Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种无需排线、组装方便且使用可靠的尿素泵。该种尿素泵包括有壳体，壳体上集成有加热板，所述壳体上安装有过滤腔，其特征在于：过滤腔外包裹有加热套，加热板与加热套通过引线框实现电连接。加热板与加热套之间通过引线框上的并联线实现并联连接，加热板与加热套之间还通过引线框上的串联线实现串联连接，引线框上的并联线或串联线可被切断。这种尿素泵无需排线，组装方便且使用可靠，由一开始连体的铜线通过切断不同的点来实现不同的电路走向。

本实用新型涉及一种泵，具体涉及用于汽车上的尿素泵。
背景技术
随着国家排放要求的提高，越来越多的柴油车需要加装SCR系统，利用尿素中和氮氧化合物，以降低柴油车对环境的污染。而SCR系统的核心部件是尿素泵，而一般尿素泵包括有总成有壳体、过滤腔、压力传感器、节流阀、换向阀以及泵芯。尿素泵将尿素箱内的尿素泵到尿素喷射单元，由尿素喷射单元将尿素喷出，并与汽车尾气中的氮氧化合物中和。为了使尿素泵在寒冷的天气也能正常工作，一般尿素泵在起壳体上集成有加热板，该加热板通电加热，能防止壳体通道内的尿素冻结，而为了防止过滤腔内的尿素冻结，还在过滤腔外包裹加热套。现有尿素泵其加热板与加热套都是通过电线连接，然而，电线连接排线麻烦，组装不便，容易导致接触不良，而且当需要适配不同的电压时，需要重新排线，给用户带来不便。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型创新提供了一种无需排线、组装方便且使用可靠的尿素泵。
该种尿素泵包括有壳体，所述壳体上集成有加热板，所述壳体上安装有过滤腔，其特征在于：所述过滤腔外包裹有加热套，所述加热板与加热套通过引线框实现电连接。
所述加热板与加热套之间通过引线框上的并联线实现并联连接， 所述加热板与加热套之间还通过引线框上的串联线实现串联连接，所述引线框上的并联线或串联线可被切断。
所述加热板与加热套都是由绝缘塑料与电热合金上下复合而成。
按照本实用新型提供的尿素泵，相比较于电线，无需排线，组装方便且使用可靠，由一开始连体的铜线通过切断不同的点来实现不同的电路走向。

具体实施方式
如图1与图2所示，该种尿素泵包括有壳体1，在壳体1上集成有加热板10，该加热板10通电加热后，能防止壳体1通道内的尿素冻结；另外，在壳体1上安装有过滤腔2，该过滤腔2用于过滤尿素中的杂质，而在过滤腔2外包裹有加热套20，加热套20通电加热后，能防止过滤腔2内的尿素冻结。为了便于两者实现电连接，如图1与图3所示，本实用新型的加热板10与加热套20通过引线框3实现电连接。相比较于电线，通过引线框3实现电连接无需排线（引线框3是将导电铜线集成在一个主板上），由于集成度高，因此组装方便且使用可靠。
为了能使该尿素泵适配不同的电压（车辆型号不同，供电电压也时有不同），如图4所示，加热板10与加热套20之间通过引线框3上的并联线实现并联连接，而且加热板10与加热套20之间还通过引线框上的串联线实现串联连接，引线框3上的并联线或串联线可被切断。根据功率计算公式：W=U²/R。当该尿素泵需适配较高的电压时，切断图4中的并联线A点与B点，这样加热板10与加热套20实现串联，总阻值增大，功率维持在一定范围内；当该尿素泵需适配较低的电压时，切断图4中的串联线C点，这样加热板10与加热套20实现并联，总阻值变小，功率维持在一定范围内。通过这种方式，可以使该尿素泵适配不同的供电电压；而且这种方式操作方便，只要人工切断串联线或并联线即可。
最后值得一提的是，本实用新型的加热板10与加热套20都是由绝缘塑料与电热合金上下复合而成。电热合金用于发热，而绝缘塑料能起到隔热与绝缘的双重作用。

1.一种尿素泵，包括有壳体（1），所述壳体（1）上集成有加热板（10），所述壳体（1）上安装有过滤腔（2），其特征在于：所述过滤腔（2）外包裹有加热套（20），所述加热板（10）与加热套（20）通过引线框（3）实现电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿素泵，其特征在于：所述加热板（10）与加热套（20）之间通过引线框（3）上的并联线实现并联连接， 所述加热板（10）与加热套（20）之间还通过引线框（3）上的串联线实现串联连接，所述引线框（3）上的并联线或串联线可被切断。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种尿素泵，其特征在于：所述加热板（10）与加热套（20）都是由绝缘塑料与电热合金上下复合而成。
