Definitions

  • the invention relates to a beverage can with a Eindschreibdeckelverschluß.
  • Soft drinks are today distributed in glass bottles, plastic bottles and cans.
  • Cans are usually made of tinplate or aluminum and have predominantly a Eind Wegdeckelverschluß, which releases a drinking opening after opening.
  • corresponding beverage cans must be emptied relatively quickly, otherwise too much carbon dioxide escapes through the usually not closable drinking opening.
  • a beverage can with a lid with zipper in which on the underside of the lid an opening area covering the closure is provided, which is permeable to liquids, but impermeable to larger solids.
  • opening the lid closure of the drinking opening releasing lid portion pushes the arranged below the lid sieve, which has a hinged joint, so far down until the lid portion has released the sieve, so that it is folded by the restoring forces of the joint back up and the Covering the drinking opening from below. It turns out that in this type of cover of a drinking opening is required to push the cover closure in any case so far that the arranged below the lid screen is released, otherwise the function of the screen is not achieved.
  • a can in particular a beverage can, with a lid with Eisnd Wegdeckelverschluß describe in which the opening by opening the can drinking opening is covered with a removable cover sieve-like.
  • a grip tab of the lid closure which is fastened via a rivet on the lid surface, the cover opening releasing the drinking opening is pressed into the interior of the can.
  • the grip tab is raised so far that it is at right angles to the lid surface.
  • the cover is provided next to the sieve-like recess with a slot with a semicircular recess and is guided after opening the box with the slot on the perpendicular to the lid surface gripping bottle and depressed, the semicircular recess is aligned around the rivet, with the Cover closure is attached to the lid surface, and the sieve-like recess over the drinking opening comes to rest. Aligning the rivet fixes the cover in position.
  • the cover In this training, the cover must be supplied as a single part, whereby a separate packaging is required.
  • the placement of the cover on the beverage can must be very precise and designed to be relatively cumbersome, as there are hygienic concerns in a reuse of the cover, if a previous cleaning does not take place because dirt and bacteria or other parasites deposit on the cover and the Drinking can be absorbed into the body of the drinker.
  • a beverage can which comprises a zip fastener with a closure tab, which by means of a pull tab for pressing or tearing open the closure flap can be opened.
  • a further closure element is provided with a grid section in addition to the closure flap and the pull tab.
  • the closure member is pivotally mounted with a rivet on the lid of the beverage can and can be brought after opening the beverage can by rotating the closure member over the tear-open, so that the tear-open can be safely closed for insects or other small items.
  • the closure element may be mounted on the top of the lid or, alternatively, on the underside of the lid, in the latter case a square rivet is used, so that the closure element can be pivoted by rotating the rivet, wherein the tear tab is also attached to the rivet so that turning the rivet is simplified.
  • the tear tab on a grid portion which can be used to cover the tear-open, so that an additional closure element can be omitted, the tear tab can be rotated with the grid portion after opening the beverage can on the tear-open.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a beverage can with a Eindrückdeckelverschluß, which consists of one piece and ensures simple and cost-effective production high reliability, ease of use and hygiene and no additional costs for packaging and packaging material requires.
  • the invention relates to a beverage can with a Eind Wegdeckeiberschluß in which a surrounding of a parting line lid region is pressed into at least a portion by the operating lug of a fastened to the lid by a rivet grip tab to form a drinking opening of the can in the can interior, the drinking opening by means of a outer sieve-like cover is covered and the operating lug of the handle tab is guided in its actuation by a recess of the cover.
  • the cover which is substantially equal in size to the partial area of the lid, has an edge flanging, which bears against the can in the unopened state of the can in the region of the dividing line, and in that the cover is fastened to the lid by the riveted connection.
  • a cover of the drinking opening of a beverage can no movement of the cover, so that it remains stationary and remains functional regardless of the operation of the lid flap.
  • this has a marginal flanging, which rests in the unopened state of the can in the region of the dividing line on the can, so that; In particular, when the dividing line is in the region of a depression of the lid, no additional protruding parts are present in the lid region of the can.
  • the cover is made of the same material as the can or the lid flap. However, if it is formed as a separate part, it can also be made of plastic.
  • the cover may in particular also be designed as a part of the grip tab, so that it can be produced in one operation with the grip tab and fastened to the can lid.
  • the grip tab is fastened to the can via a fastening lug, which is riveted to the can, it can preferably be provided to form the cover by an extension of the attachment lug. This can be done, for example, that after the punching of a suitably shaped cover flap such a bend in the region of the attachment approach that starting from the rivet, the fastening tab is directed to one side, while the cover is directed against the rivet connection to the opposite opening side.
  • the cover via lateral bending joints in one piece with the grip tab in the region of its riveted connection to the can and fasten it.
  • the invention effectively prevents the entry of insects into the opened can, without the production would be particularly expensive or expensive.
  • FIG. 1 shows the top of a beverage can 1 according to the prior art.
  • the box 1 includes a top cover 5, which is peripherally connected to the remaining part of the box.
  • On the lid 5 is a Eind Wegdeckelverschluß with a gripping tab 7, which is attached via a rivet 6 in the center of the box.
  • an actuating lug 4 on a portion of the lid, which is delimited by a dividing line 3 from the rest of the lid area.
  • the portion is separated at the parting line 3 from the rest of the lid area and pressed inwards into the beverage can. This forms a drinking opening 8, which can not be closed again without further action.
  • Fig. 2 shows an inventive design of a beverage can, which also has a lid 5, which in turn contains a Eind Wegdeckelverschluß 2. This is also attached as in the article of FIG. 1 via a rivet connection 6 on the lid. Likewise, an actuating lug 4 is provided, which pushes a portion of the lid when lifting the grip tab 7 into the can.
  • the beverage can according to the invention according to FIG. 2 additionally has a cover 9 which permanently covers the drinking opening formed by the depression of the actuating nose 4, wherein the permeability of the cover 9 continues to ensure the removal of the liquid from the can.
  • the cover 9 prevents insects, especially wasps and the like, from infiltrating into the interior of the can.
  • the cover 9 is fastened together with the grip tab 7 on the rivet connection 6 and has a recess 10 through which the operating lug 4 of the grip tab 7 can be pushed.
  • FIG. 3 shows an exploded view of the article of FIG. 2. It can be seen that, compared to a prior art can, the can of the invention between the lid 5 and the grip tab 7 includes a cover 9 passing through the rivet connection 6 to the can is connected.
  • FIG. 4 An insulated view of a cover 9, Fig. 4, which makes it clear that the cover of a one-piece piece of material, for example metal or plastic, which contains openings 12 for the passage of the liquid.
  • the recess 10 serves for the passage of the operating lug 4 of the grip tab.
  • Figures 5 and 6 show the opening of a beverage can according to the prior art.
  • the pull tab 7 is attached via a mounting lug 11 of the handle tab 7 by the rivet 6 to the lid 5 of the beverage can.
  • the operating lug of the grip tab 7 is pressed onto a portion 14 of the lid 5, so that this portion, which is easily separable from the rest of the can by a dividing line, is pressed into the can. This results in the drinking opening 8.
  • Fig. 6 shows the corresponding state of an opened beverage can according to the prior art with raised handle 7.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 show a beverage can according to the invention, FIG. 7 showing the closed state of the can, and FIG. 8 the opened state of the can.
  • the cover 9 is located between the grip tab 7 and the cover 5 and is fastened via the rivet connection 6 together with the grip tab 7 on the can.
  • a flanging 13 is provided which rests against the can approximately in the region of the dividing line 3, preferably outside the dividing line 3.
  • the operating lug 4 When lifting the grip tab 7, the operating lug 4 is pressed onto the portion 14 of the lid 5 to be separated, so that the portion 14 is pressed into the interior of the can. As a result of the recess 10 (see FIG. 4), the actuating nose 4 passes through the cover 9 without moving or depressing it. The cover 9 therefore remains in place and covers the drinking opening 8.
  • the beverage from the can is not hindered by the cover 9, since there are sufficiently large openings 12, the liquid pass, but retain insects and the like before entering the beverage can.
