Claims (19)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient pour un récipient (10), en particulier pour une canette de boissons (10), comprenant :
    un couvercle (30) avec une face supérieure (31), une face inférieure (32) et une ouverture (33) ;
    une fermeture (50) avec une partie de fermeture (31) pour ouvrir et refermer l'ouverture (33), et un dispositif de manipulation (40) pour actionner la partie de fermeture (51) ;
    dans lequel la partie de fermeture (51) est agencée sur la face inférieure (32) en pivotement autour d'un premier axe (A) qui s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à la face inférieure (32) ;
    dans lequel le dispositif de manipulation (40) est agencé en rotation autour d'un second axe (B) sur la partie de fermeture (51), et est capable de rotation depuis une première position (S1) jusque dans une seconde position (S2) ;
    dans lequel l'ouverture (33) peut être ouverte par rotation du dispositif de manipulation (40) jusque dans la seconde position (S2) au moyen de la partie de fermeture (51) et peut être refermée par rotation du dispositif de manipulation (40) jusque dans la première position (S1) au moyen de la partie de fermeture (51).
  2. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second axe (B) s'étend sensiblement à angle droit par rapport au premier axe (A) et/ou par rapport à la partie de fermeture (51).
  3. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fermeture (51) comporte une rainure (52) et l'ouverture (33) est délimitée par un rabattement périphérique (34) qui s'engage dans la rainure (52) dans la situation fermée de la fermeture (50).
  4. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une d'revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un joint (35), et le joint (35) est de préférence fixé sur la partie de fermeture (51) ou sur le couvercle (30).
  5. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le joint (35) comporte une lèvre d'étanchéité qui s'applique contre la face inférieure (32) dans la situation fermée de la fermeture (50).
  6. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manipulation (40) comporte une première extrémité (41) qui, lors d'une rotation du dispositif de manipulation (40) de la première position (S1) jusque dans la seconde position (S2), est agencée au-dessus de la face supérieure (31), dans lequel l'ouverture (33) présente de préférence une bordure (36) et, lors d'une rotation du dispositif de manipulation (40) de la première position (S1) jusque dans la seconde position (S2), la première extrémité (41) est agencée à l'extérieur de la bordure (36).
  7. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manipulation (40) est appliqué sur la face supérieure (31).
  8. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manipulation (40) est tourné d'un angle (α) pour parvenir de la première position (S1) jusque dans la seconde position (S2), l'angle (α) ayant une valeur angulaire d'environ 90° à environ 180°, de préférence environ 180°.
  9. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par une soupape (60) qui peut être ouverte afin de d'égaliser une pression d'un fluide contenu dans le récipient (10) à une pression environnante.
  10. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (60) est ouverte en soulevant le dispositif de manipulation (40), ou en ce que la soupape (60) est ouverte en enfonçant un bouton de soupape (61), ou bien en ce que la soupape (60) est ouverte par rotation du dispositif de manipulation (40).
  11. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (60) est ouverte par rotation du dispositif de manipulation (40), de sorte que la soupape (60) est ouverte quand le dispositif de manipulation (40) est tourné jusque dans une troisième position (S3), dans lequel la troisième position (S3) est agencée de préférence entre la première position (S1) et la seconde position (S2).
  12. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (60) est agencée sur la partie de fermeture (51).
  13. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fermeture (51) comporte au moins une ouverture de soupape (53).
  14. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de manipulation (40) recouvre l'ouverture de soupape (53) dans la troisième position (S3) pour la protection d'un utilisateur vis-à-vis de projections d'un fluide contenu dans le récipient (10).
  15. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon les revendications 9 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (60) comprend un élément de soupape (62) qui est agencé en rotation sur la partie de fermeture (51), l'élément de soupape (62) comporte au moins une traversée (63) et est fermement relié au dispositif de manipulation (40).
  16. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la fermeture (50) inclut une partie de fixation (54) au moyen de laquelle la partie de fermeture (51) est agencée avec possibilité de pivotement sur la face inférieure (32), dans lequel la partie de fixation (54) forme ou comprend de préférence une articulation (55), en particulier une charnière, et l'articulation (55) représente le premier axe (A).
  17. Dispositif de fermeture de récipient selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fixation (54) est reliée en coopération de formes avec le couvercle (30) ou avec la partie de fermeture (51).
