Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the door from being disassembled and to make screws invisible without impairing serviceability and reliability of the titled heater by welding a clamp to a door inner plate and fixing the door frame to the clamp by means of a screw for assembling so that means for holding a door outer plate assumes a latch structure on the outer peripheral end surface. CONSTITUTION:A clamp 22 is spot-welded to a door inner plate 21, and clamps a door frame 23 and a screen 25 by means of a screw 24. These parts constitute a choking structure for preventing leakage of radio waves. The door outer plate 28 assumes a latch structure by the door frame 23 and the upper end of the door outer plate 28, and the lower end thereof is fixed by a screw 29. Accordingly, only the screw 29 at the lower end of the door outer plate 28 is visible from the ouside, and other clamping screws are hidden in the inner part of the door. Henmce, average users can hardly find screws. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the door from being disassembled and cleaned up due to stains. Further, such a simple structure that an outer glass plate 32 and a window frame 33 are held between the door frame and the door outer plate, becomes possible, and since they are ultimately fastened by screws, assembly and disassembly of these parts are positively possible. Therefore, problems with respect to the reliability can be all eliminated.

Conventional Structure and Problems It is well known that a high-frequency heating device has an internal heating chamber in which food is placed and cooked by high-frequency energy emitted from a magnetron. It has an opening for taking food into and out of the heating chamber and a door for opening and closing the opening. The door mounting surface at the opening of the heating chamber and the inner plate of the door were designed to make flat metal contact to prevent radio wave leakage, but in reality, due to processing,
It is difficult to achieve perfect planar contact, and radio waves may leak from a small gap between the heating chamber door mounting surface and the door inner plate. If there is a lot of radio wave leakage, the user of the high-frequency heating device and people nearby will be exposed to this high-frequency output, as well as televisions and radios.

Causes damage to communication equipment and electronic equipment. Therefore, in order to further reduce this radio wave leakage, it is common to form a choke structure inside the door to seal the radio waves. or,
In order to observe the food being cooked, it is common to have a window consisting of a screen made of a perforated metal plate that does not emit any radio waves, sandwiched between transparent sheets of glass or plastic. As described above, the door of the high-frequency heating device is formed of a rather complicated metal plate structure having a choke structure.

When the high-frequency heating device 61 is repeatedly used for cooking, steam 9 food particles and the like will adhere to the inner surface of the heating chamber side of the door, so the user will often have to clean it. However, a typical door is made of a rather complicated metal plate structure with a chalk structure on the roof, so there is one door on the oven side.
Generally, the heads of about 0 screws are exposed, and food particles can get into the gaps 1 of these screws, making it difficult to keep them clean. To solve this problem, the screws were hidden inside the door so that the screws were not visible (there are four improved doors. Doors with screws hidden inside are very easy to clean and clean. However, when the door is used repeatedly, steam and oil get inside the door and stain the window for observing food. Dirt inside the door cannot be cleaned without disassembling the door. Doors with exposed screw heads can be easily disassembled with a screwdriver and reassembled after cleaning. However, door components with a choke structure can be easily disassembled due to differences in the dimensions of the throat during assembly. It is not desirable for the user to be able to disassemble and reassemble the door because it will damage the door rule effect and there is a risk of being exposed to large amounts of high-frequency energy. It is possible to prevent the user from easily disassembling and cleaning the door.A door with screws hidden inside in this way has the advantage of completeness, but this improved door was realized. Therefore, conventionally there was a built-in type with 11,000 units, but this had problems in terms of serviceability and reliability.

以下、図面に基づいて従来例について説明する。Hereinafter, a conventional example will be explained based on the drawings.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a conventional door. A stand bolt 5 is welded to the door inner panel 4, which includes a door frame 6 that forms the edge of the radio wave seal, a screen 9 made of a porous metal plate that does not transmit radio waves, and a door outer panel 1 that will be described later.
A clip 7 for holding 2 is fastened together with a nut 8. At that time, the seal 1 is attached to the door inner plate 4 and the door frame 6.
The inner plate glass 11 is inserted through the door to prevent oil, food scraps, and water vapor that are scattered from the food in the heating chamber from entering the inside of the door. A pin 13 having a locking shape is stand-welded to the door outer panel 12, and this pin 13 and the clip 7 are provided at positions facing each other, forming a so-called snap-in type locking structure. There is. Further, a stand bolt 14 is welded to the door outer panel 12, an outer plate glass 15 that prevents dust from entering the door from entering the door, and a window frame 16 that visually hides the internal structure of the door. Tighten with nut 17. Furthermore, when the door handle 18 is pulled, the clip 4 and pin 1
The door handle 18 is fixed to the door frame 6 from the outside with screws 19 so that the holding means 3 does not come off.

As described above, the conventional configuration prevents the average user from trying to clean the inside of the dirty door, but on the other hand,
If a problem occurs in the door parts, the service manga door is disassembled and the parts replaced, and then when the door is reassembled, it becomes unstable whether the clip 7 and the pin 13 are properly fitted. Furthermore, to prevent the clip 7 and pin 13 from coming loose when the door handle 18 is suddenly pulled,
Since it is fixed to the door frame 6 with screws 19, the screw heads are visible in an important part from an LA perspective. If you fasten the screws to the door handle 18 from the door skin 12 so that the screw heads are not visible, the screws will be fixed only to the door skin 12, so if you pull the door handle 18 suddenly, the chrysogua and bottle 13 may become unretained. 1
The type of fitting type shown in the conventional example had problems in terms of serviceability and reliability.
