Claims (11)

  1. Anschlussvorrichtung für den Betrieb einer elektrischen Vorrichtung, wobei die Anschlussvorrichtung Folgendes aufweist:
    - einen ersten elektrischen Leiter (3), der konfiguriert ist, um mit einer elektrischen Stromquelle elektrisch verbunden zu werden, und
    - einen zweiten elektrischen Leiter (5), der mechanisch und elektrisch mit dem ersten elektrischen Leiter (3) verbunden ist und konfiguriert ist, um mit der zu betreibenden elektrischen Vorrichtung elektrisch verbunden zu werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussvorrichtung eine elektrisch isolierende Überformung (7) für den mechanischen Halt aufweist, die den ersten (3) und den zweiten (5) elektrischen Leiter an ihrer Verbindung umhüllt.
  2. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überformung (7) aus steifem Kunststoffmaterial erstellt ist.
  3. Anschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Leiter (3, 5) mindestens einen Hohlraum zum Blockieren gegen Translation aufweist, der durch die Überformung (7) gefüllt ist.
  4. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Hohlraum eine Umfangsnut (15) ist.
  5. Anschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite elektrische Leiter (5) in Form von einer Metallplatte (5) gebildet ist, die eine Öffnung (17) aufweist, in der ein komplementäres Ende (9) des ersten elektrischen Leiters (3) aufgenommen ist.
  6. Anschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste elektrische Leiter (3) eine allgemeine Form aufweist, die im Wesentlichen zylindrisch ist.
  7. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 in Kombination mit Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste elektrische Leiter (3) einen Verbindungsflansch (13) aufweist, der eine Verbindungsfläche (19) aufweist, die mit einer entsprechenden Verbindungsfläche (19') zusammenwirkt, die auf dem zweiten Leiter (5) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite elektrische Leiter (5) eine vorbestimmte Anzahl von Öffnungen (21) zum Blockieren gegen Rotation aufweist, die durch die Überformung (17) gefüllt sind.
  9. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (21) zum Blockieren gegen Rotation eine allgemeine Form aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen länglich ist.
  10. Anschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu betreibende elektrische Vorrichtung eine elektrische Heizvorrichtung für ein Kraftfahrzeug ist.
  11. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überformung (7) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial erstellt ist, das konfiguriert ist, um den hohen Temperaturen des Betriebs der Heizvorrichtung zu widerstehen.
