Claims (12)
- Verdichtungsvorrichtung (2) einer Spinnmaschine zum Verdichten von Fasergewebe, umfassend:- einen Hauptzylinder (4a), einen Druckzylinder (4b), welcher in einem Eingabekontaktbereich in Druckkontakt mit dem Hauptzylinder steht, und einen stromabwärts von dem Druckzylinder gelegenen Ausgangszylinder (4c), welcher in einem Ausgabekontaktbereich in Druckkontakt mit dem Hauptzylinder steht, so dass sich das Gewebe zwischen den Kontaktbereichen über einen Kontaktabschnitt an der Außenfläche des Hauptzylinders bewegt;
gekennzeichnet durch eine Saugeinheit (70), umfassend:a) einen Trägerkörper (80), welcher wenigstens einen Saugkanal (60) umfasst;b) einen mit dem Trägerkörper (80) gleitend gekoppelten Zwischenkörper (100, 102), welcher mit einem Zwischenkanal (104) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Saugkanal in Verbindung steht; undc) einen Saugeingang (30), welcher mit dem Zwischenkörper (100, 102) gekoppelt und mit einem Saugbereich mit wenigstens einer Saugöffnung (36), die in Fluidverbindung mit dem Zwischenkanal (104) steht, bereitgestellt ist, und welcher zwischen dem Eingabekontaktbereich und dem Ausgabekontaktbereich angeordnet und der Außenfläche des Hauptzylinders (4a) zugewandt ist, um das Gewebe durch Luftansaugung zu verdichten. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Saugeingang (30) gleitend koppelbar mit dem Zwischenkörper (100, 102) ist.
- Verdichtungsvorrichtung (2) einer Spinnmaschine zum Verdichten von Fasergewebe, umfassend:- einen Hauptzylinder (4a), einen Druckzylinder (4b), welcher in einem Eingabekontaktbereich in Druckkontakt mit dem Hauptzylinder steht, und einen stromabwärts von dem Druckzylinder gelegenen Ausgangszylinder (4c), welcher in einem Ausgabekontaktbereich in Druckkontakt mit dem Hauptzylinder steht, so dass sich das Gewebe zwischen den Kontaktbereichen über einen Kontaktabschnitt an der Außenfläche des Hauptzylinders bewegt;
gekennzeichnet durch eine Saugeinheit (70), umfassend:a) einen Trägerkörper (80), welcher wenigstens einen Saugkanal (60) umfasst;b) einen mit dem Trägerkörper (80) gekoppelten Zwischenkörper (100, 102), welcher mit einem Zwischenkanal (104) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Saugkanal in Verbindung steht; undc) einen Saugeingang (30), welcher mit dem Zwischenkörper (100, 102) gleitend gekoppelt und mit einem Saugbereich mit wenigstens einer Saugöffnung (36), die in Fluidverbindung mit dem Zwischenkanal (104) steht, bereitgestellt ist, und welcher zwischen dem Eingabekontaktbereich und dem Ausgabekontaktbereich angeordnet und der Außenfläche des Hauptzylinders (4a) zugewandt ist, um das Gewebe durch Luftansaugung zu verdichten. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Trägerkörper (80) mit wenigstens einem Kopplungsarm (82) vorgesehen ist, um mit einer Druckachse (84) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Druckzylindern (4b) in Eingriff zu kommen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Trägerkörper (80) mit wenigstens einem Gehäusesitz (86) vorgesehen ist, um den Trägerkörper (80) gegen eine Druckachse (88) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Ausgabezylindern (4c) aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Saugeinheit (70) Befestigungsmittel umfasst, um die Zwischenkörper (100, 102) dauerhaft an dem Trägerkörper (80) zu befestigen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Befestigungsmittel wenigstens einen biegsamen Stift (112), welcher von dem Zwischenkörper (100, 102) hervorsteht, und eine Platte (114), welche mit entsprechenden Löchern (116) zum einrastenden Einführen der Stifte (112) vorgesehen ist, umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Platte (114) an dem Trägerkörper (80) mittels wenigstens einer Schraube (118) befestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Befestigungsmittel eine Blattfeder (120) umfassen, welche zwischen der Platte (114) und dem Trägerkörper (80) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Saugeinheit (70) ein Einrastsystem zum Anordnen des Eingangs aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei beim Übergang zwischen dem Zwischenkanal (104) und dem Seitenzweig (89) innerhalb des Trägerkörpers (80) eine Weitung des Durchgangsabschnitts der Luft in der Luftansaugrichtung stattfindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei beim Übergang zwischen der Innenkammer (121) des Eingangs (30) und dem Zwischenkanal (104) eine Weitung des Durchgangsabschnitts der Luft in der Luftansaugrichtung stattfindet.
