Claims (19)
- A clip fixing member for rapid mounting of fixture devices, such as socket wrench latches, swivel lever latches (10), hinge parts (80, 82), in openings (12, 14) in a thin wall (16, 50), comprising, in the mounted state, a head part (24) which is to be arranged on one, outer side (18) of the thin wall (16) and which overlaps the outer rim (20) of the opening and from which there emerges a body part (26, 28, 30, 32) which, in the mounted position, projects through the opening and from which there protrude holding elements (36) which are flexible towards its outer surface and of which the free end has two inclined surfaces, a first inclined surface for displacing the holding element (36) counter to spring force (44) through the rim (20) or edge of the opening of the one, outer side of the thin wall (16), and a second inclined surface (38) for clearance-free supporting of the body part on the rim or edge (40) of the opening of the other, inner side (42) of the thin wall (16), wherein the body part (26, 28, 30,32) and holding element (36) are two separate parts, wherein the holding elements (36, 336) are slides (56) held against compression spring force (44) which are movably arranged in cylinders (54) which are parallel to the plane of the thin wall and which are rectangular in cross section.
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 1, characterised in that the head part has, in the region of the holding element (2836), a recess (117) for receiving edge bulges (119).
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 1, characterised in that two or more holding elements (3136) respectively are arranged alongside one another.
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 1, characterised in that the holding element (2636, 2736) is formed by a stamped part.
- The clip fixing member according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the body part (26, 28, 30, 32) and the head part (24) are injection moulded as one piece.
- The clip fixing member according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the body part and the head part are two parts which are screwed, welded or clipped.
- The clip fixing member according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that supporting elements (46, 48, 94, 96) held or borne by this body part (26, 28, 30, 32) are provided to support the holding elements (36) after the fixture device is mounted in the
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 7, characterised in that two holding elements (36) which are arranged diametrically opposite one another are supported by spring devices such as spiral springs (44) and/or wedge devices (94) such as tapered screws (98).
- The clip fixing member according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that in the event of different loading of the two diametrically opposite holding elements, as when used with a locking handle (52), one holding element (36), which is under a smaller load, consists of flexible plastic, such as polyamide, and the other holding element (136), which is under a greater load, consists of rigid material, such as metal.
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 1, characterised in that the holding elements (336) are slides made of rigid material, such as metal, which are held against compression spring force (324) by a pinning device (92) arranged between them and which are movably arranged in a cylinder which is parallel to the plane of the thin wall and which is rectangular in cross section.
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 10, characterised in that the pinning device consists of screws (27) which can be screwed (37) into the head part (382).
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 11, characterised in that the screws (27) define the stroke of the movement of the holding elements (1136, 29).
- The clip fixing member according to Claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the cylinder (54) possesses a partial dividing wall (358) or undercut or opening edge at which the slides (36, 336,536, 636) are axially supported by a shoulder or hook.
- The clip fixing member according to any one of Claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the body part has a slot for receiving a grounding spring (57, 157).
- A combination of a fixture device and a clip fixing member according to any one of Claims 1 to 14, wherein the fixture device is a swivel lever latch or a folding lever latch (10) for fixing in an oblong opening (12, 17, 14) or in two shorter rectangular openings (12, 14), wherein one opening (12) receives a lever bearing (66) and the other opening (14) receives a lever catch (170, 70), characterised in that at least one of the openings (12, 14) also serves to receive at least one body part (28, 128, 32) with the holding
- A combination of a fixture device and a clip fixing member according to Claim 15, wherein the swivel lever latch or folding lever latch has a cavity (24) for catchably receiving the actuation lever (22), characterised in that the cavity (24) forms the head part of one or two body parts with holding elements in the region of the lever bearing, such as a drive shaft (66).
- The combination of a fixture device and a clip fixing member according to Claim 15 or 16, wherein the swivel lever latch (10) or folding lever latch (10) has a cavity (24) for catchably receiving the actuation lever (22), characterised in that the cavity (24) on the one hand forms the rear-gripping surface (74, 174) for the tappet of a lever catch (70, 170) and on the other hand forms the head part of a body part with holding elements in the region of the lever catch.
- The combination of a fixture device and a clip fixing member according to Claim 15 or 16 or 17, characterised in that the holding elements are formed by displaceably held slides (56), of which the axes of movement are perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the cavity.
- The combination of a fixture device and a clip fixing member according to any one of Claims 1 to 14, wherein the fixture device represents a hinge part (80, 82).
