Claims (10)

  1. Steuermodul (16) eines elektrischen Geräts (10), das ein Verbindungsbauteil (46) aus elektrisch leitendem Material, eine Stange (59) zur Stromversorgung des Bauteils, wobei ein Ende der Stange (59) in eine Öffnung (58) des Bauteils (46) eingeführt ist, und eine elektrisch isolierende Auskleidung (68) enthält, die die Stange und das Bauteil (46) mechanisch hält, wobei die Auskleidung (68) das Ende der Stange (59) umgibt und sich zu beiden Seiten des Bauteils (46) durch Öffnungen (66) des Bauteils (46) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (59) in eine Schürze (60) des leitenden Bauteils (46) presseingepasst wird, die auf dem Umriss der Öffnung (58) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Steuermodul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (60) auf einer Seite des Bauteils (46) ausgebildet ist, die derjenigen entgegengesetzt ist, von der aus die Stange (59) sich erstreckt.
  3. Steuermodul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende der Stange (59) im Wesentlichen am freien Rand der Schürze (60) bündig anliegt.
  4. Steuermodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (59) eine radiale Schulter (62) enthält, die auf dem Bauteil (46) in Anschlag kommt.
  5. Steuermodul nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (59) mindestens eine Ringnut (64) enthält, in der sich die elektrisch isolierende Auskleidung erstreckt.
  6. Steuermodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (60) aus einem Stück mit dem Bauteil ausgebildet ist.
  7. Steuermodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (60) einen Durchmesser in der Größenordnung von 4 mm und eine Höhe zwischen 1,5 mm und 2,5 mm hat.
  8. Steuermodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (58), die Schürze (60) und die Stange (59) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt haben.
  9. Heizvorrichtung (10), insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, die ein Steuermodul (16) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und mindestens ein Heizmodul (14) aufweist, von dem eine Klemme (20, 22) elektrisch mit dem erwähnten Bauteil (46) verbunden ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau des Steuermoduls (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte enthält:
    - Presseinpassen eines Endes der Stange (59) in die Schürze (60) durch die Öffnung (58), bis das Ende im Wesentlichen am freien Rand der Schürze (60) bündig anliegt; dann
    - Durchführen eines Gegenstempelns der Endseite der in die Schürze (60) eingeführten Stange (59) und Aufformen der das Ende der Stange (59) umgebenden und sich zu beiden Seiten des Bauteils (46) erstreckenden Auskleidung (68) durch Öffnungen (66) des Bauteils (46).
