La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage (1) électrique pour le chauffage d'un flux d'air traversant notamment un conduit d'une installation de ventilation, chauffage et/ou climatisation d'un véhicule automobile, le dispositif de chauffage (1) comportant au moins un module chauffant (4) contenu dans un corps de chauffe (6), ledit corps de chauffe (6) comprenant un boîtier (8) de commande et d'alimentation électrique du au moins un module chauffant (4), ledit boîtier (8) comprenant : ▪ un circuit imprimé (83), disposé à l'intérieur dudit boîtier (8), ▪ un jeu de barres de connexion électrique (86) du circuit imprimé (83) et du au moins un module chauffant (4), le jeu de barres de connexion électrique (86) étant surmoulé dans un pièce de surmoulage (84), ladite pièce de surmoulage (84) comportant également un manchon (850) entourant une extrémité du jeu de barres de connexion électrique (86) de sorte à former un connecteur électrique (85).
