Claims (16)
- Rivet aveugle, ayant un corps de rivet creux réalisé avec du plastique, qui a une tige allongée qui s'étend de manière coaxiale vers un axe central longitudinal du rivet aveugle et a un alésage, ayant une tête s'étendant de manière radiale au niveau d'une extrémité de la tige pour être en contact avec un côté accessible d'une pièce à usiner, et ayant, au niveau de l'extrémité opposée de la tige, une extrémité de pied qui traverse une ouverture dans la pièce à usiner, et ayant, positionné dans l'alésage du corps de rivet, un mandrin qui a une tige de mandrin avec une extrémité de traction faisant saillie de la tête du corps de rivet et a une tête de mandrin qui est en raccordement opérationnel avec l'extrémité de pied du corps de rivet afin de transmettre une force au corps de rivet pendant l'installation du rivet aveugle, caractérisé en ce que la tige (13) du corps de rivet (11) a, positionnée entre la tête (15) et l'extrémité de pied (19), une première région (21) avec une section transversale réduite et une épaisseur de paroi réduite par rapport aux régions attenantes à la tête (15) et à l'extrémité de pied (19), et en ce que la tige (13) du corps de rivet (11) a une seconde région (22) avec une section transversale réduite et une épaisseur de paroi réduite par rapport à la première région (21), laquelle seconde région (22) est positionnée à l'intérieur de la première région (21) de sorte que, à cause d'un traitement dans lequel la tête (15) est comprimée contre un côté d'une pièce à usiner et l'extrémité de pied (19) est simultanément tirée vers l'autre côté de la pièce à usiner à l'aide du mandrin (12), la paroi de la section (24) de la première région (21) positionnée entre l'extrémité de pied (19) et la seconde région (22) forme un pli roulé (46) qui, à l'extérieur, s'appuie contre la partie de la tige (13) positionnée entre la tête (15) et la seconde région (22) et forme un bourrelet annulaire (47) comprimé contre la pièce à usiner.
- Rivet aveugle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi de la première région (21) diminue à partir des extrémités des régions vers le centre de la région.
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi de la seconde région (22) représente approximativement 50 % de l'épaisseur de paroi de la première région (21).
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur axiale de la seconde région (22) correspond essentiellement à deux fois son épaisseur de paroi.
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la seconde région (22) partage la première région (21) en deux sections (23, 24), dans lequel l'épaisseur de paroi de la première section (23) de la première région (21) adjacente à la tête est supérieure à l'épaisseur de paroi de la seconde section (24) de la première région (21) adjacente â l'extrémité de pied.
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de l'alésage (14) du corps de rivet (11) entourée par la première région (21) et l'extrémité de pied (19) a une séparation radiale de la tige de mandrin (34) positionnée de manière concentrique dans l'alésage (14).
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'alésage (14) du corps de rivet (11) a une première section d'alésage conique (29) dont le diamètre augmente vers l'extrémité de pied (19) et une seconde section d'alésage conique (31) dont le diamètre diminue vers l'extrémité de pied (19), dans lequel les extrémités des première (29) et seconde (31) sections d'alésage conique avec le plus grand diamètre se terminent au niveau d'un point dans la tige (13) qui est situé sur le côté faisant face à l'extrémité de pied (19) à une distance de la seconde région (22) avec la section transversale réduite et l'épaisseur de paroi réduite à l'intérieur de la première région (21) avec la section transversale réduite et l'épaisseur de paroi réduite,
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tige de mandrin (34) a des moyens de verrouillage (40), en particulier un filetage grossier ou dents de scie, grâce auxquels au moins une section de la tige de mandrin (34) peut être maintenue dans le corps de rivet (11).
- Rivet aveugle selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'alésage (14) du corps de rivet (11) adjacent à la tête (15) a une section d'alésage cylindrique (27) dont le diamètre est plus petit que le diamètre des moyens de verrouillage (40) formés sur la tige de mandrin.
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage tels que des rainures, des canaux, des échelons, des nervures ou des dents, qui fonctionnent conjointement avec les moyens de verrouillage (40) de la tige de mandrin (34), sont formés dans l'alésage (14) du corps de rivet (11).
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée (28) qui fait saillie radialement vers l'intérieur est formée dans l'alésage (14) du corps de rivet (11) dans la région de la tête (15), et en ce que la tige de mandrin (34) a un échelon qui fonctionne conjointement avec la butée (28) pour limiter le déplacement de traction de la tige de mandrin (34).
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête de mandrin (35) a une surface de contact (36) contre laquelle repose une face d'extrémité de l'extrémité de pied (19) du corps de rivet (11), dans lequel la surface de contact (36) fait partie d'une surface conique concave dont la ligne de génération forme, avec l'axe central longitudinal, un angle inférieur à 90°, en particulier essentiellement de 80°.
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête (15) du corps de rivet (11) a un rebord (16) conçu comme une rondelle élastique qui a une surface de contact concave (18) sur le côté faisant face à la tige (13).
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête (15) du corps de rivet (11) a des régions de mise en prise pour mettre en prise un outil de retrait.
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête (15) du corps de rivet est fixée à, ou bien formée sur une ou plusieurs courroies, bandes ou fils qui maintiennent une pluralité de rivets aveugles sur une rangée.
- Rivet aveugle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de rivet est intégré dans une partie de montage réalisée à partir de plastique.
