Claims (15)

  1. Mehrschichtige Struktur, umfassend: eine Schicht einer Harzzusammensetzung (A); eine Schicht eines verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (B) mit einem Ethengehalt von 20 bis 65 mol% und mit einem Verseifungsgrad von Vinylacetateinheiten von 96 % oder mehr; und eine auf einer Seite oder beiden Seiten jener Schichten angeordnete Schicht Polyolefin (C), wobei die Harzzusammensetzung (A) Polyolefin (D), ein verseiftes Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymer (E) mit einem Ethengehalt von 20 bis 65 mol% und mit einem Verseifungsgrad von Vinylacetateinheiten von 96 % oder mehr, und ein verseiftes Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymer (F1) mit einem Ethengehalt von 68 bis 98 mol% und mit einem Verseifungsgrad von Vinylacetateinheiten von 20 % oder mehr und/oder ein säuremodifiziertes Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymer (F2) mit einem Ethengehalt von 68 bis 98 mol% enthält,
    die Harzzusammensetzung (A) 0,3 bis 2,0 Massen% des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F1) und/oder des säuremodifizierten Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F2) enthält,
    das verseifte Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymer (E) ein Massenverhältnis [E/(F1 + F2)] von 0,05 bis 30 bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F1) und des säuremodifizierten Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F2) aufweist,
    das verseifte Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymer (E) einen gemittelten Teilchendurchmesser von 0,1 bis 1,8 µm aufweist und in einer Matrix des Polyolefins (D) in der Schicht der Harzzusammensetzung (A) dispergiert ist,
    die Schicht der Harzzusammensetzung (A) eine Dicke von 50 bis 1000 µm aufweist, und
    die Schicht des Polyolefins (C) eine Dicke von 25 bis 1000 µm aufweist.
  2. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach Anspruch 1, umfassend: die Schicht der Harzzusammensetzung (A); die Schicht des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (B); und auf beiden Seiten angeordnete, jene Schichten umgebende Schichten des Polyolefins (C), wobei
    beide Schichten des Polyolefins (C) auf beiden Seiten eine Dicke von 25 bis 1000 µm aufweisen.
  3. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Harzzusammensetzung (A) weiter ein unmodifiziertes Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymer (G) enthält, und das ünmodifizierte Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymer (G) ein Massenverhältnis [G/(F1 + F2)] bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F1) und des säuremodifizierten Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F2) von 0,1 bis 15 aufweist.
  4. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Harzzusammensetzung (A) 2 bis 20 Massen% des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (E) enthält.
  5. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei Schichten der Harzzusammensetzung (A) auf beiden Seiten angeordnet sind, die Schicht des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (B) umgebend, und die Schicht des Polyolefins (C) weiter auf einer Seite oder beiden Seiten all jener Schichten angeordnet ist.
  6. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach Anspruch 5, wobei Schichten der Harzzusammensetzung (A) auf beiden Seiten angeordnet sind, die Schicht des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (B) umgebend, und Schichten des Polyolefins (C) weiter auf beiden Seiten angeordnet sind, all jene Schichten umgebend.
  7. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Schicht des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (B) eine Dicke von 6 bis 12 % einer Dicke der gesamten mehrschichtigen Struktur aufweist.
  8. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die gesamte mehrschichtige Struktur eine Dicke von 200 bis 10000 µm aufweist.
  9. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Polyolefin (C) einen Schmelzpunkt von 120 bis 220 °C aufweist.
  10. Mehrschichtige Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Struktur 24 Stunden nach einer 30-minütigen Retortenbehandlung bei 120 °C und 0,15 MPa eine Sauerstofftransmissionsrate von 0,1 bis 6 cm3/m2 · Tag · atm aufweist.
  11. Verfahren des Herstellens der mehrschichtigen Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, das Schmelzformen der Struktur umfassend unter Verwendung
    der durch Schmelzkneten eines Stückes einer mehrschichtigen Struktur, welche eine Schicht des Polyolefins (D) und eine Schicht des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (E) aufweist, und des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F1) und/oder des säuremodifizierten Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (F2) erhaltenen Harzzusammensetzung (A),
    des verseiften Ethylenvinylacetatcopolymers (B), und
    des Polyolefins (C).
  12. Mehrschichtiger Behälter, die mehrschichtige Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfassend.
  13. Mehrschichtiger Behälter nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Behälter für Retortenbehandlung gedacht ist.
  14. Verpackung, umfassend: den mehrschichtigen Behälter nach Anspruch 12; und einen in den Behälter gefüllten Inhalt.
  15. Verpackung nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Verpackung eine retortenbehandelte Verpackung ist.
