Claims (2)
- 複数のコンタクトと、複数のコンタクトを保持する絶縁性のハウジングと、相手コネクタの相手嵌合部と嵌合する嵌合部とを備え、
前記コンタクトは、+信号コンタクトと、−信号コンタクトと、グランドコンタクトとからなり、
前記+信号コンタクト、前記−信号コンタクト及び前記グランドコンタクトのそれぞれは、保持部と、該保持部の一側から延びている接触部と、前記保持部の他側から延びている端子部とを有し、
前記+信号コンタクトと前記−信号コンタクトとをペアの信号コンタクトとし、ペアの前記信号コンタクトの前記接触部と1本の前記グランドコンタクトの前記接触部とが前記嵌合部側から見た状態で二等辺三角形を構成しており、
前記接触部側では、2列の千鳥配列、前記端子部側では3列の配列でかつ3列の中間の列に前記グランドコンタクトが配列されるようにしたコネクタにおいて、
前記接触部側では、ペアの前記信号コンタクト間のピッチ方向におけるピッチが同一のピッチに配列されておりかつ前記+信号コンタクト又は前記−信号コンタクトのいずれかと前記グランドコンタクトとの間のピッチ方向におけるピッチが同一のピッチに配列されており、
前記端子部側では、前記接触部に対し前記端子部の位置をずらすことにより、前記コンタクトの前記ピッチ方向において、前記接触部側の前記+信号コンタクト及び前記−信号コンタクト間のピッチに対して前記端子部側の前記+信号コンタクト及び前記−信号コンタクト間のピッチが広くなるように構成されており、
前記接触部側の前記+信号コンタクト及び前記−信号コンタクト間のピッチをXとし、前記端子部側のペア内の前記信号コンタクト間のピッチをA、隣接するペアの前記信号コンタクトとの間のピッチをBとしたとき、A+B=3X(ただし、A<B)の式が成り立つことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタを搭載し前記端子部と接続する基板において、一方の列の隣接するペアの前記信号コンタクト間の配線パターン内に、他方の列のペアの前記信号コンタクトの配線パターンを配設したことを特徴とする基板。
