Claims (7)

  1. Anschlusssystem mit einer Anschlussbuchse (20), die durch eine Trennwand (11) eines elektronischen Gehäuses (10) durchführend montiert werden kann, wobei die Anschlussbuchse (20) elektrische Nadelkontakte (24) hat, die in das elektronische Gehäuse münden und deren Enden mit einer Leiterplatte (50) des elektronischen Gehäuses elektrisch verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussbuchse (20) zum einen mit einer Stützscheibe (40) ausgestattet ist, die um die elektrischen Nadelkontakte (24) und um einen hinteren Abschnitt (21) der Anschlussbuchse herum montiert ist und die zum anderen mit Einhängemitteln (42) ausgestattet ist, die derart in die Leiterplatte eingesteckt werden können, dass die Anschlussbuchse fest mit der Leiterplatte verbunden ist.
  2. Anschlusssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützscheibe (40) zylinderförmig ist und Abmessungen aufweist, die der Kontur des hinteren Abschnitts (21) der Anschlussbuchse angepasst sind.
  3. Anschlusssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützscheibe (40) an einer zylinderförmigen Innenwand (41b) Zacken zur Ausrichtung (44) aufweist, die jede relative Drehbewegung zwischen der Stützscheibe und der Anschlussbuchse verhindern.
  4. Anschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einhängemittel mindestens zwei Kontakte (42) umfassen, die auf einer Kreisfläche (45) der Stützscheibe (40) verteilt sind und in der Leiterplatte aufgenommen werden können.
  5. Anschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützscheibe (40) ein Gussteil aus einem Thermoplastwerkstoff ist.
  6. Anschlusssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Mutter (30) umfasst, die um einen vorderen Abschnitt (22) der Anschlussbuchse herum geschraubt und gegen die Wand (11) des elektronischen Gehäuses gespannt werden kann.
  7. Montageverfahren für eine Anschlussbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Arbeitsschritte umfasst:
    - Montieren der Stützscheibe (40) um den hinteren Abschnitt (21) der Anschlussbuchse (20),
    - Montieren der elektrischen Nadelkontakte (24) der Anschlussbuchse und der Einhängemittel (42) der Stützscheibe in die Leiterplatte,
    - Anschluss der elektrischen Nadelkontakte (24) an der Leiterplatte (50)
    - Montieren des vorderen Abschnitts (22) der Anschlussbuchse in eine Öffnung (12) der Wand (11) des elektronischen Gehäuses,
    - Schrauben einer Mutter (30) um den vorderen Abschnitt (22) der Anschlussbuchse bis zum Spannen der Wand.
