Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种无需排线、组装方便且使用可靠的尿素泵。该种尿素泵包括有壳体,壳体上集成有加热板,所述壳体上安装有过滤腔,其特征在于:过滤腔外包裹有加热套,加热板与加热套通过引线框实现电连接。加热板与加热套之间通过引线框上的并联线实现并联连接,加热板与加热套之间还通过引线框上的串联线实现串联连接,引线框上的并联线或串联线可被切断。这种尿素泵无需排线,组装方便且使用可靠,由一开始连体的铜线通过切断不同的点来实现不同的电路走向。

本实用新型涉及一种泵,具体涉及用于汽车上的尿素泵。
背景技术
随着国家排放要求的提高,越来越多的柴油车需要加装SCR系统,利用尿素中和氮氧化合物,以降低柴油车对环境的污染。而SCR系统的核心部件是尿素泵,而一般尿素泵包括有总成有壳体、过滤腔、压力传感器、节流阀、换向阀以及泵芯。尿素泵将尿素箱内的尿素泵到尿素喷射单元,由尿素喷射单元将尿素喷出,并与汽车尾气中的氮氧化合物中和。为了使尿素泵在寒冷的天气也能正常工作,一般尿素泵在起壳体上集成有加热板,该加热板通电加热,能防止壳体通道内的尿素冻结,而为了防止过滤腔内的尿素冻结,还在过滤腔外包裹加热套。现有尿素泵其加热板与加热套都是通过电线连接,然而,电线连接排线麻烦,组装不便,容易导致接触不良,而且当需要适配不同的电压时,需要重新排线,给用户带来不便。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型创新提供了一种无需排线、组装方便且使用可靠的尿素泵。
该种尿素泵包括有壳体,所述壳体上集成有加热板,所述壳体上安装有过滤腔,其特征在于:所述过滤腔外包裹有加热套,所述加热板与加热套通过引线框实现电连接。
所述加热板与加热套之间通过引线框上的并联线实现并联连接, 所述加热板与加热套之间还通过引线框上的串联线实现串联连接,所述引线框上的并联线或串联线可被切断。
所述加热板与加热套都是由绝缘塑料与电热合金上下复合而成。
按照本实用新型提供的尿素泵,相比较于电线,无需排线,组装方便且使用可靠,由一开始连体的铜线通过切断不同的点来实现不同的电路走向。

具体实施方式
如图1与图2所示,该种尿素泵包括有壳体1,在壳体1上集成有加热板10,该加热板10通电加热后,能防止壳体1通道内的尿素冻结;另外,在壳体1上安装有过滤腔2,该过滤腔2用于过滤尿素中的杂质,而在过滤腔2外包裹有加热套20,加热套20通电加热后,能防止过滤腔2内的尿素冻结。为了便于两者实现电连接,如图1与图3所示,本实用新型的加热板10与加热套20通过引线框3实现电连接。相比较于电线,通过引线框3实现电连接无需排线(引线框3是将导电铜线集成在一个主板上),由于集成度高,因此组装方便且使用可靠。
为了能使该尿素泵适配不同的电压(车辆型号不同,供电电压也时有不同),如图4所示,加热板10与加热套20之间通过引线框3上的并联线实现并联连接,而且加热板10与加热套20之间还通过引线框上的串联线实现串联连接,引线框3上的并联线或串联线可被切断。根据功率计算公式:W=U²/R。当该尿素泵需适配较高的电压时,切断图4中的并联线A点与B点,这样加热板10与加热套20实现串联,总阻值增大,功率维持在一定范围内;当该尿素泵需适配较低的电压时,切断图4中的串联线C点,这样加热板10与加热套20实现并联,总阻值变小,功率维持在一定范围内。通过这种方式,可以使该尿素泵适配不同的供电电压;而且这种方式操作方便,只要人工切断串联线或并联线即可。
最后值得一提的是,本实用新型的加热板10与加热套20都是由绝缘塑料与电热合金上下复合而成。电热合金用于发热,而绝缘塑料能起到隔热与绝缘的双重作用。

1.一种尿素泵,包括有壳体(1),所述壳体(1)上集成有加热板(10),所述壳体(1)上安装有过滤腔(2),其特征在于:所述过滤腔(2)外包裹有加热套(20),所述加热板(10)与加热套(20)通过引线框(3)实现电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿素泵,其特征在于:所述加热板(10)与加热套(20)之间通过引线框(3)上的并联线实现并联连接, 所述加热板(10)与加热套(20)之间还通过引线框(3)上的串联线实现串联连接,所述引线框(3)上的并联线或串联线可被切断。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种尿素泵,其特征在于:所述加热板(10)与加热套(20)都是由绝缘塑料与电热合金上下复合而成。
