Description

The invention relates to a baking oven door for closing the feed opening of the cooking chamber of a baking oven, with an outer front glass pane and at least one further, the cooking chamber facing glass, which glass panes on a substantially metallic door frame edge, at least one of the glass panes of parts of Door frame edge comprehensive, are mounted on elastic bearing elements.
The GB 2 198 621 A describes a oven door with an outer pane and an inner pane. A sealing element surrounds the inner pane in a U-shape along its circumference.
In another known oven door with borosilicate glass inner pane ( DE 10 007 923 C1 ) has the oven door front, outer, large-scale glass and on the cooking chamber to the side facing an inner also large-scale glass of borosilicate material. Both glass panes are held on a metallic door frame. In this case, in particular the inner glass pane is partly supported on elastic bearing elements. At least one or some of the glass panes are usually the glass pane encompassing metallic parts such. B. a arranged at the upper edge of the disc, adjacent to the cavity in the disc composite aperture. Such elastic bearing elements consist z. B. from several inserted in the lateral, vertical bars of the metallic door frame rubber or silicone plugs on which the lateral disc edges are supported. The positioning and mounting of these bearing elements require a considerable installation effort. You can not reliably prevent the glass in question jerky door movements z. B. in a fast closing movement, due to a temperature-related, necessary bearing clearance or due to their resilient mounting with parts of the door frame z. B. come into contact with said upper panel, associated with an undesirable rattling noise. In addition, the glass materials used in ovens and in particular with a device for pyrolytic self-cleaning with oven temperatures up to 400 ° C and up to about 320 ° C in the upper region of the inner glass z. As borosilicate glass are very sensitive to breakage, especially on the edge of the disc, which may be exposed to hard shocks during assembly or jerky door movements.
The present invention has for its object to provide an oven door of the type mentioned in such a way that a mounting of at least one of the glass sheets is achieved in a montage friendly manner, through which this glass from unfavorable external influences, such as shocks, high temperature or the like protected in the laminated pane of the oven door is held.
This object is achieved with a oven door of the type mentioned by the characterizing features of claim 1. The inventive storage of one of the glass panes, namely the interior, the cooking chamber directly facing glass resulting in multiple advantages with respect to the assembly of the oven door and in terms of the operation of the oven z. B. a pyrolytic self-cleaning oven. The two-sided arrangement of elastic bearing elements gives the relevant fracture-sensitive glass pane, in particular on the sensitive edge of the pane, a substantial protection during transport, during assembly or disassembly of this glass pane, especially on the impact-sensitive pane edge. In particular, the assembly is substantially simplified, that the essential bearing elements by appropriate pre-assembly are an integral part of the glass and no other, separate bearing elements in the position range of the bearing elements according to the invention are more needed. In particular, an elastic mounting of the relevant glass also takes place where external, separate bearing elements in the region of parts of the metallic door frame, which surround the glass and end with a boundary edge directly on the edge of the disc, are difficult to install. Advantageously, the inventive door storage on the cooking chamber directly facing inner pane of the oven door, since usually the edge region of this inner glass pane is encompassed by metallic parts of the door frame and there during operation of the oven and in particular in pyrolytic self-cleaning operation of this inner glass and There particularly at the upper edge of the disc extremely high temperatures occur and as a result, tolerance issues related to increased material expansion are important and, on the other hand, the best possible sealing of the wafer edge to prevent heat leakage is sought. The door frame can also be formed by at least 2 individual profiles, which are arranged vertically behind the windscreen in a conventional manner.

According to the invention, at least one bearing element is formed substantially U-shaped and comprises the disc edge on opposite disc surfaces and on the disc end edge with elastic bias. In this way, the mounting of the two-sided bearing elements is substantially simplified and obtained also on the fracture-sensitive front edge of the glass pane in question an elastic bearing, so in addition to the advantageous storage properties in addition to effective edge protection of the relevant glass. The bearing element is formed from a preferably high temperature resistant elastic plastic such as silicone or the like, so that the use of such bearing elements is easily possible even with pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens with high temperature operation. However, such bearing elements may also be made of a different material, for. B. spring steel.

According to the invention, the substantially U-shaped bearing element enclosed by a part of the door frame has at the end of a free leg a nose-like projection which is able to bear against a boundary edge of the comprehensive part of the door frame. Through this nose-like approach prevents the mounted on the disc edge bearing element is displaced from the desired position and approximately behind the boundary edge of said comprehensive part of the door frame device or disappears behind about when performing cleaning work.

Due to the U-shaped design of the bearing element to obtain a particularly simple installation of the same, since according to a development of the invention, the bearing element is positively clamped clamped on the disc edge is plugged, the assembly of the bearing elements is further facilitated by the fact that according to a development of the invention U-shaped bearing element has unequal length free legs of the U-shape.

In a preferred manner, the bearing element covers at least an entire side of the rectangular glass pane, it being understood that several shorter bearing elements can be applied to the edge of the pane, which also results in the mentioned advantages with respect to the mounting of the glass pane and the edge protection.

According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one layer element is preferably arranged at the upper edge of the glass pane directly facing the cooking chamber and is supported elastically with the one leg or bearing element part on the door frame and provides with the opposite leg or bearing element part for a the oven door closing at the top and the said glass plate cross aperture is an elastic bearing.

The invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing.

The oven door gem. Fig. 1 and 2 has as a supporting part of a metallic door frame 1, formed essentially of two vertical and, for example, U-shaped bars on both sides of a feed opening of the oven, not shown, which feed opening to be closed by the oven door. The aforementioned spars are connected to each other like a frame by cross members, also not shown. At this door frame 1 is attached to the outside of the oven door an outer, flat glass pane 2 in unspecified manner, z. B. by means of adhesive bonds, while on the opposite side of the door frame. 1 an inner, the cooking chamber of the oven directly facing glass pane 3 is mounted, which in connection to flat, flat disc edges 4 to the cooking chamber out with a Bulge 5 is provided. Between the two glass sheets 2 and 3, a cavity 6 is formed, the z. B. is used to carry out a cooling air flow and is closed at the top by a roof-shaped aperture 7 (see in particular Fig. 2 ), which z. B. made of stainless steel aperture 7 with a vertical leg 8, the upper edge of the disc 4 of the inner glass pane 3 slightly overlaps and ends in the immediate vicinity of this glass sheet 3. Like the characters, in particular Fig. 2 , Show is on the upper edge of the disc 4 of the glass 3, a one-piece bearing element 9 self-clamping attached, which bearing element 9 in Fig. 3 is shown as a detail. Of course, such a bearing element 9 or shorter bearing element parts may be applied to several or all the disc edges 4 of the glass pane 3. In the embodiment, the entire upper side of the rectangular glass plate 3 covering bearing element 9 consists of an elastic, high temperature resistant plastic such. Silicone. The aforementioned self-clamping is achieved by how Fig. 3 shows that the bearing element 9 is formed substantially U-shaped, wherein the free legs 10 and 11 are inclined by the angle a against each other and are connected to each other via the non-free leg 12. Here, the one leg 11 is slightly longer than the opposite leg 10, whereby the mounting of the bearing element 9, that is, the attachment of the bearing element 9 on the front edge of the glass sheet 3 is substantially facilitated. In the embodiment of the shorter leg 10 is formed a nose-like projection 13, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the end of the vertical leg 8 of the panel 7 and slightly surmounted by this end, like Fig. 2 shows, so that unintentional displacement of the bearing element 9 z. B. in cleaning work in the example upwards, so behind the lower edge of the panel 7 is prevented because this nose-like approach 13 is able to support itself at the lower end of the panel 7. In particular Fig. 2 shows, the bearing element 9 forms with the legs 10 and 11 on both sides of the disc edge 4 of the glass 3 elastic bearings, with which it is elastically supported on the one hand on the door frame 1 and on the other hand an elastic bearing for the lower end of the disc rim 4 embracing aperture 7, 8 forms, so that z. B. in the jerky closing of the oven door a hard, a rattling noise inducing contact between the disc edge 4 and aperture 7 and the leg 8 is avoided with certainty. The described bearing element 9 thus forms at least in the upper region of the oven door effective elastic bearings for the relevant glass pane 3 and at the same time represents an effective edge protection for the glass, especially to the particular fracture-sensitive window edges. As Fig. 1 shows, 1 connecting or hinge parts 14 are arranged on the metallic door frame, for the z. B. rotatable connection with the oven muffle oven, not shown.
