bores coaxially aligned with each other.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that one tab of a tab pair is respectively provided with a bore and the second tab of the tab pair is formed with an opening that is open on one side.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bore is formed on the housing and/or on the door, said bore being arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation of the hinge joint.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the door is connected to the housing by means of a hinge rod, particularly a multipart hinge rod.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said further component, namely the bottom, the cover, the lateral walls or the rear wall, have two additional tabs that provide an alternative means for receiving a connecting element.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rear wall and the bottom of the housing are formed from a first sheet metal element and that the lateral walls and the cover of the housing are formed from a second sheet metal element.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cover, the lateral walls, the bottom and/or the rear wall each include bores serving to receive screws by which several housings can be connected to form a letterbox installation.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing includes webs in the region of an opening that can be closed by a door, said webs extending parallel to the surfaces of the lateral walls, of the bottom and the cover.
- Device according to claim 10, characterized in that at least one of the tabs is arranged on a web and extends in the direction of said web.
- Device according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the webs are shaped from the respective metal sheets of the lateral walls, the bottom and the cover by means of bent edges.
- Device according to one of the claims 10 to 12, characterized in that additional tabs for receiving a connecting element are provided in a part of the housing that extends at right angles to the web.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hinge joint can be accessed through an opening in the door and/or housing, particularly in an edge web of the door and/or housing, said opening being closable by a closure element.
