L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation 1 d'un conducteur électrique 2 apte à relier électriquement un moteur électrique à un dispositif de commande dudit moteur électrique, ledit dispositif de fixation 1 comprenant un corps 8 qui présente un trou 10 traversant apte à recevoir le conducteur électrique 2, au moins une excroissance flexible 9 qui s'étend à partir du corps 8 et délimite un logement 11 qui reçoit un moyen de verrouillage 13 agencé pour exercer une force sur ladite excroissance 9. L'invention vise aussi un compresseur électrique intégrant un tel dispositif de fixation. Application aux véhicules automobiles.
