Claims (13)
- Connecteur (1, 51) pour l'assemblage de profilés creux, en particulier de profilés creux d'écartement pour vitrages isolants, comportant des lamelles (6, 56) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, inclinées à l'encontre de la direction d'insertion, et une partie fond (2), lequel connecteur (1, 51) est réalisé sous la forme d'un connecteur droit, d'un connecteur coudé, d'un connecteur d'angle ou d'un connecteur de croisement, caractérisé en ce que, en section transversale du connecteur (1, 51), les extrémités tournées vers le centre du connecteur de chaque fois deux lamelles (6, 56) opposées décrivent avec la surface intérieure de la partie fond (2) une enveloppe intérieure et les bords extérieurs des mêmes lamelles (6, 56) opposées décrivent avec la surface extérieure de la partie fond (2) une enveloppe extérieure, l'enveloppe intérieure étant conçue de manière à s'élargir de façon rectiligne à partir de la partie fond (2) sur toute la hauteur des lamelles (6, 56) et plusieurs de ces lamelles (6, 56) opposées étant disposées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction longitudinale du connecteur, et qu'au moins une butée (7) est prévue, qui est apte à limiter la longueur d'insertion du connecteur dans un profilé creux, ladite au moins une butée (7) étant disposée entre les lamelles (6, 56) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur et pouvant être conçue élastique.
- Connecteur (1, 51) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs branches longitudinales (3,4) sont prévues, qui s'élèvent de la partie fond (2) avec les lamelles (6, 56), ces branches longitudinales (3, 4) pouvant être conçues comme des branches latérales auxquelles les lamelles (6, 56) se raccordent directement.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure a un tracé orienté sensiblement perpendiculairement à la partie fond (2).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure présente un tracé correspondant sensiblement à celui de l'enveloppe intérieure.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de compensation (8) est prévu dans la zone des butées (7), lequel peut être conçu élastique.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des chanfreins d'insertion (10) sont prévus aux extrémités longitudinales du connecteur, lesquels sont disposés de manière à s'élever de la partie fond (2) avant les lamelles (6, 56).
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les branches longitudinales (3, 4) et/ou la partie fond (2) sont réalisées effilées vers les extrémités longitudinales.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des lamelles de blocage sont prévues, lesquelles empêchent un écoulement d'agent de séchage entre le connecteur (1, 51) et le profilé creux et/ou à travers le connecteur (1,51).
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un percement (5) est prévu dans la partie fond (2).
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (6, 56) en saillie latérale vers l'extérieur prennent une partie ou l'ensemble de la hauteur du connecteur (1, 51).
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord extérieur des lamelles (6, 56) s'élargit vers l'extérieur à partir de l'extrémité tournée vers le fond de connecteur (2).
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (6, 56) présentent au moins sur leur bord extérieur un tracé s'écartant de l'axe vertical du connecteur au moins dans la direction longitudinale du connecteur.
- Combinaison d'un connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes et d'un profilé creux, en particulier d'un profilé creux d'écartement, caractérisée en ce que le contour des lamelles (6, 56) en saillie vers l'extérieur est adapté au contour intérieur du profilé creux et que les lamelles (6, 56) sont aptes à s'appuyer sur celui-ci.
