Claims (14)

  1. Connecteur enfichable (1) ayant une coupe transversale en U ou en forme de caisson, qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un connecteur droit, d'un connecteur coudé, d'un connecteur d'angle ou d'un connecteur de croisement, pour des profilés creux d'écartement pour vitrages isolants, comportant une partie fond (2) et deux bords longitudinaux (3, 4) qui peuvent être réalisés sous la forme de branches (5, 6) faisant saillie du fond (2), la partie fond (2) et les bords longitudinaux (3, 4) formant ensemble le corps du connecteur (1), des lamelles (7) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, déformables élastiquement, étant disposées sur les bords longitudinaux (3, 4) pour chaque section d'enfichage, lesquelles sont en particulier réalisées inclinées ou incurvées, l'inclinaison ou l'incurvation étant réalisée vers l'arrière dans le sens d'enfichage, caractérisé en ce que les branches (5, 6) portent sur leur côté éloigné de la partie fond (2) des éléments de maintien (12) qui sont orientés au moins approximativement perpendiculairement par rapport au fond (2), lesquels éléments de maintien (12) présentent une section ronde, ovale ou polygonale et sont formés chaque fois comme des élévations discrètes, les éléments de maintien (12) étant réalisés sélectivement élastiques.
  2. Connecteur enfichable (1) ayant une coupe transversale en U ou en forme de caisson, qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un connecteur droit, d'un connecteur coudé, d'un connecteur d'angle ou d'un connecteur de croisement, pour des profilés creux d'écartement pour vitrages isolants, comportant une partie fond (2) et deux bords longitudinaux (3, 4), la partie fond (2) et les bords longitudinaux (3, 4) formant ensemble le corps du connecteur (1), des lamelles (7) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, déformables élastiquement, étant disposées sur les bords longitudinaux (3, 4) pour chaque section d'enfichage, lesquelles sont en particulier réalisées inclinées ou incurvées, l'inclinaison ou l'incurvation étant réalisée vers l'arrière dans le sens d'enfichage, des éléments de maintien (12) faisant saillie de la partie fond (2) étant disposés, qui sont en particulier disposés au moins approximativement perpendiculairement sur le fond (2), caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (12) présentent une section ronde ou ovale et sont formés chaque fois comme des élévations discrètes, les éléments de maintien (12) étant réalisés sélectivement élastiques et pouvant s'adapter de ce fait à différentes dimensions de profilés creux et formes de profilés creux.
  3. Connecteur enfichable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (7) sont conçues de manière à s'amincir en s'éloignant du bord latéral (3, 4).
  4. Connecteur enfichable selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines lamelles (7) peuvent être conçues de manière à se toucher mutuellement au moins partiellement ou à être reliées entre elles au moins partiellement.
  5. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une butée (8) est prévue, qui permet de limiter la longueur d'enfichage du connecteur enfichable (1) dans un profilé creux, les butées pouvant être disposées sur les bords longitudinaux (3, 4) du connecteur enfichable (1) et être conçues élastiques.
  6. Connecteur enfichable selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de compensation (9) élastique est prévu dans la zone des butées (8).
  7. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'avec les lamelles (7) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur au moins une lamelle de blocage (7a) est prévue, qui est capable de s'appliquer par complémentarité de forme sur les côtés intérieurs des profilés creux à relier.
  8. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une lamelle de blocage (11) est prévue sur la partie fond (2), de préférence entre les deux branches (5, 6), pour chaque sens d'enfichage.
  9. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles (7) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur sont fortement inclinées à l'encontre du sens d'enfichage, l'angle d'inclinaison entre axe de connecteur et lamelle (7) étant supérieur à 45°, de préférence supérieur à 60°.
  10. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les lamelles (7) est égale ou inférieure à l'épaisseur des lamelles (7).
  11. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (12) sont inclinés à l'encontre du sens d'enfichage, l'angle d'inclinaison pouvant être compris entre 5 et 20°, de préférence entre 5 et 10°.
  12. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des éléments de maintien (12) est conçue chanfreinée dans le sens d'enfichage.
  13. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (12) sont conçus de manière à s'amincir à partir du fond (2).
  14. Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur enfichable (1) est conçu chanfreiné à ses extrémités.
